      We signed up for the Jared store credit card in store. The associate that explained the policy to us said it would be interest free for a year and then the interest would start hitting our account. It was NEVER explained that ALL of the interest from that year would accrue and be put on our account at once. On the statement, $1,217 in interest had been added to our account.

      If I could give less stars, I would. This business has done NOTHING to help accommodate me and keep my business with them, as their nearest store is 2.5 hours away one way. They have a terrible business model and I will never buy from them again. Take your business elsewhere.

      I purchased a diamond bracelet from *** with a warranty. I took in for a repair, under the warranty. I called the week it was due back to me and no one could tell me status, only that theyd get back to me. They called me over a month later telling me it was lost. They refused to email me confirming the loss in writing and their attempts/plan to recover. They refused to provide me with *** tracking information. They refused to provide me with any proof it was lost. I was told they no longer carry that bracelet, and I could go online and pick whatever bracelet I want, however they no longer make them in 14K due to cost. They sent me in a store to look at a bracelet that looked nothing like what I had. I was then asked to sign a release of liability which the sales person tried to pass off as confirmation of pick up. I now have spent more than 2 months and many hours making calls, following up, going into stores to no avail. I will update once I am able to further work through this issue.

      My fiance bought my engagement ring at Peoples Jewelers at ***************, ******-**. I took the ring to size it down on May 19th and was told that it was going to take 2 weeks to get ready. On June 1st we got an email saying that our order was ready for pick up just to get there and be told that actually it was not ready, since the ring had been sent to the wrong vendor for the adjustment and just got back to the store so they could send it to the right vendor this time. First, this was a huge lack of organization and lack of respect for the customer, we don't even live in ****** and had to go all the way to the store to find that out.Moving forward... this lady that unfortunately I didn't pick up the name but seemed to be a manager, talked to us and apologized, said the ring was being sent the next day to the right vendor with a rush note due to the previous mistake and it would take up to 10 days to be ready.Fast forward to today, 5 weeks later, July 14, I just checked the tracker and to my surprise I saw the repair has not even started yet!! Estimated time July 23rd... 7 weeks more than it was promised to **. What a huge lack of respect!I had an engagement photoshoot booked for this weekend that I cannot postpone because she's going into mat leave and I'll miss my spot and my deposit to save the date. And two months without my ring when it was promised two weeks instead.The store manager said that the customer service was aware she could not help (!!!). When selling the ring she was so helpfull... and when we have a problem the store only position is that they cannot help us.Disrespectful, unprofessional and disappointing. Will never be doing business with this company again.

      ********************* lost my wedding ring, engagement ring and anniversary band. They are not giving me a satisfactory resolution. They are continually telling me lies. Corporate blames the local store. The local store blames corporate. My corporate case manager **** said he would get back to me within 24 hrs and has still not responded. I had to call him. The Tacoma store manager ***** guaranteed my satisfaction and gave me his commitment to upgrade me 5 to 10% since *** is at fault for loosing my $22,000 ring set but ***** nor **** will even answer any of my calls nor are they offering a good solution - my engagement ring, wedding band and anniversary band has been M.I.A since June 13th. At one point they offered me 2 bands that were exactly like the ones that I originally bought with a very tiny engagement ring with a 1ct diamond. With the very tiny engagement band between the wedding and anniversary band it was hardly noticeable and they werent going to be able to ****** them together because of the different sizes. I had asked if they could put the upgraded diamond on my original size engagement band and thats when they said all they could do was make the exact ring I originally purchased It makes me very upset to know that *** treats their loyal customers this way especially when we spend so much with them, I was expecting a higher level of professionalism and for them to have a bit of urgency especially because Im constantly adding to my jewelry collection through ***.. ??

      My husband has bought me several pieces of jewelry at Jared's. We have purchase the warranty on every item (ring, 2 sets of diamond earrings, necklace and a bracelet). Each time I need the necklace repaired they act like it's not in their system. My husband bought it with Jared's credit card in 2013- it was the first thing he purchased for me. SHAME on Jared's for treating me like I am scamming them. I will take my business elsewhere.

      I have been taking my Morganite to Jared's for some time now to be polished. I had to pay $99 each time. I was convinced by them to purchase a plan where I could come to get the ring polished as often as needed for $231 (one time payment). After purchasing this plan and upon my next visit to get the ring polished, *********************** (Jewelry Specialist) tells me that they cannot polish the ring to look the way it did before I purchased the plan; that she is trained to do polishing and that was as good as it was going to look. Well I took it to another jewelry store and it looks great again. I will never return to Jared's off *********************** again. They have horrible customer service!

      **** Jewelry did not combine both rings together correctly. They left a gap in the two rings that were basically brand new. The ring also has a dent in it. Thirdly the ring doesn't have the same diamonds that was dropped off it now has dull diamonds in it. This is not the same ring we dropped off to get combine as one. We have pictures from **** that they took and we took to prove our case. The customer service manager doesn't care. No type of resolution has been reached. We plan on going to the media to show the pictures.

      Do not spend your hard earned work money I repeat DO NOT SPEND your hard earn work money on Zales cheap jewelry they will not give you a refund in addition, they will make you pay for the warranty for replacing a piece of junk . I decided to call Corporate , which I have been in contact with ******************************* Case Team ************************** Who has done nothing but told me a pack of lies I told her my most important thing is my TIME. I just left the store.After going back-and-forth for about five months, after accepting the fact that Zales would not refund me my money which I know is a total lie because I received a refund from Zales before.(If I can find the check, I received from them I will post it as proof)******************************* assured me that they would not charge me a warranty on the item I exchange.When I made it to the store, no one had an idea what I was talking about good thing I asked for e-Mail as proof because I figured I could not trust her. Being the manager of the store tells me I was still have to pay another warranty. How are you guys gonna charge me double money for a warranty .This place has went down please do not get anything from here. All they do is lie about the situation take your money. Actually, I have a ton of junk jewelry from this place thats not worth the price. Im gonna post pictures later of it all broken. So if you do decide to buy from here, you definitely need to get a warranty to keep going back-and-forth to the store to get it fixed wasted gas and time.Thank you, Zales for stealing my money and wasted my time Just got off the phone with Zales now apparently people are making notes in the System trying to cover themselves considering the fact all they did theyve done with lied to me instead of resolving a solution. All I want is a refund thats it
