      I ordered two frames on November 23. I received an email with a link explaining I would be notified within 5 business days for the order to ship. It is December 4th and I have not received any email saying the order would ship. I do not see an option within the email to check my order status. I called their customer service phone number and was on hold for 35 minutes. When a representative picked up, I asked if I could cancel my order, they said I could not. If I wanted to cancel, I needed to wait for the product to arrive (if it arrives), and then go to a store to return it. This seems like a inconvenient solution given it is 2023.I do not recommend ordering from this company. It seems as though decision makers do not care. The gentleman on the phone was very nice however.

      Order I placed this order on the 28th of November. It is now Dec 6th and my order has continually showed processing I have emailed them multiple times asking about this order and I continually get the same generic response that they received my message and will respond within48 hours. They havent. 6 days later and I STILL have no response from them. My order is STILL showing processing again this morning. I want them to refund my money immediately. I will be removing their app from my electronics and search for a more reputable and responsive company to do business with. And I can see this is a common practice with them by the reviews below.

      Buyer beware! You are DEFINITELY not getting orders delivered in 6-10 business days. Orders are still in processing status after a week. People are all over social media 2 and 3 weeks after making an order and their orders still haven't shipped. They won't let you cancel your order either, but they can cancel it whenever! I need Christmas items before Christmas. This business is a joke. Don't make promises you can't keep. Joann is VERY behind the times.

      Placed an online order on 11/21. Once the order was placed received an email about delayed shipping (info shouldve been communicated before placing the order). My order is still processing and they wont allow you to cancel the order. Terrible service, never order online again. There are several complaints on FB and IG.

      Ordered fabrics to ship to my house. I get a notice that it was picked up by someone else from another state, I then called customer service and they told me it was shipped. I thought everything was good until i get another charge on my credit card for an order i did not make. I called customer service again and i get some half-***** answer that they charge it to make sure i have sufficient funding?...Its a CREDIT CARD not a bank, what do you mean sufficient funding? So great, now I have two charges for one order, which one is supposed to go away in 5 days according to them. Who the **** does business like this? With such half baked answer, i doubt the charge will go away. If i dont see it going away in five days im disputing the charge with my bank. Never order anything from this place.

      Placed an on-line order for $45.02. Had to get it from a store other than the one I always purchase from. Was charged the $45.02 a second time & told it was a “hold” charge. NEVER had this happen before. Contacted Customer service via phone & email & they were of zero help. Told I’d get $$ back within 14 days. Not holding my breath! Reporting to BBB & never will I order from there on-line again!

      I I ordered something online for a curbside pickup. The next day I received a notice it was out of stock the slight the fact that the website says it was in stock. So they offered me free shipping to order it online. I ordered it over a week ago and all I got back was a notice saying you'll hear more information. According to their website the order is still processing over a week later this is not the standard that others use and I cannot get a response from them at all

      The website today advertised ribbon for $1.50 and embroidery floss for 50 cents -- supposedly a big sale!!! This store is all about false and deceptive advertising. There was no ribbon or embroidery floss anywhere close to being the advertised prices. I told the cashier and she had no response. Bait and switch.

      I purchased a foam cushion in early October 2023 marked as “available” on the Joann website. After 3 weeks with no notification of shipping, I contacted customer service and was informed they did not have the product in their procession and did not know when they would have it back in stock. I requested my order be canceled and they refused, despite the unknown shipping date. I had to order the product elsewhere. The Joann fabric cushion finally arrived over 6 weeks later and now I need to go through the trouble of returning it to a store over an hour drive away (1 direction!). Terrible service.

      Do not order curbside pick-up from this store. I went about 2 months ago and waited outside for 40 minutes. I was told they forgot to bring me my items. Ok...it happens. I ordered last week. I didn't get the notice that the items were ready but I had other items to purchase. So I went into the store to pick-up additional items. The store was a COMPLETE DISASTER. I have never seen anything like it. Ia confident there were safety hazards everywhere. I couldnt get to parts of the store bc boxes were everywhere. I was able to find the 2 items i needed and went to the checkout. I asked if my order was ready. The cashier told me, they were only filling 10 orders a day. I said, well i guess i will male another trip and she laughed at me. I literally pulled out of the parking lot and got a notice that the order was ready. I pulled back in and discovered they changed their hours and were now closed. I went the next day and got the items. I ordered again from them on Sunday. I needed a specific item that I can only get there to complete the project otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Well, it has been 48 hours and the order isn't pulled. I called the manager who stated, sorry we are short staffed and have 35 orders waiting to get pulled. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't take online orders if you don't have the staff and make the store presentable and safe for shopping. I understand there are staffing shortages everywhere but it isn't my problem. You are taking my money without any problems! Ugh.Moral of the story, shope elsewhere.
