      I bought an electric range and have had nothing but problems getting burner knobs to work. Service department horrible. Dove purchased in Parkersburg.

      My wife and I purchased a refrigerator for over $3,000 at the Dublin, **** location. Prior to this we purchased an oven for $3,012.01, as well as a microwave and a dishwasher. So, as you can see, we have spent quite a bit of money at Big Sandy. The refrigerator has now been repaired four times within a 23 month timeframe. In fact the ice maker is not working as of today. The situation is completely ridiculous and out of control. It's obvious to me that my wife and I just got a "lemon". This refrigerator has been a headache from day one. When I spoke to the Big Sandy customer service team I explained I've been dealing with the same issue since I purchased the unit (notes should verify this). They further explained that I would have to reach out to ********** directly for assistance. A clear example of passing the buck. I find this hard to believe. I will NEVER recommend or shop at Big Sandy ever again. I even reached out to the President of the Company directly. To no surprise, he never even had the courtesy to respond and offer an apology.

      We bought a sofa and loveseat in *********, Ky when delivered the loveseat was used! It had a huge perfect round circle stain on the cushion, it was ripped in two places, the loveseat was a very noticeable lighter color than the sofa, it had no tags on it and nails was coming out of it. When we called the store their response was they guaranteed us we wasn’t bringing it back to the store. They offered us $200 off to keep the used furniture. Needless to say we didn’t keep the furniture. We will never do business with them again or advise anybody to do business with them.

      Horrible quality won’t replace recliner bought less than a year ago. Service has been out 4 times, working on #5. Same part broke 3 times now. Said we have to just keep repairing so looks like every few months we have to arrange to be home for repairman to come, look at it and then arrange to be home again for the repair when the part comes in. Never will buy anything here again. Waste of time and money

      I went into the store in Miamisburg and bought over 3K worth of things the customer service was somewhat fair. but the delivery was terrible. they called me first of and advised they were off route, when they arrived my 18 year on daughter was here, she called and advised dad they are having issue getting the furniture in. I was clueless and could not understand, so i left work to get home, by the time i got home they were done, They left all 5 pieces of my furniture sitting in the hallway of my apartment building. I was so highly upset , called the delivery manager which was a woman and she was so rude, he comment was i mean what do you want me to do pick it up!! I was so upset i hung up the phone her, i had to call deacons from my church to help me get my stuff in which they did in less than 10 min., We then went downstairs, they had forgot a piece of my furniture on there truck, so they left down stairs in the lobby area, and did not have enough respect to bring it to my unit. I am a Pastor and would never be angry like this, but i pray no one ever goes to shop that place, i feel totally disrespected. Called corporate, and nothing still has been done. Avoid them at all cost.

      WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT BIG SANDY IN CHILLICOTHE OHIO!!! We spent $4,000 on a refrigerator, purchased the extended warranty. The refrigerator blew up, they’ve sent a technician to my house 10 times!!! That’s 10 days I had to take off work to wait all day for him to show up and now IT BLEW UP AGAIN!!! Not even 2 days after he supposedly “fixed” it!!! They WILL NOT honor an exchange and now want me to take off 2 more days so they can “try to fix it”!!!! Not only have I wasted money in days off work but also spoiled groceries and a nice water mess soaking my kitchen floor!!! So word of advise…. Go somewhere they honor the warranty they sell you for $1500!!!!

      This place and company is horrible. I bought over 11,000 dollars worth of furniture and it's junk. May 4th was my first delivery. My bed was broke and if course partial delivery. They came back may 12th with a couple items and new bed guess what broke again. I asked for a refund they said since it's been in my house for 3 days tough luck. They got me good with bottom quality high prices. Horrible customer service, and products. I was able to get a partial refund on things that were not delivered and haven't checked the numbers yet but I wouldn't be surprised if they got me again. They make you stick with their junk don't know how they are in business and now they are rude to me for going elsewhere.

      BIG sandy Superstore at 2400 Miamisburg Centerville Rd. Dayton, OH 45459 offers 100.00 gas gift cards as a sales promotion but never sent one in the mail within the 6 week time frame from date of purchase. It's been almost 4 months since we purchased a new matrees and a 100.00 gas gift card has not arrived. Just wondering how frequent this occurs and if the Better Business Bureau could follow up. Many others could be impacted and its not right to not warn people of their business practices.

      1)Ordered a bar with 2 stools. Oops stools had been discontinued
      2) ordered 2 additional stools. Oops not ordered.
      3)told me it would only take 6 to 8 weeks which is why I ordered in the first place.Oops took over 3 months.
      4) ordered an additional stools. Oops still not here in April.
      5) told I needed to order baskets to complete bar. Oops WRONG. They came with. Extra 300 for NOTHING.
      6) came damaged. Now I'm being told that I have to empty shelves so repair can find numbers. Because its apparently impossible to get from ashley the paint color number.
      7)Did not reduce price for damaged furniture.
      8) told me I should buy insurance for damages. 299 for nothing because I'm never dealing with them again.
      9)refused to let me cancel in month 3 BEFORE pieces arrived without charging 30% of nearly 5000 DOLLARS!
      Nothing but ripoff incompetence and bad customer service.

      Probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Do not buy from here! Went to check on my order that was placed in December and the salesperson voided my sale and they still have my money! My power reclining sofa was delivered and I didn't know it was damaged until the delivery person left so I had to wait to get it repaired. We thought the salesperson put a service request to get our sofa fixed but she never did so then we had to wait even longer. A lot of liars and deceit at this store.
