      drivers must be blind was promised a delivery for 12/04/2024 and now they wanna deliver 12/05/2024 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE after I have given ********************** plenty of chances to make things right and everything has been going south

      I want to start by saying our weekly drivers have been wonderful! However the service manager and sales **** are terrible at their job. I was going to cancel our service in January 2024 because our employees were not happy with their aging uniforms. The employees returned all uniforms. From the beginning uniforms were not available, wrong sizes and lack of communication. So I decided to do floor mats to honor the remainder of our contract which ended in October 2024. NO ONE ever contacted me to see why our service changed so drastically. We continually are invoiced incorrectly with no resolve. I was contacted by the service manager weeks after I submitted a cancelation letter, I told him I did not want to continue to do business with them. Now they claim we are under contract and automatic renewal for 5 years!!! THEY ARE A SCAM and this is a horrible way to do business. The corporate level and customer service are terrible! There were weeks they didn't send us rugs. We were still charged and I paid. We honored our end of the deal and will not continue to do business with such a terrible company.

      Our small business has used Cintas for a long time(early 90's) prior to me coming on board last year. The drivers are great, I feel bad for them. Their customer service at corporate level is HORRIBLE!! The "customer" service reps say one thing and don't follow up on what they say that they are going to do. The CSR has made unauthorized changes to our plan of service to our rugs. Not sending product when requested. Most recently they invoiced us for a service that wasn't performed and isn't due till this week . I was told that I would get a call back for the credit, still showing on my statement as of this morning. Makes me wonder how may things they charged us for that we didn't receive the service for. Very shady acts of business at the corporate level.

      As stated in numerous reviews left on this site, this company I can attest is full of scam artists. We (a small mom and pop outfit) had given notice to Cintas in 2020 that we no longer wanted contract renewal in January of 2021. I have been given confirmation dozens of times by our route driver as well as the account manager that we were not under any contract and it was a week to week basis. We decided to explore other uniform companies and Cintas was aware of that after several meetings with the driver and account manager. They come to pick up our inventory on 11/19/24 and was accompanied by someone i hadnt met before and he claimed we were under contract still. This is scammery at its best! This will be solved one way or another, Lawyers involved.

      We used Cintas ever since they bought out ***** services. I refused to sign a service contract with them because I dont sign contracts with anyone other than my landlord. Due to their ever increasing costs and fees, I recently gave them 30 days notice of ending their service. So after we stopped and moved on to another vendor, they pulled out a signed contract that that they got one of my employees to sign nearly two years ago unbeknownst to me. Now they continue to bill me citing I am under contract for the next five years. Dont use these expensive scammers!

      Their over priced. I cancelled and they brought carpets to my store 4 more times. The driver signed off on the invoice himself .Their a scam!!!

      Do not use this company! If the rest of the reviews don't convince you, here is one more to add to the fray.
      We signed an agreement that had us receiving service from Cintas until February 2025.
      In early 2023, I had reached out to Cintas for information on cancelation because most of the products we had originally signed up for were not working out and the products we did have left were hardly worth the cost.
      I spoke with our account representative and tried to find a solution but after cost-comparing and their statement that they could not meet the cost of my current suppliers, I opted out of additional services and chose to honor the remainder of our contract and be done from there.
      In February 2023, I sent both an email and an account portal statement of my intention to cancel at the time of our contract end in 2025.
      A few months ago, a team member from Cintas entered our building and asked for a signature from one of our team members when I was not there as the account holder and contact. My team member claims that he thought it was a normal recognition of service signature and offered to sign it but it turns out it was a contract extension.
      I reached out to Cintas to again tell them that I had no intention of extending my contract and that as the account holder, only I had the authority to sign new contracts, not any of my team. No one from Cintas reached out to me about an extension, they simply showed up and talked to one of the team members.
      Cintas is denying my request to cancel my contract because they have a signature of extension and that it doesn't matter who signed it nor that I had already requested cancelation more than once.
      I spoke with a manager from Cintas who verbally claimed that what the account rep did was wrong and unprofessional but that it still held up as an agreement.It took forever to get a copy of the "new agreement." Lawyers are now involved.

      service is really Bad.. my service stated back on December 2024 is now october 2024 and i still have issues with the service ,never received my uniform and cintas continue charging me for them. i make 20 call to get thi resolve, but the answers is give two week i will take care of the issue..how do i get out of the contract ?? please help

      I was offered a full time Job verbally. They explained the on-boarding process is very slow and will be 6-8 weeks.I called six weeks later and they had filled the job with someone else.
