      I placed a mobile order on 8/2, I waited 50 minutes at the restaurant and the order was never fulfilled. I was notified that the restaurant would not reimbursement me as the restaurant had “accepted” the mobile order. I attempted to call the Wendy’s customer care line where I waited for 15 minutes with no response. In addition, I utilized the chat feature and requested a refund and the number to contact the district manager or a call back from the district manager and I have received neither.

      Today around 7:15am, I went to the Wendy’s in Gluckstadt location: **** ********** *** ******** ** *****. I bought the breakfast baconator combo and after eating half of my sandwich, I noticed there was an entire ring of mold around the hard cheese and a mold patch in the center of it. This is so disgusting and I feel sick. I reached out to Wendy’s, but they did not take any accountability or apologize, but offered a mere refund. This is unacceptable.

      I placed an order on the mobile app today and after 20 minutes the order was cancelled. It says to contact store. I tried calling the phone number and it says call cannot be completed. Tried calling their customer service and live chat to get a refund and cannot get a hold of anyone. Tried going to their website where they say to contact them with any questions or concerns and it says to call the same number you cannot get a hold of any one. They are stealing peoples money and is needless to say a horrible business practice. Will never eat here again and will make sure to tell everyone else I know to stay away from this criminal establishment.

      On 6/22/23, I ordered carry out from the Wendy's on **** ****** **** ************* ** *****. I ask if they have sweet tea and the employee said they did. I was given a different drink that I couldn't drink and didn't like. I had left the restaurant so I called the restaurant and got no answer. I called the toll free customer service number and the customer service rep took down my number and no one called me back. I then called back again the following week and the customer service associate said someone tried to call me back but I never received a voicemail. The customer service associate escalated it to a district manager and still not answer. I was given the following

      The Wendy's restaurant (#****) at **** ** ******** ***** ******* ** ***** has a long history of not handing out receipts to customers. I go through the drive thru 100% of the time and live nearby so this is the restaurant location I visit often. I have called corporate several times in the past year, however they continue to fail at resolving the issue.

      Everyone knows you get receipts with your purchases - when you give me my credit card back it should come with a receipt, no exceptions. I don't care that the majority of customers may not want theirs - those that do should not have to ask you for it every visit.

      There are several reasons why customers want receipts - the most common is to VALIDATE the correct items were ordered and the amount charged is as expected. I've already caught this location charging me more than what is listed on their menu; that's bad to combine with not issuing receipts. Are there FRAUDULENT activities occurring because this is suspicious? Another reason to retain receipts is to itemize sales taxes at the end of each year because some of us actually do spend enough each year that calculating actual sales taxes nets more of a return.

      I visited Wendys on 6/23/23 and I placed an order for fresh nuggets and fries. I made it clear and I was told that it was only for it not to be fresh. The staff was wiping there face while dealing with the food. He was pouring nuggets out of one box into another box and put it in my bag. I was watching him and I asked was this all fresh and he said yes . Fresh food was being mixed with old food . It was a disaster. I called customer service and asked for a refund I was advised that I was going to get a call back from district manager. I was not given a receipt. I am so tired of getting food from Wendys and its not fresh and get so bad that I vomit it up. Not too long ago we made them aware of food poisoning and at a different location and never heard back. Something needs to be done about this uncleanliness and more. I would like to be provided with my money back due to all the times that I have purchased bad food and became ill as well as food poisoning.

      Did a mobile order, went to pick it up & they had a sign on the door saying closed for cleaning. Did not get my order but was charged. I've called the store 3 times. No one calls me back, I did an online survey, no contact, I emailed a complaint, no contact , I called customer service, a district manager was to contact me. Still nothing.

      6/16, I got an email that an order had been placed on my Wendy’s account. They used 400 points and redeemed them for food to a store in Detroit, MI. I’ve lived in CA my entire life. This person also converted my unused points to a reward for a cheeseburger and frosty that are sitting on my account. I would never use this considering the only frosty flavors they have, I don’t like, so those are useless. They changed the name on my account, which I’ve since changed back, as well as my password.

      I tried calling. Sat on hold for 18 minutes. I tried live chat. Was first in the queue, but no answer 30 minutes later.

      This happened today, June 17, 2023.

      I placed a mobile order of 4 meals. I was in line a good 20 minutes before I got to the speaker; there were about 5 cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker, I notified the person of my mobile order, and they told me I had to come inside. It was pouring rain! I told her that I chose the drive thru option because I didn't want to get out of the car...and it's pouring. She said "well, we gettin' wet too!" I told her that I'm not coming in and that I was already charged. I asked for the manger to come to the window, and of corse she told me to come in. "We got a lot of orders. You don't know how many people we got working here." She was very rude and unprofessional. At this point, I had been in line for 31 minutes, according to the timer on my phone because I was on with my friend. They could've had my food fixed by now. She let me know that they don't fix mobile orders until they get it (which was at the speaker) and that my order was too big. She then proceeded to tell her employers that she would "fix me" by coming out and giving the other cars behind me their food and not me, and she closed the window...and she told them to push the charge thru after she told me that I wasn't charged. I did previously try to cancel thru the app but it would let me. I spent a total of about 45 minutes there still to leave without food and my card had been charged. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I want my money back!

      tried now twice. the wendy’s Mobile App is not working. i get Errors. i have been a very loyal customer and keep Not finding a resolution to log in
