      Terrible experience! Purchased a washer and dryer. Supposedly the washer was scratched but I believe the delivery person who saw they were going to have to remove the old set and take new set upstairs around L shaped steps just didn’t want to do that. Despite my telling him I was calling the store operations manager to get it corrected right then and there he took off! I was left making phone calls the entire rest of the day trying to reach management to take care of the matter. It was also very obvious the manager was avoiding my calls. By the 20th phone call and after being on hold a total of over 60 minutes I found out they were not going to deliver again that day as I had been previously told. Hours and hours of work for me and my entire schedule disrupted the day of expected delivery plus 3 additional days after that. Major mistake I made buying from Big Sandy. Nothing “super” about this store!!

      I purchased a furniture set that was over $3,000. The ottoman broke on the first day. The couch has broken down so much that it’s so uncomfortable to sit on now. There’s rips and tears everywhere. Springs are coming out of the couch. When contacting the store to get the service repair, nobody contacted back. We have a warranty on the furniture but yet they won’t do anything about fixing it. We’ve had this couch for less than a year. They are not sending anyone out to look at it or repair it. They refused to take it back or give us any money back from it. I will never buy from big Sandy’s again.

      I would strongly advice being careful of ordering from Big Sandy, because their warranty is a joke. We bought a couch last year (2022) in October it stopped closing on the one side when reclining, it took them a month to get out here, they came out and said they needed to order some parts, come January they finally have parts and come out, the repair tech says "oh I actually need a spring that is missing from this order, it should have been included in the repair order". He goes and places the order for that spring. I got a text saying, they won't have the part till March. I call asking why, it's because they need to get it from China. Despite being told the chain is American made.

      Internet sales manager is not honest . He is very difficult to reach before purchase and even worse after. Trying to reach customer service after sale, especially a supervisor, is a joke! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE!

      I purchased a bedroom suite from the Big Sandy store in South Charleston, WV. A few months after all the pieces were delivered individually Supposedly were scheduled for December delivery. I emailed them and sent pictures where the door on one chest of drawers split. I reported this in June and they keep telling me it's a problem with the manufacturer. The last time they said the wood had to come from overseas and the next repair date is now January 2023! I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. I won't be buying anything else from them.

      I purchased a catnapper brand lift chair in August. 29 days later the heat and massage quit working. The chair was exchanged. 2 weeks later chair #2 quit working. Repairs were made and two weeks later they quit working. It has now been over a month since parts for ordered for chair #2. I have been told by the general manager that the chair must continue to be repaired maybe even a 4th time or until the manufacturer says to replace it with another brand of lift chair. Meanwhile, I filed with consumer protection and filed a dispute with the finance company. THIS BRAND LIFT CHAIR IS DEFECTIVE. DO NOT BUY THEIR JUNK!!

      Horrible customer service. Waited 13 months patiently for a refrigerator with a side panel. Big Sandy did a horrible job of keeping us in the loop on the progress of our order, we had to call and follow up every time. We ended after 13 months having to go into the store to get answers and magically on that day they had it. Delivered the refrigerator, but the side panel was incorrect. They then delivered the SAME incorrect side panel 3 times after that over the span of 2 months. Finally we have the correct side panel and the delivery driver asked us how to install it?? So we now have it in our garage (6 weeks now) waiting on them to schedule a Tech to come install…
      Will NEVER purchase from them again. How hard is it to return a call or follow through completely on what a customer purchases from you. Almost forgot to mentioned that they tried to charge us for items that where not on our order as well. Hard lesson learned, do not shop there people.

      I purchased a washer and dryer set about 4 years ago. The washer is rusting, I still have warranty but am told rust is not covered. Where it is rusting is on top where no water sets, I can put my finger through it.

      Customer service is horrible. Little over a year ago I purchased ***** appliance, and a whole lot more from Bi Sandy. In a year I have had several services calls on my fridge, lost all my food, and they refused to replace my refrigerator. Nobody has called me back for the service call to give me a time, that's supposed to be tomorrow. I have called for days to speak with a supervisor, but they are always in a meeting.

      We bought a whole set of kitchen appliances, door is damaged on the fridge. Delivery man said they would send someone to fix it the next day, that is why we accepted it. We waited around all the next day, no one came. We called and found out we were lied to. When we called Big Sandy we were told that once we accepted it in our home, there is no exchange, and we would have to have it repaired. It has been 11 months. With numerous calls, they have sent 4 doors, 2 were scratched, 2 were the wrong door. The technician rejected the doors himself. We have followed their chain of command through supervision with no help. They are now saying that we have no recourse but to wait until they take care of it no matter how long it takes. Have taken 4 days off work for them to fix this, all they say is we are sorry u missed work. This is past ridiculous, they were happy to take our money, they could care less about service. We chose Kitchen Aid because we thought they were better quality that this.
