      If I could express my dissatisfaction without rating, I would. Regrettably, overlooking previous reviews, I placed an order for eight items on December 16th, anticipating a slight delay due to the holidays. However, despite this allowance, my items have yet to ship. These materials were crucial for completing a time-sensitive project. My attempts to contact them by phone directed me to email or text, yet my email remains unanswered, and text responses take an excessively long time, often hours or a full day. Each text reply felt like a repetitive message promising imminent shipment without any concrete information. They mentioned being in touch with their warehouse, only to later claim they had no means of communication with them. There was no consistency in the representatives I spoke with. After 11 business days, I opted to procure the items directly from **** *****. Given the considerable inconvenience and ambiguity in communication, I've lost interest in receiving the products. Unfortunately, Joann's policy doesn't allow cancellations, prompting me to contact my bank to halt the payment.

      I have just experienced the worst online ordering experience at Joann.com. An order, containing about 18 or 19 items, was completely cancelled due to item availability. Went back online, and all of the Items still appear to be available, so I reordered. Once again, the entire order was cancelled. I contacted CS (now only available through email/text and painstakingly slow). They said that too many of the items are coming from different places, it this will automatically trigger this cancellation of the entire order. There is nothing they can do about it. CS suggested that I place 2 or 3 smaller orders by brand (they would refund me the shipping). Problem is, my order contains about 10 different brands. Do I really need to place 10 different orders? CS won't give me any further clarification. If I wasn't already over ordering from Joann.com from the order cancellations, the CS response has put a nail in that coffin.

      I would give a negative if I could. I made a purchase for my mom about 2 weeks ago for a Christmas present. A week after my purchase (December 19, 2023 to be exact) my mom passed away. I returned the 150 dollar sewing machine. The manager at the Clarence/Amherst store told me that she could not waive a 25 dollar restocking fee. The product was never opened nor used. There was no sympathy from her whatsoever. I will NEVER shop at a JoAnn store again...and I was a regular customer. Their lack of anything was appalling and very hurtful.

      I have never successfully gotten any order from them. They string you along for a month or two only to cancel the order. Im done!

      This company sat on my order for 4 weeks and then cancelled each item, piece by piece. I asked them to cancel the order weeks ago but they refused.Any shipments I have successfully received were broken, damaged and/or had the packaging open.Service is awful in the store too.

      I placed an order on December 2, 2023. My credit card immediately had a hold on the funds for the order. It’s now December 23 and the order is still in the processing stage. The order wasn’t complex, two identical cross stitch kits that are noted as “in stock”. The phone line is now down. They have not answered ant of my three emails and the chat line does not work. There are thousands of customers caught in this fiasco.i want my money back!!! If I could select zero stars I would! ??

      Worst company Ive had to deal with!! Ordered 6 pieces of material in November, it is now December 23 and still waiting for 2 pieces that I will not have time to make for Christmas!!! I WILL NOT ORDER WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!

      I ordered online Dec. 7, 2023. They didn’t say on website that you couldn’t cancel an order. They didn’t say that they had any delays. As soon as I order, they said they were experiencing delays and I couldn’t cancel my order. It is now Dec. 23, 2023 and the order is still processing, but now they canceled part of the order. I needed this stuff before Christmas, and order has not shipped. I don’t need the order now, because it is too late. I want my order canceled. They take your money right away and leave you in limbo. I want to be free of this nightmare. The funny part about it was that it was frosting for a gingerbread house. How hard is it to send frosting. I also noticed that they upped the price. The original price was $6.39. Now it is 7.99. They are totally ripping people off. Cancel my order.

      I placed an order over the Thanksgiving Holiday for Cricut items that were on sale. My order was canceled without any notification. When I checked on the order (to find out it had been canceled), I was informed it was canceled due to "items being shipped from too many different warehouses". What?!! The CS rep divided my order into two shipments. Some of the items were received, some in "processing", then later notified order being delayed, & today informed order is canceled yet again. I went on-line to see that the Cricut items I ordered are again being offered "for lowest price of the season", but they cannot fill my order!! Not one Cricut item has been received, yet they are still advertising. Really?!!

      I placed an order for Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving. It is now 3 days before Christmas and my items are still processing. The only contact information they have is email. When I emailed them to ask about canceling my order, they said I could not cancel. I live an hour away from the nearest Jo-Ann's store and I'm not about to pay a return shipping fee to return my items by mail, when this is their fault, not mine. If they can't ship things out within a reasonable time then they should give you the option of canceling! If I had known that after 4 weeks my items still would not have been shipped, then I never would have ordered from them. Lesson learned. I will never order online from this company again! I did end up changing my credit card number, though, so that they are unable to charge me when they do decide to ship my items. It was a bit of a hassle, but for me, it's the principle of the matter
