Unfortunately, having their water filtration system in my house has turned out to be a big mistake. Installation went well. After about 3 days the water smell came back and continued to increase. I called the local representative and discussed issues trued a few things and it tldid not work. This is where things went bad. They reforms to give my money back and come and get their system. The local representative basically gave me a number and hung up. Didn't ask if I had a pen or was ready. I HAD to call back and get the number. It has been 3 days calling this number and leaving messages with the operators. I WAS told thus was escalated to a regio al person. However, Last time I called I was told it would have to be a local person. Meanwhile my family suffers with a smell that perhaps another system could help me with and this company will not even call me backLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

The worst system ever . I paid over $5,000 for the resin and the brine tank to be installed to remove hardness and the rotten egg smell from the water but since I bought the system hasnt been working like is supposed too and I have contacted them several times without success for a call backLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Horrible experience! total disappointment. I paid 6000$ to have salt water in my faucets now!They installed a IRT system July 17th promising me clean water. After the filter was installed the water from the faucets were horrible than the water from the well. I informed them my concerns and I was told I need to wait 3 weeks for the filter to be fully functional, I waited but it got worse and I started to get water smelling like rotten eggs from my faucet. I scheduled a service call on Aug 4th to get it fixed but the tech doesnt seem to care to come fix it, he was asking me to do stuff to troubleshoot the problem which I did but still no use. So I called again to schedule a tech to come and look at it at Aug 6th When he came he looked at the salt tank and said I need to add more salt as the salt was almost completely gone, which I checked the night before. He also did a water hardness test and said I need to pay 125$ for the service I said I dont want to pay as I was advised my the person who sold me the system that I dont have to pay because its only been 3 weeks after installation. The tech agreed and he left but came back again after hearing from his manager ******* who wanted me to pay, so I gave him my card info which later declined.I added 80lbs of salt and it was completely gone in 2 days I added 160lbs of salt and its almost less than a half in a week. I m getting salt water through my faucets now.I called and schedule another service call but they wont service because I didnt pay for the first service and I texted ******* letting him know all these concerns but didnt seems to care as he wants me to pay the 125$.My clothes, work uniform everything is stained, my mom and sister is having allergic reactions on their skin.The tech also adjusted something on the system which I dont know the technical side of it. But that is when I started getting salf water through my faucets and the salt is disappearing quickly Please dont fall for these peoples scamLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Leaf Home Water Solutions installed a water filtration and softener system in our house, after they tested the water, for almost $9,000. The water now smells like rotten eggs. We have made numerous complaints about the smell of the water. They have been unable to fix it. They have refused to remove the system and refund the money to the **************************** They claim they are going to mess up our credit if we do not pay. I cannot even take a bath in my house. The water dries out my skin. These people are scammers and act like criminals.The responsible people who work for the company cannot be found and everyone works from home.If I could give them zero stars, I would.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I have the water system added three years ago. Nothing but problems. This last time, the circuit is beeping. I called 5 days ago, and they said a man would call me to set up service. Nothing! Now five days later and two more phone calls, still nothing. Bad service! They sold it to me saying that they will contact me 30 days prior to a year for service. I still havent heard from them. Every year a problem, this year is really bad!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

I have had Leaf do a complete install and a 1 year follow up with a system check, UV Light Bulb replacement and water test on the original install and the One Year check up. I have worked with *****, **** and ***** and all three of them were Very Professional, Knowledgeable and Answered every question I had both on the scheduling and both install and the one year Check up. My next project with them is an install of there New RO System which is Tankless and will be scheduled with a Salesman coming out next week to finalize the purchase and set me up with the install department for a date on the installation. I am 100% satisfied at every level so far and would highly recommend Leaf Water to anyone. Oh and I highly Recommend ***** for the Installation guy! Very knowledgeable and an easy guy to work with! *** BLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

For an entire week they have been calling multiple times a day, leaving voicemails and from 6 different phone numbers. It doesnt matter how many times I block them because they just call from a different number. I feel like Im being harassed.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

Purchase a 3 tank system on 7/30. The contractor (****) came out on 8/1 and installed the system. When my husband got home he realized that the contractor did not installed correctly. We call the 888 number and ***** called us back and did argue stating that it was done correctly. My husband submitted photos to **** and he than corrected himself and said he would be back on 8/2 to correct the problem. **** returned at 8am on 8/2 and corrected the problem. But now we have NO HOT WATER THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. My husband went to Lowes and changed out all components of the hot water heater. But still no hot water. We have called the 888 number back several times asking for a supervisor or manager and have not received a call back. My husband did called **** at 8:30am on Monday. He said he would talk with his supervisor and get back to us. It is now 1pm est and no one has called us. When I called the 888 number ****** said someone would call me by 4pm est. I said I called yesterday and left a message with ***** and he said the supervisor or manager would be calling me this morning. She had No apologies just that someone would be calling.
