      During the 2023 Black Friday Sale I purchased two Bambu Labs P1S 3D printers with AMS. One was for me and the other was for a Christmas gift. It just so happened that mine was consistently throwing errors and Micro Center told me to come in and exchange it for another. I did so and the replacement has been flawless. Fast forward to today, 12/30, where the one I gifted was full of errors. As I was over the 15 day return window I contacted customer support through the chat feature and was told the returns were extended until January 15, 2024. I looked on the website and saw there were two in stock so I chose to exchange it tonight. After driving for 30 minutes to the store and then waiting in the return/online order line for 25 minutes I was told that nobody could find the two units that arrived on the truck the day before and offered to refund me the money I paid. I explained that I bought it on sale and that if I took the credit and came back and bought it again when it was in stock that I'd be paying $100 plus tax more. I was then told that I could check the website every day and once I am able to add it to my cart, and not just see it in stock, to add it and buy it and then take the trip back and they'll get it sorted. I just got home after 60 minutes of driving, 25 minutes in line, and 9 minutes talking to two different employees at the return terminal. That's 94 minutes to still not have a working printer and having to check the website daily in hopes of being able to add one to the cart before January 15 and then repeat my hour's worth of roundtrip driving and whatever amount of time I'm stuck in the store.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting until until my 3D printer is actually replaced.

      The store manager called me today, 1/3/24, and was very polite and let me know that as soon as they get a P1S in stock he will put one aside in his office and call me to exchange the bad one. In the meantime however I am without a printer and still have to invest another 1+ hours of my time when they do eventually get one in. He mentioned that truck deliveries would now be sporadic as the holidays are over and he doesn't know when they'll get one. It's a shame that they have dozens of X1Cs sitting there but not any P1S models, though I would happily accept the X1C as a replacement.

      Micro center sold us a laptop computer and recommend us to buy a five year warranty with it. The laptop never worked right. the last time I took in for repair after not being used for years, under the warranty was on 3/24/22 under my wife ***** *******. Bar code ************. The problem never got fixed. The tech said that if we buy a solid state hard drive that it might fix the problem, maybe. But we will have to pay. Not cover under the warranty. The problem is why would Micro center sale us a junk laptop and recommend us to buy a junk warranty with it. Its take sometimes 30 minutes or more just to be able to get on the computer.

      We are sorry to hear about your frustration. The tech that worked on your laptop suggested a SSD to make the unit faster since SSD drives are much faster, they ran a full diagnostic and found at that time that the unit needed Windows updates and ran the updates, you also had a trail version of McAfee that was over 300 days expired, we uninstalled that since you were running Avast. They ran the diag overnight and found nothing on the unit, the tech called to let you know what the issues were, and the SSD was a suggestion. I do see that you bought a 3 year plan, we do not offer 5 year plans. I see the unit was in store 3/2022 for repair, did you come back into the store or call the store to let them know that you were not happy? The warranty has expired, and we are past the return time of the unit. We are not able to help with a return at this time since it has been since 2020 when this unit was purchased.

      I am rejecting this response because: From day one the laptop has never worked right. always been slow. I had in their twice. The last time in march because it set in the closet collecting dust past few years. The laptop was and still is useless. I called in because of not getting any use out of the laptop. The man said that we brought a warranty with it and the warranty is still good. I took in to have checked out. I was told that the part might help with the problem some. No guarantee. He did not say that it would fix the problem. Plus he wanted to charge $100 to install the part that might not fix the problem. I told him that is not right to wanting to charge us for a repair on a product that never worked right in the first place. And for a repair that might not even help with the problem. And what good was the warranty that was sold with the useless laptop. If the man said that it would of fixed the problem I would of paid the $100 although I think that the repair should of been cover under the warranty. We have brought computers, printers and other things from micro center over the years and never had a problem like this before. This is why I file the complaint. Micro center seen to have went down hill big time. I'm not the only person

      I bought all the parts and services to have a tier 5 custom pc built by Micro Center for 7,236.23. They told me it would take about a month and said i would have to order a gpu block online which i did. I took the gpu block to micro center and then they told me the piping they charge me for wouldn't work. So i went back and forth to find out what i needed to order online because they didn't have the correct parts there. So i order the pipes and took them to micro center. Didn't hear anything for about 2 weeks. ***** final reached out and said the tech hasn't said anything yet?. Then 2 weeks later i find out i need a gpu riser cable. I ordered the part because they didn't have it and took it to micro center. Next week i reached out and sent another e-mail to see how long it would take and again nothing. They have had my pc for 2 months and i paid 7,236.23 and no body can even call me back. I just want a refunded and i wanna come pick up my computer case.

      I purchased a Lenovo go from microcenter. ***-**-******* on 11/2/23. I was told upon purchasing it that would be under the holiday return policy of 1/29/24. It says that in my online receipt as well. I went in for price protection and they refused to allow me to do price protection I then offered to go to my car to bring item to return. He said too late as computer would not allow him to. Why lie to your customer. I would like to warranty return and the 50 $ price drop member pricing refunded to microcenter gift card. I would like to let Nassau county consumer affairs know about false advertising.

Our holiday return period is until 1/15/24 all receipts will say this date. Now you are backtracking on what the agent said. The store did say their system did not allow return past 15 days. He did check with front end manager twice and system was not allowed to.       We’ve had a very negative experience with the shoddy communication and follow up in the build of our PC. There were several things not disclosed to us before the building of our PC by the consultant, ****** *****, at your Dallas location. The most glaring is his complete omission of the fact that our PC tower would be see through glass, with bright Christmas tree lighting with alternating glowing colors inside. Combined with the fan, this makes for a very uncomfortable strobe effect that literally gives me a headache. When at the front of the computer, I can’t even stay on for more than a minute or two. It brings on migraine symptoms. Mr. ***** never mentioned this garish lighting display would be our build, nor did he mention any other build options for the casing. The manager of the tech area, *******, has not responded to my text messages. ****** ***** gave no help to my brother in an email response sent today.

