      Kay Jewelers has very poor quality jewelry. 1 item that I purchased a month ago has already lost a stone. They will not accept a return and stated the item can only be exchanged which will require me to go to the store with all the original paperwork and packaging. Another item I ordered looks like costume jewelry. I have a similar ring I purchased at Kohls that looks better than this one does and is better quality. I thought I would treat myself to a nice ring from *** and received nothing but junk that breaks instead.

      Purchased 2 items online from Zales. I returned one of the items to the Zales store and was given a receipt that I would get my refund within 48 hours. After 48 hours I've never heard back from Zales and call the number which connected me to signet Jewelers and after numerous emails and phone calls I still have not received a refund which I returned on January 23rd 2023. They claimed they credited my bank, which I didn't use a bank card I used an **************** card, so I asked for proof about the bank credit and they told me they could not provide that. Do not use Zales online !!!

      I have dealt with Zales for years. This year, they have accused me of not paying my bill. I have the receipts for the months involved and they are not helping me. Always have a copy of your checks,

      Signet jewelers, which encompasses several common jewelry stores like ***** ********, *** ********, and ***** refuses to assist the customers that are dissatisfied. They refuse to release contact information for any of the managers above the store managers. Horrible. I will never do business with them again.

      My husband purchased a Christmas gift. The product was defective (would not close) we tried multiple times during the 30 day period to return the item but the store was closed each time when they were supposed to be open. We were able to get there after the 30 day period and found the store open and were told they would need to be fixed and they would not refund our money. We expressed our disappointment to the manager and explained we had made multiple attempts to be there time within the 30 days and he just yelled in our faces "UM COVID" to which I responded that that was not my problem and again said "You were closed every time we came here". The manager then left and came back with another defective piece so I asked if we could just have the originals fixed. He then said he would not deal with me and said I was rude and to go to another store 30 miles away. I filed a complaint with headquarters and is seems we are playing phone tag. First call they said they will not issue a refund. I cannot believe their level of customer service. I have called my credit card company and they have issued a refund. I am done with them forever! BUYER BEWARE AND SHOP ELSWHERE!

      I had my ring sent off to zales to have my stone tightened and instead they pushed the prong down where the stone was crooked so I took it back to zales and the repair people cut the prongs reset my diamond, and did nothing about it so I took it to the other Zales, and they said it was destroyed and couldnt fix it I waited for corporate office to call me. They called me one time she didnt want to listen to my story and so my husband ended up having to upgrade because there was nothing there at the store that I felt like I want it and also you cant replace sentimental value on a ring nothing was done and corporate office never listened to me about this and they brushed it off like it was some kind of a joke. She emailed me once and acted like oh its ok and its not they never investigated it like they said they were corporate can care less about their customers. I sent her a email and she still did nothing no response. The jeweler who worked in my ring messed it up and never was investigated who knows how many more people they do this to and this happened in ********** *********** I am still very upset about this and it can never replace sentimental value and they could careless

      Now that ***** is gone this store is awful!!! ***** was the best one they had. That man was there 24/7 and he took care of you like you were family! The store is disgusting now that he is gone! Awful customer service!!! I've spent a ton of money in that store because ***** knew his stuff!!! I absolutely will never spend another dime at *****! Do better! Stop abusing and using your employees!!!! This company doesn't care about their people!!!! Awful place! I will mske sure everyone knows how awful ***** is!

      Two months in a row we have been charged for a late fee for payments sent online two weeks prior to due date. The first time Zales blamed it on our bank. We have never had that problem with any of our other bills. Our credit is 840!This time I say it is a scam! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I'm sticking with *******'s!

      They are horrible about resolving their incorrect charges. On 11/10/22 I had a repair done and had to purchase another item of at least $300.00 to be able to take advantage of their discounts/special/etc., so I brought a item around $250.00. I get my bill and I'm charges $3,000.00 for some pearls that was not purchased! I've been calling and calling and their bank, Comenity said Zales must clear it out so they closed my dispute. Zales keeps ignoring my calls and won't resolve this hugh error. I have a signed receipt and there is clearly shows what transactions were done that day, and Zales is still not clearing up their error. Called and left a message with their Manager and that person has yet returned my call. I will never buy anything from Zales again. Is is so difficult to correct a wrong charge! I can add the sales person was very nice but that's besides the point when she won't take the time to fix the error she created. Now I am seeking an attorney.

      On 2/14/2023 I went to the ******** ** store to buy weeding bands with my fiance. The store person whom I will not name here, opened my entire account to show my fiance everything and start going down item by item for some reason because every time I asked her a question she ignored me. so from having a happy day on Valentine's *** turned into questions about past orders. Also showing prices brought for everything. This is crazy to me considering, first this is my account not hers, second how can you not realize that people could be on their second marriage?
