      This company is shady - I had a shady job recruiter reached out to me on ******** and then she called me for a job screening call. The job was not the right fit and the screening call was rude and unprofessional - before the screening call the company sent me a Work Opportunity Tax Credit form via email to fill out and submit. Which I unfortunately did submit. They ( the company) Get Up To $9,600 Per Hire With ****, so it's a scammy practice, I believe they try to get money from the Federal Gov on false hiring

      We have a Restaurant in ****, Tx in which Cintas provides our Fire suppression equipment for. This is the wet/dry powder chemical that disburses white powder when there is a fire in the kitchen. This system has gone off two times in the past two years with most recent last month and previous on July 4th last year;when there has been absolutely nothing wrong and no sign of any sort of fire or high heat. By this equipment going off, it disbursed white powder all over the kitchen, all of our equipment, food, etc. which means we have to shut down the restaurant immediately. Once we shut down, then Cintas comes in to clean up and recharge the wet chemical system along with charging us those fees they also pass along a service call fee. This ends up being a charge of over $4,000! This doesn't include what we lose in lost revenue, wasted food, upset customers, and employees that lose wages as well. When we try to address this issue of faulty equipment and overly sensitive system with Cintas, and ask why it would go off without reason, they just adjust the temp setting and say it is no fault of theirs. We even captured and saved video footage showing the time this past month when the system just went off on it's own causing extensive damage and it shows there was no fire or no reason it should have gone off. This is no way to back up your product,or take care of your loyal customers!

      Biggest scam ever ! They come in and they say here let me see if we can beat your prices. If we cant then well take our stuff out and then they tell you youre in a contract and you cant get them to get your stuff out of the store. The sales rep is horrible. We had Products in our store for two months that didnt even work but they still continue to charge me an up charge me they call and say were gonna have a meeting and then they never show they just send their people in and charges thats it.

      Look at this companies ratings from people who have been customers…I am one also. It is the most unethical company that I have dealt with since entering the business world. 3 issues néed to be related to all prospective customers who are checking them out. First, the products I needed are low quality…couldn’t find a rag that didnt’ leave more debri…(film and lint) than it removed. Second, with each passing month, the charges seemed to simply creep up. Sometimes it was legit with a needed increase in rags but then sometimes it just went up. I would have to call to have it lowered. They lowered but it slowly creeped back up. They are constantly trying to increase unwarranted prices. Third. Once I canceled I’ve only experienced harassment and a refusal of my cancelation. I stopped service and they stopped services in mid-September, but I’m still receiving invoices and it’s mid-November. They will not pick up their products…that we don’t use. They’re sitting on my shelf waiting for them to pick them up. Their salesman refuse to take them back. It’s so childish. Their justification is that somewhere in the contract..again, somewhere…it says I’m obligated till 2024. I don;t really care what the contract says. I can’t afford the service nor want it because of a poor product, yet, the harassment continues. Stay away from this company.

      I would give this place zero stars if I could!!!! I have been telling them for over a month to close my account and they keep billing me for a service I am not using!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! And there is someone called Emily who I think is non-existent because she can’t be reached directly and she never calls back or answers emails!!!!

      Would never ever use Cintas. Worst uniform company ever. Uniforms come back dirtier than when sent in for cleaning . Comes back wrinkled, to embarrassed to wear. How hard is it to hang up a Frickin shirt. Look at the picture. My 4 year old granddaughter can do a better Frickin job than these idiots at Cintas. Again look at the picture. This is a weekly occurrence.No where to leave a picture , sorry.

      After reading these reviews I am thankful that they refused to provide service to my new company. It's a new, woman owned mobile mechanic service and needing uniforms. They refused to service my company as we did not have an actual "shop". We have an office on my personal property but refused to give us service. I am truly thankful for this after reading everyone's reviews of this company. I was just appalled that because we are a small new business that they decided that MY Business and money wasn't good enough for them. I guess the truth is MY Business and money are too good for them. I was going to go with their service as they provided uniform service at the shop where my employee came from. I should have listened to his complaints about being shorted shirts, pants, clothes not being repaired but laundered and sent back to wear. Receiving clothes that weren't even his mixed in with his for the week. Live and learn... I'm better than that and glad I didn't get suckered into a long term contract.

      The reviews are 100% true. The sales team is miss leading. They use a tablet and scroll right threw the contract. But even more than that, the rep. will tell you can cancel service for any # of reasons. With me they raised prices less than a year later, a case of paper towels raised $6, TP, trash bags really everything went up to price no-one would agree to pay. In addition to that I was charged for equipment and double charged for items. I was able to get a refund for the equipment charge and the double charges. But you can't trust Cintas and that certainly doesnt make my business run smoothly when I have to call customer servers every other week. I hope this helps keep business from making the same mistake I did.

      Very DECEITFUL SALES employee! The sales person told us we only had to keep the service for one year. Not only is it 5 years but it auto renews without asking you. We have dirty uniforms and missing uniforms. Not only that but they keep raising there prices with out telling us. We don't want there service but they make you buy it. I don't understand how a company makes you buy something you don't want. Not only that but they are large corporation and they will sue you for some stupid amount of money. They are bullies and I recommend not doing business with them.