      Was told over the phone that I could bring my computer in to have the keyboard replaced and that it would only take a couple of minutes. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and was told no. I am blind so I need to coordinate transportation. When I arrived I was admonished by the woman at the repair desk for not making an appointment and than I was informed that it would take a month for them to ship my computer, get the keyboard replaced and have it shiupped back to me. It is the Micro Center high-end gaming computer, but I don't use it for games, I use it for my job. The service agent was rude and suggested that I just use an external keyboard, which defeats the point of having a laptop computer. There own policy posted on the Micro Center web site states that they will replace laptop keyboards within three days. I am at a loss and would simply like my keyboard replaced in a reasonable timeframe. Here is a link to there policy: ****************

      On August 27, 2023, I took my laptop computer to Micro Center for system updates and low volume on speakes.  My laptop was there for 18 days.  On September 15th, when I got my laptop home, I had trouble turning it on, the power button was not working.  Immediately I called Micro Center to tell them about the problem, the lady I spoke to in customer service told me to return the laptop to the store.  When I returned from vacation on October 1, I returned the laptop to the store.

      told  him to put it in writing - provided drc email -  sending in consumer response...
      took in to have updates and low volume speaker; when it was complete he went to pick it up after they had it for 18 days and he needed it for work; called in and took it back as instructed since it was returned to him with power button broken and his computer had nothing wrong with his button when he took it in for the initial visit for updates. Yes he did approve the repair of the button because he needed his computer to be working but he explained that his button was not broken when it was brought in; thought it was understood that it would not be his charge. When called to pick it up 10 days later he paid it just to get his computer working again and he could get caught up on his work. Does not understand why he should have to pay for something that happened when it was not even in his possession and his wawa fine when he first took it in. Desires refund.

      i purchased motherboards from these crooks and my recites they are robbing people i bought a b450 asrock the recite is hiden has a one year warranty the board came with a 3 year ive asked them to send recite never recived it and its hiden Im buying from other sources now because i have a video card that i bought from them and i delt with the company direct. microcenters recites are not printable I will never buy from them again. Ive asked for recites they dont give them ********* and someone is blocking me from the internet I have a feeling i found who they are I want my recites that i have been asking for for 2 years and have documented proof. Everything i bought from these crooks don't work Im sorry i gave them my money. I build for my company and my friends the motherboard they are spying on people they are using the serial and motherboard information to think they are support thats what im seeing nothing i purchased from them works none and i will never buy from them again done deal. they are getting larger on other headaches.       I am rejecting this response because:  there was nothing in the response I did get the recites from the site I lost a lot of money 5 motherboards 2 processors and 3 DVD drives that never worked from the day i purchased them t6he motherboards i did not know what to do. they never helped me with getting the RMAs i had to learn on my own with all new motherboards im done with them i dont care anymore because you cant get help when you need it the most    I brought the dvds back they said its over thirty days they were 16.95 each everything else its my fault because i did not know how to handle it you can close this ticket the other 20 bbb reports did not have this box to write in this one did. Thanks they one all i wanted was my 3 internal dvds that oi payed for and did not work I say they were returned and were junk they found an inexperienced sucker to sell them to.       Ok ill be nice next time first they took my origanal email from the account i have parts regesterd to the email they got my other email from the BBB what they told me They had sent my recites to me with live emails they disaperd befor i could priot them I have a 350 netgear router that i bought and its not in my account no more I need the recite i also checked best buy not thier i also bought a VPN here everything i bought from them doesnt work no more and i would of been nice but i get lied to I DONT LIE TO THEM WHY SHOULD THEY LIE TO ME. First i want the email put backl on i have 3 emails and a phone number Im so angre this is going on for 6 years my computers were all taken down and the motherbords the company voided the warranty on them i argued with them about it one motherboartd had my sweat on it only onethey voided 5 brand new motherboards over 600 dollars for no reason I sent my dlink vpn in for an rma to be repaired still did not get it back 169.00 gone and what can i do nothing so im aregent to all the cowards and phonies online and on the phone Id like to see how they would respond if it were them that lost all that money and cant do a thing about it so 2 prand new Routers 5 motherboards a brand new dell never used 7 years old I put it online 8 months ago and it was regesterd again and turned off just like the routers you tell me

      I purchased a defective power supply from the store. I have been trying to get a refund since September. I was told to mail the power supply back and I did. I followed up a month later and was told that they had to confirm with the lab whether it was received. To date, I have not had another response. The company seems to be contracting its customer service workload.

When we cancel an order and process the refund it can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for this refund to process on the banks side of things. The usual time is 3-5 business days but we cannot guarantee as it is up to the bank as to when they will make it available.


      If you have not received anything pending on the bank end of things within the allotted time, please reach back out and we will reach out to our corporate finance team to verify things but from what we have the ability to see on our end as of now, this was cancelled yesterday, and the refund is in progress to be sent over to your bank.

      Complaint: 20931128

      I am rejecting this response because: as of today my bank still has no received any notification that there has been a refund issues. As of tomorrow they will be marking the purchase as fraud and will be pursuing it as so. Micro center needs to be held accountable for scamming people.
