      Right customer s waiting in line - only 1 cashier. meanwhile 3other staff member dad are either at the hep desk doing paperwork, delivering one order at the curb - OR - collecting a f we w carts outside. The woman in line before me had t least 40 items,; I had two. I had plenty of time to wait ...Why bother with carts or even stores when you can't check out??.I will shop online from now on, using **************** ** location.. deserves 0 stars.

      Air conditioner is always broken in your SWFL stores. I saw the thermostat in one store its 84 degrees at 7pm. I feel bad for your employees who have to work in this heat. This is unacceptable.

      No public bathroom available. I asked a girl working at the cutting counter if the bathroom was unlocked she said it was although it was not when I came back to find her to unlock the bathroom. She wasnt around when I asked the manager if she would unlock the bathroom she said no when I asked to talk to the manager later she said thats how it is were not gonna unlock the bathroom.

      I ordered some faux fur online,or shall I say I called it in because of ordering prob. Anyway when I got my order it was wrong color, and to top things off I can't use the fur because no one knows how to cut the fur right. It's ruined. Please get employees that know what they are doing first, then make sure orders are right. I wa t a total refund or send me the right color at no charge . I will gladly send the other back as soon as I get a label to send it back free.Also I went to lincoln,ne. Store they do not know how to cut the fur either,that's why I was hoping somewhere else does......NOPE!!!! WANT RIGHT COLOR AND THE RIGHT PERSON TO CUT IT....FROM THE BACK NOT THE FRONT.......

      Not sure what JoAnn's is doing to the employee atmosphere but it's gotten really bad as of late. They're still professional on the floor but you can tell they hate their job with a passion. I've shopped at every location in my area and it's the same all over. So what ever is going on is coming from corporate. It is clear employees are miserable, unhappy and no longer have a passion for their employment. Hours have clearly been repeated slashed to the point where one person is expected to do the job of 4-6 individuals. (Impossible.) Turn over is really high and staff (including management at store levels) are beyond fed up and about ready to walk. Several long term staff are about ready to walk and leave the company. Once upon a time they loved the job and were willing to retire with it. No longer is that true. I work retail and retail like jobs so I see this with open eyes compared to people just swinging through for a small purchase. As a customer, I am noticing more out of stock tags than before. More and more items locked up than before. It's impossible to find staff to unlock these items for you. And if they do they either ****** you to the register or hold it at register. All too often when I get to register the staff member never brought it to the register. When sewing sales occur, customers horde and empty shelves like it's nothing. On stocking days there is not enough staff to stock shelves in a timely manner. So instead of taking 1/2 a day for load days it's now 1-2 days due to lack of staff. Too many times I've gotten to the register or cutting counter and someone failed to do their homework on their project before they check out. So they end up holding up the line for their selfish reasons and make everyone behind them wait. Fellow customers: Please learn to read a price tag. I can't tell you how many customers argue over prices being off. JoAnn's isn't a company that ***** nilly honors prices just because you say it's this item.

      Couldn't update my address 20 minutes after I ordered. I meant to click pick up in store, but accidentally selected ship to me, which had an address I no longer live at. I spoke with an extremely rude woman who stated there was nothing they could do, except cancel the order AFTER it was shipped, when the ladies at my local store said the **************** line would be able to. Spoke to a Supervisor named ***, who gave me the same answer about getting a refund after it was shipped and that their systems "just weren't set up to change addresses." I was then transferred to a very kind man in the ordering department who stated the address could have been updated within 30 minutes of placing my order. His advice was to contact ***** after I got a shipping confirmation email, and that hopefully THEY would be able to change the address label. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN

      JoAnn's does not honor their online prices. If an item went up in price they do not care what price shows online and will not honor it while trying to get it updated. Totally unacceptable customer service. I did go to Brother since it was their machine and they honored the same price on their website. Maybe JoAnn's can take some courses from Brother on customer service.

      They consistently lie about sale prices, with multiple signs saying different things. Both online and in store. You cannot place an online order that they will fulfill and they with cancel in part or in full. Ive also had them cut a multi-yard fabric order into one yard pieces.

      Not recommended I purchased the Singer Mending machine online as a starter for my 13 year old granddaughter. I purchased from Joannes because I thought I could trust them. First, it was delivered to the wrong address. ***** said to contact Joannes but I was on terminal hold so I located the box myself. On December 26th, I planned our first sewing ****** but the tension was wrong and couldn't be adjusted. I drove to my local Joannes to return it. The ***** machine could only be returned with a ***** restocking fee! So, instead of buying a replacement machine at Joannes, i went to Hobby Lobby and spent 3*****. Joannes got ***** but lost me as a customer.

      If I could give this store 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service! ********'s store sent me the incorrect product in the mail and then refused to correct the problem. It literally says hassle-free refunds on the box that the incorrect product came in. I ordered a Cricut Joy and received 6 15oz Cricut cups instead. Basically, I paid $150 for a $25 mug bundle. I called customer service 3 times for help and my husband called also. Never got anywhere. I wish there was a way to get the word out about how horrible this company is. Just look at all these horrible reviews they have. Clearly, this is an ongoing issue.
