      On monday,august 28th I was ready to check out but could not find my phone. I called up to the front desk like you're supposed to,and ask for a few minutes for a late. Check out,they said okay, you had fifteen minutes. Not even 10 minutes later,they are knocking on my door being rude with an attitude And threatened to call the police because I hadn't left. I did what I was supposed to do,. Was very cordual with them and yet they still had a really bad Attitude and handle the situation very improperly. This is not how you conduct a business,. I am not a transient I am not a person that was trying to stay longer than necessary. I just had to find my phone! They made me feel so bad and I was trying to hurry, but no one would even try to help, just gave me a really hard time and I left feeling very upset! I spent 2 nights and had no problems, but come check out time, bc I was a little late trying to find my phone I got treated like a lesser human!

      We have been staying at this hotel for a week paying on time and my friend made a reservation for another night but when he tried to pay for the night your manager wouldn't let us pay for another night. We had to sit outside in the heat with our pets. We didn't do anything wrong for them to not take our money. This needs to be addressed and it's so wrong to do that to paying customers.

      i was threatened by an armed security guard with deadly force at the midtown red roof as he solicited a no trespassing from the clerk when I tried to check in with a reservation and i showed them the confirmation number, they claimed there was no confirmation but it was sent to my the red roof app which i showed the clerk, the next day sure enough they committed (8/13/2023) credit card fraud by unauthorized charge to my credit card which they have access to, after claiming there was no confirmation number in their system charged me for a room i could not stay in with the confirmation that midtown ******* red roof claimed did not exist but was sent to my app now the next day unauthorized charges were made to the credit card number that they took over the phone along with other vital information, called red roof national and they got hold of the mid town phoenix red roof and told a refund will be made with no guarantees in a week, red roof committed credit card fraud and not to be trusted, so i booked a room at hotel 6 they didn't need anything but my good name for room reservation, calling on the ** to probe phoenix midtown red roof for credit card fraud

      This place is ran by a man name ********************* he knows that his rooms are infested with bed bugs , roaches, dust mites, ticks, fleas& other bugs. The bed linen and towels are sometimes not even changed. I have seen blood on bed linens also the towels and wash cloths have hair on them and dirty. He will not give you a refund He is very nasty and selfish. He only cares about money . The breakfast is not handed in a sanitary way. Some bread has mold on it. The employees touch the bagels and bread with their hands. I have seen drugs being done right outside my room. People are up all night outside drinking , fighting,. The bathrooms are nasty! There was hair in the sink and tub ring of dirt inside the tub . Someone left condoms in the toilet . When I spoke to him about it the owner he said what do you want me to do about it ? This place is awful should be closed down for unsanitary conditions and unsafe conditions.

      This hotel has thieves and liars working there I checked out my room was clean and undamaged. They stated I had caused damage to the property but would not tell me what was damaged. They kept my 50 dollar deposit and attempted to charge me three hundred dollars. These people are crooks and liars.

      This is the nastiest motel I have EVER seen! Cigarette ***** on the chair; ***** and stains on the comforters; ceiling peeling; blood on shower curtain, towels, walls; ***** hinges, showers were nasty, mirrors are peeling. I have pics that say it all! Wouldnt even get in the shower! Nastiest place I have ever seen! No compensation! Forfeited money paid for 2 rooms and went somewhere else. Not worthy of even 1 star!

      Please do not book a stay at this hotel, you will be very disappointed!!! This place is not fit for anyone to stay!!! They call themselves remodeling but it is definitely not fit to stay in during the construction!!! The lobby was so nasty we didnt even make it to the room before deciding we wouldnt be staying at this hotel!!!! We didnt stay at this hotel and still couldnt get a refund!!!!!

      So my family and I were staying here and I had seen a cockroach greet me as I'm making a plate of for a family member. So I proceeded to take everything (my belongings) and place them on my bed so I can clean, I mean deep clean because I refuse to have any type of cockroach in any of mine and family belongings. As I moved something I seen four more cockroaches. So I went to the owner and let him know and he said " go to the front desk" we met at the front desk and then hands me a sprayer that kills bed bugs and cockroaches. So I spray my room and take the spray back to the front desk. He then says he'll give me a free night, did not offer a different room. And I'm still waiting for my free night. Mind you I paid close to $400 for 4 nights.

      NO REFUNDS: why? You wont get the room you reserved!First room moved to was a smokers room that reeked and had never been cleaned from previous guests.Second room was tidy but sheets were not clean andTHE ROOMS ARE CRAWLING WITH COCKROACHES!!!!!! All over the fridge, microwave, running across the floor!!!DISGUSTING!!!

      I currently have a refund investigation open for my case. My husband and I had a 2 night reservation booked here. We checked in and the first room they gave us the AC wasnt working and there was a really bad smell to the room. Like a musty wet dog smell. Then we pulled the sheets back and there were multiple stains and hair all over the bed. So we asked if there was another room or if we could have some clean sheets. They apologized said no problem and gave us a different room. This room was way worse. We walked in and the toilet was clogged, like to the brim with poop, toilet paper, etc. There was a dog urine stain on the floor right when you walked in, bugs in the bathtub, weird marks all over the walls by the toilet, stains on the sheets, etc. We called the front desk to see if someone could unclog the toilet, they said no one can do it until morning. We decided to check out. We asked the front desk for a refund. They said we need to call corporate. Corporate is telling us its expedia who needs to refund us, expedia is telling me the property needs to refund this. The property manager of this establishment has denied me a refund at this time, even though i provided photos and proved we did not stay here. We ended up staying at a wonderful la quinta down the road. If you are the property manager reading this, take more pride in your establishment. Also, do the right thing. The property is responsible for breaking the "terms and conditions" contract. We did not stay at your establishment due to the hazardous conditions and not having a working toilet. The least you can do is do the right thing and refund us. At this point you have stolen 200$ from a very hard working family.
