  Everything was dirty in our room. There was hair on the pillows. The hardwood floor was sticky. The room had a bad smell. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and mold. Very dissatisfied. The hallways had missing ceiling tiles and ton that had water stains. Someone kept knocking on our door the first night we stayed. While my pregnant wife and 9 year old son was trying to sleep. The shower literally had zero pressure. You had to get underneath the shower head to get wet.

  The worse experience ever. This is not safe for children and pets. There was open outlets, uncovered air vents. And dead bugs in the tub, and no hot water in sink. And that was the third room I saw. So the manager Nick, called me to tell me that I wouldn't receive a refund because I was checked out 5 hours after checking in, which wasn't correct because when I contacted red roof inn loyalty dept the next morning because they were gone for evening, they said that it showed I was still checked in this morning and had Nick the manager contact me

  I checked in on 03/07/23 and paid for a deluxe room. What a dump. I have pictures to prove it all. The room was filthy with food stained walls, blood stain on the sheet just to name a couple of things. We had no PHONE, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board or a working safe. When I went to the front desk, the very unprofessional and nasty woman working there, refused to help. All she said is that people steal things. Absolutely disgusting. Just to be fair, the water pressure in the shower was great. Nobody should waste their money on this filthy place and be disrespected at the same time. I called guest relations at Red Roof and they weren't helpful. All she said was their properties are franchised and refused to give me the name of the owners. Now, if you want a great Red Roof location, try the one on Elkridge Landing Rd by BWI airport which is less than 10 minutes away.

  Terrible Place. I cancelled 3 months in advance and they refused to refund me. They even kept the taxes for the night I cancelled which I am pretty sure is illegal. They don't answer the phone and when you call the 800 number for Red Roof Inn the explain this is a franchise and basically can not help you with their shady policies.DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE!

  The worst disrespectful incompetent staff you can ever encounter. Very rude and lying staff. One of the workers even complained that he has been working for 3 years without a day off.

  Management and staff is absolutely horrible! Housekeeping is abysmal! They look guests in the face and blatantly lie about everything, from rates to pet policies. They openly discriminate against anyone who isn't *************** are VERY unpleasant & unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend this place to a stray dog, much less a paying customer!

  I stayed at this hotel 3 nights, and although the room was sufficient, I received a fraudulent charge on my bill, that the hotel manager refused to remove. I have never smoked in my life, and I was charged a smoking fee of $200. The mgr claimed that there are sensors in the room that NEVER misread. It is my theory, that I am not the only one that has ever been charged this way from this hotel. After speaking to the manager, I am now even more positive that this location pads it's pockets, by charging it's guests fees that they know are wrong. Not only do I not smoke, Im not sure if I was even in the room at that time. Bottom line is, this hotel management and staff cannot be trusted.

  This Red Roof Inn is now only for a drug cartel gang. The innocent motel guests are not blocked from making a reservation for this motel. Then, when the motel guests come to that Red Roof Inn, the vicious front desk clerks will insult those motel guests and will cancel the reservation. The innocent motel guests could be stranded until the motel guests get transportation to leave the city. The Red Roof Inn should be blocked from the network for making a reservation. The innocent motel guests should only see blackout dates for that Red Roof Inn to help those motel guests to be protected from making a reservation at a dangerous Red Roof Inn that is only for a drug cartel gang. The situation is shocking for tired people who just want to have some sleep in a clean motel room.
