      WE APPRECIATE OUR VISITS FROM ELIJAH HERE IN OUR POWELL LOCATION. HE IS ALWAYS SMILING AND ASKING IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE THAT WE NEED FROM HIM. HE DELIVERS OUR CLEAN RUGS AND IS EFFICIENT! THANK YOU ELIJAH FOR YOUR SERVICE!

      This is by far the worst service company I have ever dealt with. Here's just one example. On January 9, 2024 I called my local Cintas office and reported that one of our employees was missing 6 pair of uniform pants that he never received back from the laundry service. I was told that they would look into this right away and get this resolved. No pants have ever shown up. I called Customer Service every week to try to get this resolved. On February 1, 2024, my new "Key Account Manager", whom I had never heard of before, randomly showed up to try to get me to resign my never-ending immortal service contract. I told him about the problem and he promised to get right on it. On February 7th, he showed up again with 5 uniform SHIRTS--not pants. He said he took it upon himself to order shirts for our employee. I asked him if he knew the difference between shirts and pants. I told him I never ordered shirts and was trying to get this employee his missing 6 pairs of pants. He said he would look right into it. Today, February 8th, I called Cintas again to see where the pants are and to request someone come and pick up this shirts that I never ordered. No one in management has ever reached out to me. No one from Customer Service has ever reached out to me--I must always call them. And what happens? Nothing. Nothing at all. Do yourself a favor and RUN and never do business with Cintas.

      Terrible company. They lack transparency, change pricing and are extremely complicated to work with. You get someone then they don't follow up. I had an unresolved issue for almost 2 years. each time I'd get a manager they ensured they would take care of it and would drop the ball or quit, then the issue would go unattended I'd have to start over and here I am - still receiving invoices that don't seem right for different locations because they refused to bring my accounts under 1 company. charges never add up from my bank from their invoices.I look forward to my contract ending so I can find a company that is more about their customers than dollar signs.

      They tricked me into signing a 3 year contract. Service was horrible for maintenance of my bathroom amenities. I had to do it myself after they would show up to do the so called service. My signature is forged on each service trip, their lawyer says the original contract was signed by me allowing them to waive my right to sign. When I cancelled I kept getting billed. Now Im facing arbitration for the remainder of what Im supposed to pay. This company is only in business from suing their ex customers! Their day will come where they will get shut down/ bankrupt.

      this is absolutely the worst corporation. I am a small business owner and they have done nothing but rob us blind. They claim no contact was ever made over the years to resolve the issue and fail to reply to emails and concerns. Never use them unless you want to lose thousands of dollars a year, have a surplus of supplies, a lack of dispensers for those supplies, and an overall terrible experience.

      I would never recommend Cintas to anyone. They knowingly tricked an unauthorized employee into signing a 60 month renewal and now won't let us out of it. They lie, spin whatever bull they think you want to hear and then don't follow through on service. If you're thinking about signing up with them for uniform service, please do yourself a favor and stay far away.

      If you are a small business BEWARE!!!!! The company i worked at for 16 years used Cintas. Very little problems, great driver. I started my own shop after the dealership i worked for closed. I wanted to stay with Cintas but the sales person was calling me every day , texting, and sending me emails.Once i told him i wasnt signing a contract with him he decided to call me a ******** in front of my customers. I contacted Cintas about this matter. They sent out cookies. Im a diabetic. I was told a manger would come out to make things right, never heard a thing from them again. This company went down hill very fast. Sales person only want you to sign a contract with them. Very expensive and horrible customer service.

      If I could rate this company negative stars I would. Sales reps lie about pricing and service. Please be warned by all the negative reviews. The sales rep said to try the service on a trial basis but after attempting to cancel soon after it started, I was told I have a 5 year contract. Dishonest, unethical company.

      AWFUL. Will never recommend Cintas to anyone. We had happily been with them for close to 15 years, when our 5 employees decided they didn’t want uniforms anymore (we don’t require them). We let Cintas know and they said it was $22,000 to get out of our contract. Our local rep told us he COULD let us out of our contract “but his higher ups wouldn’t like it”. So it’s either pay $22k or pay $150 a week (for nothing) for 5 more years. Or Cintas could thank us for being loyal (and saying no to *******, ********, etc) for so long by letting us out of this contract. For a multi-million dollar company, the loss of our 5 employees is NOTHING. But charging us $150 a week for no service is hurting our small business in this already inflated economy. If our employees changed their minds, we would love to be able to use Cintas again as we’ve built relationships with our various drivers over the years and they always take care of us. BUT being treated in this manner has left such a bad taste in our mouth that I’d desire to go elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign with Cintas.
