      Do NOT rent from these slumlords!!!! They are harassing bullies when it’s time to renew!! They do not maintain the property- they also will hike up your rent $500 when it’s time to renew!! This company had tons of bad reviews on here before and now they are all magically deleted (200+ negative reviews)!!! Read through the BBB complaints as well as the company’s response!!! An elderly neighbor of mine hasn’t had hot water in over 2 months and is scared to take a shower so she has to boil her water. Mold in the apartments- I’m so glad I’m out of here soon!!! I have contacted corporate sooo many times and they will not do anything or respond. It’s horrible!!!!

      I used to love my apartment. Lived here 5 years. Since the Connor Group took over, I’ve never hated it more. I don’t need to elaborate because the complaints speak for themselves. Look at the pattern. Someone else on here said it perfect, “we can’t all be wrong”.

      Ok properties but this property management group is terrible. They fail to disclose important information about your lease, have terrible communication and follow up, and overall follow predatory lease practices. Check BBB they have a 1 star and tons of open complaints. Don’t let the friendly smiles when you initially sign fool you. They are your typical terrible landlords once you need something or try to leave.

      Let me sum it up in a few words. It was hell living there! Tried to evict me after a notice to vacate. I had to leave to help my mental health.

      I stayed at this complex in 2018 and they falsely sued me for an eviction two months AFTER I moved out. Although Butler County court ruled in my favor, the company then sold the illegitimate debt to a debt collector. The court ruled in my favor in August 2018 and they sold the debt to a debt collector in August 2018. I have been dealing with this dishonest complex for years and am now forced to pay for a lawyer once again to sue them.

      The Connor Group needs to be investigated for deceptive high pressure business practices. They mislead you into thinking you are just applying for an apartment when in actuality you are signing a binding agreement with no way out. Too many people are complaining about this business with nothing being done. Potentials beware and do not sign anything with this group. BBB please take a look into this company and adjust your rating. We all can not be wrong.

      I believe the property managers at Citywalk Luxury Apartment in Woodbury, MN are misleading and pushy when it comes to the application process especially with inexperienced young adults. My daughter, her boyfriend and 2 friends were looking to rent an apt, my daughter told Kim that her and her BF had no credit and also said she had a low paying job. Kim never mentioned they would probably need a co-signer, which ended up being the case. They couldn’t find one so not able to rent. The applications were filled out on paper copy so Kim could see income wasn’t going to be enough. The property managers should be educated on some of the basics especially since application fee is $150 per person. Much higher than any place I’ve experienced before.
      Also she claimed the monthly rent would be lower than it actually came out to. She added all the extras incorrectly. I have the forms to prove it. We called to try and get the application fees returned and they won’t refund anything. I believe they take advantage and know what they are doing.

      ```````````````````````````````DO NOT MOVE HERE````````````````````````````````
      (you have to give a star to get these posted but they don't deserve ONE star at all)
      This place is one of the worst. They are charging tenants for amenities like the pool and gym, but these have not been accessible for over six months. The management keeps saying they are working on it, but no progress has been made. The maintenance emergency line is never answered, and staff is never available at the leasing office, either in person or via phone. The leasing office is always under construction, so you can't access it. The staff is rude and disrespectful, and they don't seem to know what they are doing.
      To make matters worse, this property has tried to use an inquiry as a way to hold someone to a lease they never agreed to. Based on reports from across the country, it seems like this is a widespread issue. Be very cautious if you are considering renting here."
      I am writing to express my deep concern/dissatisfaction w/ the handling of my security deposit following the termination of my lease at ** ********* ****** *** ***** ******** ** *****. After several longstanding issues that have persisted during my tenure as a tenant & despite my attempts to communicate and resolve these matters amicably, I have encountered numerous obstacles and a lack of responsiveness from property management. I believe it is necessary to formalize my concerns in writing.
      It has come to my attention that the management's actions are in violation of Georgia landlord-tenant laws, specifically regarding charges for repairs or replacements due to normal wear and tear. As stipulated by GA law (O.C.G.A. § 44-7-30 to § 44-7-37), landlords are prohibited from charging tenants for repairs or replacements caused by normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, carpet, paint, window coverings, and dishwashers. These provisions are in place to protect the rights of tenants and ensure fair and lawful treatment.
      Despite the clear legal framework, I was advised my deposit was being forwarded to my forwarding address and I have not received the return of my security deposit within the required timeframe because they are not returning it. Moreover, I have been made aware that deductions are being considered for items such as carpet replacement, which, under Georgia law, should be deemed normal wear and tear and not subject to tenant charges. Ashley walked through my apartment in June 2023 and saw it was very maintained. I returned the keys, and the manager did not do work through, but I showed her the attached pics that it was clean and ready to turn back over to them.
      I request an immediate review of the situation and adherence to Georgia's landlord-tenant laws. I expect the return of my security deposit in full, as the items being cited for deductions fall within the category of normal wear and tear. Please see additonal attached docs.
      I’m a resident at Allura Las Colinas in Irving, Texas.
      I have lived at the property for about a year and started noticing a decline in cleanliness over the summer. The walkways became increasingly dirty and trash began to accumulate in the parking garage area. Maintenance workers, whom I am very thankful for, often don’t clean up after themselves and leave supplies out in the open.
      While management remedied the trash issue by putting bins in the garage, the walkways have remained filthy. I have had numerous conversations with management at the property, and while it seems like they are listening to my concerns, the problem continues. Once I stop reaching out to them, the quality drops again. Often times, it seems like they act as if they don’t understand what my concern is when I reach out to them.
      The property is advertised as luxury living, but the grounds do not fit that description. I pay nearly $2,000/ month to live in a dirty complex. Once my lease ends, I won’t continue living here.
