      We have had Omni Fiber for about two months. Apparently we are getting higher speed but we still cannot download any apps on our smart TV and the internet comes and goes causing problems on all our devices. They sent a serviceman once, but will not change the location of the modem, which is in the opposite corner of the house from where we use the TV and laptop etc. I think this is the problem. Their customer service and tech support people are very nice but I am looking for another provider because we are paying 50% more than our last one and still are having all these issues.

      With our previous provider, sporadic net connections was a daily hassle. In the month since Omni Fiber was installed, we have experienced maybe one momentary internet burp. TV service is fantastic. I would recommend Omni Fiber to anyone, hands down!
