They have been charging me more than I had agreed upon. I have several invoices to reflect that. Their service is not great and they didn't try to resolve the pricing issues even though it was brought up on several occasion.Business Response

This miserable company! They keep charging me for a service THEY DON'T PROVIDE!! It's been months (AGAIN!) since I've seen any provider change my stupid, cursed rug yet they charge me $53.45 monthly like clockwork! This is the second time I have to file a complaint because it's the only way they EVER TRY TO FIX ANYTHING! I've been having issues with Cintas since I foolishly agreed to any service with them over 18 months ago. I filed a complaint and they FINALLY showed up to resolve it. The issue? "Your business was closed during the time the Cintas rep's route came through this area." OH REALLY?? So you KNOWINGLY didn't provide the service, yet still charge like you did? Yep. I thought finally that was behind us and here we are, yet again... 3 months and no driver yet the charges always come! 3 months and I have to cancel the charge through my CC company. I'm done with this crooked company!! Anyone who reads this, avoid this company like the plague! You'll get hit-or-miss service yet they'll never miss on charging you whether they provided the service or not.Business Response

Spoke with ******** apologized for the miscommunication and oversight. We agreed to credit the invoice and order a new customer logo mat. If we identify a conflict or constraint in the future, we will proactively communicate with Heemos to avoid any unnecessary frustration or follow-up. Ideally, we are able to continue our partnership without issue and provide excellent customer service.Customer Answer

Worst company for uniforms! I ordered my work uniforms from Cintas through my my employer. None of the uniforms are true to size and needed a size bigger from what I normally wear. 3 weeks go by, I called Cintas to see why it’s not showing up on my account and they actually told me they’re behind 2 months worth of returns! Finally after a week it hit my account but said only 5 items were returned when I actually returned 9 items. Now they’re telling me someof the items were modified and cannot be returned. However in order to add items to my cart they MUST be embroidered with my companies logo.. I’ve been working in 30 degree weather because Cintas is a foul up of a company and cannot get proper uniforms. The only items I can order that were not embroidered are on back order. I will try to convince my company to work with a more reputable uniform company. Meanwhile Cintas is holding onto $200 in uniforms of my money. Get your uniforms from somewhere else!!Business Response

To Whom It May Concern,
Good afternoon, we started our contract with Cintas back in 2017. Originally they quoted us $50-$100 service monthly which wasn't a problem. Quickly prices went up but I couldn't do much because we signed a 5 year contract. The penalties to close the contract was too high so we just stuck it out for the 5 years even though it was not worth it. After the 5 years was up it was time to terminate the contract because we did not need the service anymore. This is where the process was our worst nightmare.
I called around 10-15 times. All the phone calls would reach a representative that stated they would have to transfer and forward my message to another department. It was unsuccessful all those times until I finally got a call back later confirming my cancellation. They stated that our account was closed but they still want to come out to our warehouse to talk to us and possibly renew our contract. I told them I was not interested at the moment. A few months goes by and a rep shows up at our warehouse, I told them I was still not interested. As a small business these extra services and fees were not worth it. The following month a Cintas employee came to provide service and I told them that we closed our account and he said ok and left (no service was done). The following month the driver came back again and I told him the same thing. He also said you "Oh that's right you guys closed your account, I am not sure why they added you guys to my route".
Since these incidents we have been billed for 6 services that we have not received and did not ask for. The total is little above $700.00 (I don't have the statement on me) and when i called in again they said our account never "officially" got closed. I told them there's no way because it should have been closed months ago. They said the representative that came to our warehouse kept it open to negotiate a new contract.
We want to close this account forever and clear out the statement charges.Business Response

