      I was drawn in to a contract that the salesperson said was able to cancel on 30 day notice . That was lie number one. Lie number 2 was product availability. We'll I sat out my contract can't wait to cancel what a waste of money. Poor customer service.

      This company tries to hook you into a long term contract and then raises prices without notification or approval. They just hope you keep paying their invoices. When I caught them, they didnt even deny it... that is their standard operating procedure.
      Their basic contract does not have an easy out... however, I demanded an out in my contract and the language was reluctantly added to my contract.
      if you are going to do business with them... just watch their billing and see what happens.

      I signed a two year contract with Cintas in 2021 and when I tried to cancel they said that my contract was 4 years. I stated no it was 2 years because the lease on my building was for only 2 years so why would I sign a four year contract. They then said they could lower my bill and not come as often until my so called contract was up. My credit card had to be updated on my account so they called me and I told them to cancel the service because I no longer wanted their services. I was then advised that when they changed(lowered) my plan that it put me in a 5 year contract. I was not made aware of this at the time they changed my services. I was just notified of this when I tried to cancel the service again. You can not talk to them they keep coming up with something else. Very bad business.

      Awful company! They only care about the dollar and cents. No customer service. They exude this idea of customer service and will say anything to make you believe it but when the time comes that you need it they don't care! Run fast, far away!!!! They claim they manage your inventory when all they do is overstock you and the invoice you for their bottom line. They change charges without notify you. Ridiculous and severely regretting any involvement with them.

      We are a samll dental office and switched from ****** ***** to Cintas as they offer a lower monthly fee for linens. Not for long. Cintas uses sneeky business tools to get your business, signs you up to a contract that isn't disclosed and when your invoice keeps increasing, they have lots of reasons why , but you can;t leave as you are locked into a contact. Very unhappy!
      Also their accounting dpartment is terrible! They harrass us for payment when we are already signed up for auto pay. I don’t think their accounting company knows what is going on. I received 3 emails and a phone call to my front desk staff stating we are overdue for payment!! I was so angry! The next day my auto payment went through as it alwas does. How do they not know that?
      I would suggest looking elsewhere before getting involved with Cintas.

      Small businesses beware. Cintas uses deception (smoke and mirrors) with how they handle their service contracts and will try to sneak renewals through without being transparent. When confronted about how they did it, they will not work with you and will box you in for years. I believe in transparency with our own businesses and Cintas does not share the same values. This has happened to multiple businesses in our rural communities. They also were consistently missing items in our monthly deliveries over the years.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY......THE BOUGHT *** **** WHICH I HAVE USED FOR YEARS FOR MONITORING, ANNUAL FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTIONS AND BACKFLOW PREVENTION. TWO YEARS IN A ROW NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT THEM OVER A WATER SHUTOFF NOTICE.

      Beware of Cintas. The Fire protection division scammed our operations manager into "upgrading" our fire sprinkler system and proceeded to disconnect our fire and burglar alarm then connected it to their service.I also noticed that Cintas did a fire extinguisher inspection, despite another company already have performed the service and had valid tags on them.I suggest if a Cintas Fire System employee shows up, ask them politely to leave.

      It was great. I work for *** ** **** * ******** as a Maintenance Tech. He came to see about our sprinkler system. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. With no problem or attitude. He also let me know a few other things I wasn’t aware of. Good guy that Goerge!

      Please be cautious when dealing with this company. After many years of doing business with them, we have found their recent behavior to be highly unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, including sending demand letters from our lawyer, they have failed to respond or address our concerns about canceling all contracts. They have intentionally made midterm changes to contracts and overcharged us without prior consent. We are now requesting corporate intervention to cancel all ********************** contracts immediately.
