      I used to order frequently and would get my orders promptly .but since nov 22 they have been horrible at shipping items.they would ship an 88cents item .one at a time .it costs more than that to ship it.I'm still waiting on Christmas fAbric almost month later .before I realized there was problem I placed another order on dec.2, still says processing .they won't answer emails .and forget calling you will be left in hold until you finally give up and hang up .I'm filing a charge back with my card company .I'm done with them !

      I placed an order for Christmas ribbon and Christmas floral on 11/25. The status on my order is showing "processing". I have emailed, and text messaged with no response. I waited on hold for almost an hour. The person was no help and had no answers about why my order was still not shipped. At this point, I would love a refund on my items. So disappointing!

      Worst Online service along with unreliable customer service practices. I ordered items through the website since they weren't available in stores. I placed the order on 11/27 and almost 3 weeks later have not received updates. On top of that there is no real customer service to reach out to about finding out the status of orders. Extremely unprofessional and unable to even provide answers for customers on delays or issues. Hoping they will go bankrupt or collapse as they don't have a strong foundation, resources or establishment to help the customers with transactions and any issues. All you get is a generated message apologizing for the delay in their order and voices over the phone while you wait over 45 mins to days for anyone to get in touch with you. Apparently they offer "texts" through their customer service, but I don't think any one really checks it, or it's one person. Either way will NOT be shopping with them again.

      Terrible customer service! Never can speak to a real human being. I placed my online order November 28th. As of December 13th, order still has not shipped and no one via text or email will tell me an update. I have requested to cancel my order but they won't stop order, even though it has NOT shipped. Makes no sense. I will never buy another item from Jo-Ann Stores in person or online again!

      I purchased a Singer Sewing Machine at Joann Fabrics got it home set it up it did not work. I called Joanns the next day the gentleman told me since I opened the box it can not be returned here. I said how else could I tell if it worked or not I had to open the box. They told me Singer will take care of it. Called Singer at first they told me Joanns had to take of that, this went on for 3 days back and forth to each company. Finally I got my attorney involved. Called Singer 1 more time the 1 lady said send me a copy if uour recept and photos of machine and my address. Got that sent out in 5 min. Days go by no call no email nothing. I call back again same lady said I forward this over today. Few more days I call Singer CS kid there said nothing I can do or help you with, I said I want a call back today. I did recieve a call back nu e lady said I take care of this you will get a return label in the next day or to.. 11 days go past nothing call again CS a different lady said I will have her call you ok. I get an email you will get the label in 24-36 hrs. Is it coming by mail or email. Nothing else said. In between all this I left messaged for her to get ahold if me. Never got an email or call back. Never again will I buy a Singer sewing machine. My last one I had for 20 years without a problem.

      I placed an online order with JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts on 12/4/23, it still has not shipped. Customer service options consist of automated texts and emails, which don't provide any information beyond the obvious that your order hasn't shipped. When I finally got through to customer service on the phone I was informed that they will not cancel orders or release holds on credit/debit cards and was given no timeline on when to expect my items. I had ordered supplies to make Christmas presents and it is unlikely I will see it before the New Year.

      I placed an order for $500 worth of fabric to make items for Christmas. After 3 weeks of placing the order, I have received 3 of the items. When I called the customer service line, they told me their system is not designed to be able to cancel an existing order and I have to wait until I receive everything and then I have to send it all back for a refund. They said the reason my order was taking so long to process is because the warehouse is short on supply. I am complaining because I don't have another $500 to go to the store and re purchase the items in the mean time. Then, I am expected to take possibly tons of boxes to the post office and ship everything back. This is absolute terrible service. If such a delay is a result of the company not having my items in stock, it is not fair that I am to just wait weeks and weeks to get all of my items and then have to send it all back to get a refund. Never will I order from Jo-Ann Stores again, and will share this with everyone I know. I just want to cancel my order, this should not be a thing. I had to give a star, but would have given 0 stars.

      I placed an order on 11/17 and was not notifited that a partial order was shipped. As of 12/11 the other part of my order states "processing". I have tried to contact customer service thru email and text and have had NO response. I keep getting the "someone will contact you" reply. No one has done anything to resolve this. I need the items so I tried the online order with in-store pick up. Two of my items were cancelled without notifiying me. I prepaid for my order and went to pick up in store. I got my order (without the two items) and the next day discovered I was charged AGAIN for the FULL price including the items I did not receive. There is no way to get a response from customer service. I have never experienced this when shopping with Joann and it is shameful that their tagline is making you happy when they do nothing to hepl you resolve issues. I will not be using Joann again and will hopefully get some kind of resolution from someone.

      Online order has not even shipped after 2 weeks, and no replies from customer service other than a "we are working on a reply" that I got 8 days ago. I should have paid more attention to the reviews of their customer service, but would strongly encourage anyone to stay away.
