      I ordered the double pretzel burger always so I went to Wendy’s on June 1 at 12:00 PM. I ordered the double pretzel burger and when I got down get ready to eat I got a number 73 times replaced the girl with the piercing in the middle her face had an attitude and she was so rude that she kept making a burger over and over again until they got it right And I was charged for it and I feel like when I restart the windows customer service nobody offer it nothing Iowa State I’ll take a refund I even said I’ll take some coupons but this is hurting at least a $25 gift card or something will be applied to me but the girl and Tallahassee Wendy’s did not make the right burger or give me the right burger and I feel like I’m a value customer to them and the customer is always right but I don’t wanna order nothing but the double Prestonburg not a number seven not a number 69 number five with a double pretzel burger, which is the number eight with no bacon

      They have not reached out to me about the order they messed up and I would like for her to call me an address this order and I said because I’m a valued customer and I’m feel obligated

      It was a Tallahassee Wendy’s on the southside. I can’t think of a store name but I know for a fact is the southside Wendy’s on Tallahassee they messed up my order three times and nobody failed to give me a refund

      Woman with bare hands in the nuggets and fries then rubbing her hands on her butt. You can see previous stains there too. She also wiped her hands on her face. Lisa said “shouldn’t you be wearing gloves”. She said no and then asked her manager and she also said no. There were tools/utensils/scoops but she didn’t use them. We waited for 15 minutes watching her and then decided to go across the street to McDonalds.

      FOOD POISONING ER VISIT!!!!! If I could deduct stars or do anything else to make this more seen I would! I ended up in the emergency room 8 days ago due to food poisoning from grilled chicken from this restaurant location. I'm now stuck with an emergency room bill and a never-ending hate for Wendy's! It is disgusting to think that the manager was extremely rude when I was ordering my food and I asked for home style said that she was unable to do that that it was impossible to switch grilled chicken out for homestyle chicken and then said that she didn't have grilled chicken and magically. Some appeared in the middle of the order and so not thinking. Got the grilled chicken. Well it tasted funny but I am hungry at the end of the day of hard work and so I ate it anyways with extra ranch. Didn't look funny. I mean it was cold but it wasn't icy and it was definitely cooked all the way through. At some point it had to have been old chicken that had been sitting out or somebody's food from a salad because they don't normally chop it up into cubes for a wrap. But now because of a poor decision on my part to continue eating and their disgusting behavior not only with customer service but also food preparation have been sick all week and unable to eat and barely stay hydrated enough not to go back to the hospital

      I attempted to use the mobile app and it kept erroring out. It kept giving me an error. I was charged for the order. Regardless. I went to the restaurant and they did not have the order. I called in to customer support seeing that I was charged for the order and they said I would get a refund and as of today no refund has been issued.

      Placed an order via Wendys app. Waited at restaurant for order and was told by employees they could not give me my order or assist even though they can see order in App on my phone as it was not in their system. Called company and waited 30 minutes before company hung up on me. This is outright theft. I am a single parent in this difficult economy. $13 dollars is a lot to steal. What was supposed to be a quick treat for my child has turned into a nightmare. There is no reason for this. Normal companies have the ability to cancel unfulfilled orders. At this point I am convinced the Wendys app is a scam and I cannot believe what's is happening.

      Delivery Order ********* was placed in the app on 5/13. It was marked delivered but never received. Tried to reach live chat support the same day but it was closed. Finally got chat support and was told it was delivered, the refund request was denied, and they would not be able to assist further. Called phone support on 5/15 total call of 54 mins majority of the call was on hold. Agent said refund would not be allowed. This is unacceptable and refusing to refund my simply because it was marked delivered is not a valid reason. People have their orders stolen all of the time and drivers keep the food.

      We placed an order at just before 8 pm on 5/1323 through the online order feature. When my husband went to pick it up there were not any other vehicles in the drive through, so confused he went straight to the window. He told them he was picking up an online order. That’s when the female manager called him an *******. He apologized and said he would go back to the speaker but he didn’t know he should have in the first place. That’s when the boy at the window threw the food at my husband. We called to speak the manager, which is who answered the phone and when asked why her employee would call him an ******* she confirmed she was the one who did that. She says it’s apparently too hard for them to keep the orders straight if he just skips the speaker. Which is understandable, if anyone else was even at the restaurant. Like I’ve already stated, my husband was the sole person there. She then continued to yell at us on the phone and would not stop yelling until I got mean back at her.

      On 03/26/23 I placed a mobile order at the Wendy's location at 6526 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545. I arrived at the restaurant and waited approximately 15 minutes. When no one appeared with the order, I drove to the drive through window and saw several employees clustered around the back door. I approached them and was told their system was down and they couldn't process orders. My credit card was subsequently charged for the order. When the charge was not reversed after a few days, I called Wendy's Headquarters customer service and was told they would contact the location and have a refund processed. When this didn't happen after a few more days, I sent a complaint through the Wendy's customer service web site, and received a response on 4/16 with claim number ref:_00D37PbrE._500Ho1BvRKx:ref that my complaint and request for refund would be escalated and referred to the restaurant again. I responded with an email providing more details of the situation. There was still no credit or other contact by 4/23 and I again sent an email and again received a response that it would be escalated and referred to the restaurant. Again no action. On 4/29 I sent a final email and stated that I would be disputing the charge and filing this complaint. I have subsequently disputed the charge through my credit card company. Though the original issue involved a specific location which I believe to be a franchise, the lack of action by Headquarters to resolve the original complaint has caused me to file this complaint with the BBB.

      I frequently order large drinks in the morning after working a third shift job. When I ordered two large drinks this morning, 4/28/2023, I was handed two medium drinks. I asked the employee at the window to confirm if they were the large size and was told "it's a different size for breakfast."

      After pulling away, I started a test lunch order on the mobile app. The price for the large drink on the lunch menu is the same as the price on the breakfast menu, however the breakfast "large" is actually a medium cup. There's no reason not to have that size available all day and certainly shouldn't be charging the same amount when giving less. At best, this is a dishonest, manipulative business practice.

      Conveniently, the Wendy's contact webpage is down and either way, we rarely receive a reply when requesting a refund. I don't want a refund or a canned apology from the company. I want to be given the product that I purchased. I want the company to be honest about what is being sold and not weasel a little extra off the top for no apparent reason.

      We went through the drive throughout the above location because dine in was closed. We were harassed about our $5 biggie bag order because the person inside said a sm chili was not allowed. (We have been ordering the same $5 bag at least once a week or more) without an issue. Usually it during the week and around lunch time. The manager working at that time has always been great.

      Today after ordering and paying we were asked to pull up. When the employee finally brought out our food I asked for the recipe. I was told I have to drive through the drive through again to get a receipt. I asked a 2nd time just to make sure and he said yes I have to drive through. I walked back. to the window and asked for my receipt and the name of the guy who brought out our food. The person working the window said they didn't know his name and asked him (he said his name is ******) the training supervisor told me his name was ******!... ****** had real issues!! ... The training supervisor name is ******... She heard him lie about his name.

      Once we left and opened our food the FRIES were old and cold, there was no BBQ sauce for our nuggets and no spoon for the chili.

      I have had issues at this location before and it all depends on who is working. The weekday day time manager is always really nice. The black female with the Tatts... She is great! .Never an issue when she is on duty and her staff is on spot.. The issue is always when another manager or assistant is working. The night time crew runs a muck!
      ******/****** should be fired hands dow. I don't usually try and get anybody fired, but this kid was totally disrespectful! .... No customer service at all and extremely rude and unprofessional.

      I also want my money back for my order. I have complained before and never heard from anyone!