We hired Cintas to help our business with 3 compartment, sink, soaps, and sanitation. For a custom printed entrance mat that should be replaced at each visit as promised, paper towels, paper towel dispensers, automatic soap dispensers table, soap, sanitation wipes and bathroom air freshener.
When we hired Cintas, I asked numerous questions regarding the products and was promised “they are the best and it will save me money.” We had numerous hiccups at every installment and delivery.
We would get 5-10 hand soaps delivered each month and also charged for them. We only needed 2 at most per month. The mat was hit or miss if they delivered a new clean one each month.
They put the fault on me when the soap and sanitation dispenser they installed wasn’t delivering enough product. When in reality, it was their fault. They told me I needed to get a plumber to check my water pressure but my water pressure was fine and every other sink and before they installed their equipment.
The surface cleaner wipes didn’t come with a bucket during the first delivery and they were dry so quickly I would have to use double the amount, so where am I saving money?
The air freshener that they charge for each visit a ridiculous amount is so strong that it makes you nauseous walking into the bathroom. I requested them to remove that from my invoice and stop delivering but they continue to do so for another four months until I canceled my service.
The only thing I would recommend using from this company is possibly the paper towels and paper towel dispenser and keep an eye on each and voice because they’ll charge you and then never go back and fix it .
Total scam of a business and the customer service, online pay is just as bad as the over promise and under deliver business motto they have.Business Response

I am a restaurant owner and I have used Cintas Linen Company.
I made an agreement with Cintas on 11/27/18 for 5 years ago.
Contract Number ********
Cintas Service used to be good but since last year it was getting worse.
My wife and I complained so many times to fix it but they did not fix it.
When my wife called the Cintas Customer Service, one of them yelled out to my wife.
We decided that we were going to be out of Cintas Service because of their poor service.
When we called Cintas Service Center, they said our Contract would be done 11/27/23, so they told me that we can cancel it at the end of November.
One week ago, one of the delivery guys told me that you need to do something about it because your contract is done.
Yesterday, I called Cintas Customer Center to request cancellation, and I got really upset because it is automatically renewed by contract section 7.
They did not inform me if I am renewing my contract or not.
They did not try not to inform me.
Now, I got an email from them that if I want to buyout, I have to pay $6,355.32.
Do you think it is fair that it is automatically renewed without any notice?
I did not get any calling, email, or in person notice from them.
How many people remember that a 5 years contract will be done without any kind of notice?
Do I have to remind myself that the 5 years ago contract will be done?
My concern is this is not only fair but also this is SCAM behind the Agreement.
Thank you.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
I am not satisfied with the half attempts cintas has claimed to have made in resolving this issue. This company (on multiple occasions) has failed to deliver full quantity of promised product and often times, not show up at all, which is a breach of contract in both cases. We had yet to discuss options moving forward in a partnership and they also stated they showed up at place of business (Lakewood cafe) to discuss this matter, that in fact, never took place.Regards,
*** ***

I have a service contract with Cintas Fire Protection for over 10 years but I now want to cancel the contract because I found a cheaper option. I have made several calls and sent emails to Cintas, specifically to ***** *****, the general manager for my region and she has not confirmed my cancellation request. I don't think it should be this difficult to cancel a service agreement, especially since I was a good customer for many years.Business Response

Cintas charged me for items not delivered, two weeks in a row, after we told the delivery driver, in person, exactly what we needed. By doing so, I believe they have breached the contract that I signed with them. The person, Christopher J***, that I emailed would not end the contract, and instead gave me the run around about possible ways to end the contract. Both would cost me over $3800 over the next three years, which I do not want to pay because of the dissatisfaction of their service. He also said that a "amicable resolution" could take place if he came to my barber shop and tried to convince me to stay with Cintas. When asked, he never replied what the "amicable resolution" would be. I haven't heard back from them in days. I do not want any money out of this, I want the contract terminated, immediately.Business Response

in november we agreed to a contract for fire safety. contract was for 350 to be done on nov 30. on nov 30 they showed up, did service, then did bait and switch for 750. told them not paying that. was not our contract. they claimed it was 149 per extinguisher. i said no contract said 3 for 149, not 149 each. as other parts of contract had each when it was each, this did not. we then had them remove all the extinguishers and leave the property. we want contract canceled as they did an illigal bait and switch. they know it. but have not given confirmation of end of contract.Business Response
