      I went into the store and spoke directly with a salesperson. I was trying to decide between a sectional from Big Sandy or from a competitor. The competitor told me four weeks and I needed the items before that. Big Sandys salesperson assured me that I would have the items delivered the first week of January. We even looked at the warehouse inventory on the computer. I explained that I had family coming in and that I needed the items before the middle of January. Today, I was told the items would not be in until February at the earliest. I would NOT trust this store.

      In October of 2022 my wife and I purchased a set with 2 love seats and corner section costing over $3,500. We asked about the cushions and we were told "Top of the line industry best foam" It was foam and feathers. We also purchased an extended warranty, so we complained and after 10 months they told us the problem can't be fixed. According to local upholstery companies it certainly can be fixed. So they misrepresented the merchandise and lied about the ability to solve this problem. So now it will cost them leagle fees I guess because we want to be made whole and that's what Courts are for.

      Don't do business here. They sold me a junk appliance and wont make it good with a replacement mod even if it breaks in less than two a week.

      I purchased a power recliner for $1600. Thinking I was getting a good heavy duty chair. To my surprise it was the worst product I have ever seen. Within the first 3 months the seat gave away. They had to replace the seat cushion. Then a guide wire snapped , they repaired it. Then something else sounded like it broke. The repairman found nothing. Now within 18 months the whole undercarriage has broken. Hopefully they will get the part in 2 weeks. Here over the holidays I have no chair to use. I asked for a loaner, even if a used chair, was told they couldn’t help me. Where do I sit? Thank God I purchased Total Care insurance. I understand it is not their fault but I think customer service should accommodate at a time like this

      Ordered a kitchen table in October 2023. It is now Christmas 2023. Ive simply been told its not here yet every time I call. It has been paid for when ordered. No one is listening to me. What should I do next?

      My wife and I purchased a ********** mattress from the Big Sandys in Miamisburg Ohio location on November 25th 2023. Our sales associate was Bob O** and I've got to say that we received the 10 star treatment from the beginning until the end. Bob was very professional and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to us, he was in no hurry and answered all of our questions. Thank you Bob for a great experience

      This place is a joke! We bought a new sectional sofa down there last year and the electric reclining switch keeps going out. The first time it went out we had only had for a month and the service they supposedly say they provide is a joke. We have had to replace this many time now and they have gotten to where they wont call us back to help us get it repaired! So I would be very cautious when buying from them bc their customer service is awful and the salesman never stay there long bc when we bought ours b4 if even came in to pick it up he had already quit. They are just there to make money but when something goes wrong no one can help you or call you back! Furthermore we regret ever doing business with them. There staff are not educated enough to take a message or contact a customer back who wants to spend money there? Not us ever again. Very disappointed in this business.

      We recently purchased a full set of appliances. From the beginning upon plugging the refrigerator in - it began beeping and not functioning correctly. We attempted to call big Sandy’s store and did not receive a phone call back for several days. My husband called ********** who sent out a repairman. That repairman ordered a part put it on and it did not work. Finally my husband spoke to customer service at big Sandy’s to which he was basically told that once the appliance is in your home it becomes your problem. And they don’t just bring you a new one (which I thought was the case when we purchased a brand new refrigerator). We purchased this refrigerator package on 11/28 delivered the 29. And it is the 14th of December and I still do not have a working refrigerator. Big Sandy’s sent out their repairman who stated he would tell them he could not fix this and we needed a new refrigerator, he was here today the 14th. After he left I called and was told we would have to wait for the tech notes to be in and they have no timeline on when we will have a working refrigerator. The rep I spoke to was not very nice about it and did not care that we don’t have a refrigerator that works. I would never purchase anything from this company again. Mind you we also purchased extended warranties that are probably worthless. This is not good business to leave a new customer who purchases new appliances for two weeks without a working refrigerator. If I could give zero stars I would.
