      I placed an order 11/25 and my order is continuing to say processing, cant get anyone to answer emails or calls. This item was purchased for a Christmas present and unfortunately looks like it will be a waste of money because at this rate it wont be here for Christmas. I will NEVER order from JoAnn again. I could understand needing a few extra days but this is ridiculous, especially with no contact back. DO BETTER JOANN.

      I put in a large Christmas decor order on Nov 22, 2023. Nearly three weeks later 21 items are either now showing cancelled or processing. I have received nothing but they have been so kind as to charge me. What kind of a joke is this. Whos running the shipping for this company. Im so disappointed I will never buy from them again. This seems like fraud to keep items for weeks in the processing status. Who gives a c*** about Christmas decor if nothing even arrives until after December!

      I placed an order for Christmas Decor on 11/25. It is still showing processing. I have emailed with no response. I waited on hold for an hour. No help. Left messages, no response. At this point, I want my items or refund asap.

      Placed a simple $10 order on 11/25 via their website, still as not shipped, I've contacted their Customer Service and received no response. Seriously wonder if and how they're still in business.

      I placed an order on November 23rd for your Black Friday sale, paid through PayPal, and a hold was placed on my funds. To date I have had two small items shipped in individual orders, but the rest of my order is still marked as being processed. Its now December 9th and since these are seasonal items I presume I am not going to receive them. In the meantime my funds are being held until December 22nd. And its impossible to receive an acknowledgment either online or by phone. I could have found the items elsewhere but youre holding my funds and preventing me from doing so, which is a pretty grinchy thing to do to your customers at Christmas time. I will not be placing another order online from Joanns. Last year you shipped my order literally a spool of thread at a time.

      Similar to the other complaints, I've order my items 3 weeks ago and cannot get any answer on what is happening to it. When you call, it says "we aren't taking calls". I don't know how they expect to stay in business like this. And the A- rating is because they don't respond to the complaints. Go figure: no response to emails, no contact by phone, no resolution to the problems. Should be a D- in my book. What does it take to simply say, "We're sorry, we don't have your item. We'll refund your money". Well, I'll just back the charge out of my card I guess. Never shop with JoAnn - horrible horrible CS.

      I ordered yarn and it allowed me to place my pleased, charge my card, and even got an email saying it had been shipped. Then later last night I got a charge on my card from Joann for $13 followed by an email THIS MORNING saying it only shipped one color of yarn and the other was out of stock. So now I have two charges still on my credit card, and am receiving one color that I cannot use without the other. They shouldve had it marked out of stock before I was able to order. And on top of that I shouldve gotten and email asking if I still wanted the order when half of it was suddenly out of stock. Very very frustrating. I now have to order the yarn from somewhere else and it wont arrive in time to make the Christmas gift I was planning to make with my order.

      This is insane, I have called, texted, and emailed and can not get anything resolved the order was submitted to go to the wrong address. I have tried getting cancelled, re routed, anything but no one will pick up the phone or answer the emails or text option they have. They do not care! I cant afford to pay another 200 dollars for a large crafting table when this could have been fixed before it was ever shipped out! Worst customer service ever.

      Wish I'd read before purchasing online from Jo-Ann. That said, they DO state a timeframe and according to the FTC, they're required to honor that or you can pursue the matter with your credit card company. This garbage of their not allowing you to cancel an order that's not showing up is just an intimidation technique. We buy Christmas items and expect them to not still be in "processing" (a/k/a not even shipped yet) ten days later. They don't bother to warn customers of this absurd delay prior to buying. Jo-Ann you've completely lost this customer. I'm listening to the Federal Trade Commission and on the day you promised I'm CANCELLING my order through my credit card company. Frankly, I expect with such bad business practices you'll be out of business completely soon enough. What a shame. If you'd at least warn people ahead of time about bad delays it's then up to them if they can wait.

      Placed and order in November. It's now December and order has not shipped. Contacted customer service via email 4 times and I have not received a response. Called their customer service and was told I can't cancel and they can't tell me when items will ship. I don't believe I will receive items in time for Christmas. Warning to other customers. Do not purchase from them online.
