      Honestly this hotel was so poorly if I knew that I would’ve have been entering in a mess I would have never booked a hotel this is horrible I will not allow anyone else have hair their tub and then they have a me a queen when I ordered and paid for a king then my sister in law had a birthday which was we were originally their for her cake freaking melted in a FRIDGE this is a horrible I do not recommend to anyone ever*

      This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Please read reviews first!Non-existant: security guard, housekeeping, renovations, casino, fresh linen, towels, blankets, breakfast, ice machine/snack machine, table and chairs in room (one office chair only).Pictures on website are not from this motel. Room was musty and damp. I spilled some water on the floor and used a towel to mop it up. The towel was black from the floor. The indoor/outdoor carpeting is old and worn. I don't think it's ever been vacuumed. Faucet leaked at base and sink was badly cracked. Toilet sits too low for adults. TV - maybe 5 stations everything else was advertising for the motel - who wants to see false advertising? When we returned to our room for our second night, we were locked out of the room. My son went to the office to find out why and they couldn't explain it. When he returned, all of a sudden the card worked. Other people have complained of the same problem. The ********************* that sits out front of the motel is loud and the noise lasted until after 1:00 a.m. We have been sick since leaving the motel on 7/9/2023. Coughing, sneezing, and runny noses - feeling lousy. I have finally found the original ***** Motel - they were everywhere - it was awful. Check in took a half an hour and we had reservations. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.

      Firstly, We didnt get to stay at the hotel because its infested with roaches and we had to stay a Airbnb last minute: they refused to give us a refund even tho we only looked at the room and didnt stay there. Secondly, the manager was so rude, very disrespectful . He quickly dismissed **. Refused to listen a a word we say and threatened to get violent if we didnt leave the premises.Thirdly, we werent the only ones complaining about roaches ?? Finally, this was the worst experience I have ever had.

      DO NOT STAY HERE if you're a clean, respectable, honest person! I wish there were negative stars that could be given because 1 just isn't low enough. During check in everyone will be so nice a sweet, it's because they want your money. The hotel has massive ant problems, bugs that crawl up through the bathtub drain, tubs are so slick you'll fall and hurt yourself, older than dirt mattresses that have unknown and blood stains (looks like a crime scene) holes, rips and tears to which they also charge you for after being told you won't be charged because you scrubbed the mess and honest, they do not use or have mattress cover protectors. My GD had a slight accident which is how I learned of the bed/mattress issue which left the mattress slightly damp and I scrubbed so much that area was the only clean spot on the whole bed but yet I was charged a deposit for their massive failures. The floors are so disgusting you can literally take a knife and cut through the nastiness that leave your feet soooo black (a mud puddle will leave you cleaner). The bedding has cigarette burn holes in them, other loud guests (the neighbors tv was so loud I couldn't hear mine). They're beyond rude and disrespectful. They'll yell at and degrade you in front of other guests/family for making a complaint on the room then kick you out and charge you extra. Their motto is to serve the druggies, alcoholics and irreputable people with their low rates (words right out the desk clerks own mouth). Maybe I should send them my cleaning bill! Don't bother with contacting corporate either, they'll make you promises of compensation and refunds for your treatment and room then do absolutely nothing! They're just as greedy! If this company wants better reviews then I highly suggest you hire someone with OCD, attention to details, reconstruct your rooms for safety, awesome customer service orientated staff, and fairness because what you have now isn't working which all the reviews from different sites prove.

      Roach infested filthy motel. Unsafe, full of indigent people openly using hard drugs.
      I checked in and immediately checked out
      I called in a corporate complaint that they continually refused to correct and I was hung up on a total of 3 times
      Reservation done online for 3 nights and I'm still charged and they claim I never checked out
      They took no responsibility for their blazen lack of responsibility for their own lack of sanitation
      Deplorable for a national company.

      Their employees are crooks and will vandalize your vehicle. The ******************************* said this was an inside job.We parked behind a security gate; under a security camera and under a spot light. We came back to our car to find the security camera was mysteriously missing and the gate was malfunctioning.Again, the police said it was an inside job.Edjuardo is management of some degree, that ***************** behind the phone and take no responsibility.Security guards there reek of marijuanna!Stay away from this h*** hole.it will cost you more than a nights stay!

      These folks are thieves and allow their employees to vandalize your vehicle!
      We parked here……under a security camera; under a spot light and behind a secured gate. ***** ******* Police Department said this was an act of an employee and/or the security company. Either way, an inside job!
      We came back to our vehicle to find our catalytic converter was stolen……and mysteriously the security camera was missing and the security gate was all of the suggested malfunctioning! Not to mention the so called “security guard “ Stu k of marijuanna ! Again, the Miami PD was sure an inside job.
      Do yourself a favor, stay away from this rat hole. ******** in management can only reply that it’s not our responsibility! Even though you pay to park here!
      Trust me, staying here will cost you more than a nights rate!

      They have bed bugs in the room I was in the second room they put me in also had bed bugs I asked for a refund as I spent 70$ they only wanna give me 17$ back and I have to worry about taking bug to my home .

      The customer service is horrible. The use outdated computers which is always is malfunctioning, the housekeeping is non responsive, they trash in the hallways everyday. Critters crawling everywhere in the hallways because the back up in trash cans and litter everywhere.The manger is racist and incompetent. Right after I paid for a couple of nights he barraged in and demanded pay for my stay. The desk clerk overcharged my stay and doesnt print out receipts. The rooms smelled like an ash tray. They are under staffed and overwhelmed with duties. They have gossiping housekeeping staff not doing there jobs.

      I work for a company that has a contract with several hotels in the cities we do business in. I attempted to get a room at the Red Roof Inn hotel in Little Rock, Ark on 4/24/2023. The GM was very rude and stated he didn’t have to honor the contract and ended the conversation with racial derogatory remarks.
