      PLEASE STOP & READ THIS !!!! SUBURBAN INN PINEVILLE/BALLENTYNE IS TERRIBLE ! THROUGHOUT MY STAY I'VE BEEN DISCRIMINATED AGAINST SEVERAL TIMES, UPCHARGED AND OTHERS HAVEN'T, ACCUSED MY CHILDREN OF THINGS WITH NO PROOF AND WITHOUT ME BEING KNOWLEDGE. HERE THE HOUSEKEEPERS WALK AROUND NOT CARING HOW THEY SPEAK TO YOU, YOUR CHILDREN OR HOW THEY ENTER YOUR ROOM ! THE ***** DOESN'T SAY ANYTHING TO THE HOUSEKEEPERS YET ACCUSES MY FAMILY AND I OF THINGS WITH NO PROOF OR ANYTHING. UPCHARGED ME $100 FOR MAINTENANCE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED BUT ONLY CERTAIN GUESTS HAVE TO PAY ?... DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT. MY FAMILY AND I HAVE TO BEG FOR ONE WHOLE ROLL OF TISSUE FROM HOUSEKEEPERS AND THE ***** DESK & HAVE TO BUY WASHCLOTHS/TOWELS WASH AND DRY THEM AS TOO ? THIS ********** ONE STAR FOR THE SLIGHT PRIVACY AND ALLOWING PEOPLE TO HAVE A PLACE TO CALL HOME UNTRADITIONALLY, NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RESPECTFULNESS OR ANYTHING ELSE. PLEASE READ THIS ! PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, THIS PLACE COULD BE GREAT IF THE ATTITUDES OF THE ***** WAS BETTER.

      I have no clue why they have continued to be in business or have not been demolished. Extremely dirty and nasty. Owner is a thief and rude. Dead bugs, previous occupants left fecal matter in toilet and clogged it. Crack use is at all time high and owners accept it. They roam the parking lot all night and day and argue and fight. Very unsafe place. Owner had my credit card number for the one night we paid for and took it upon himself and continued to charge for additional nights and refusing to give me back the money he stole from me. Do NOT GO THERE!

      GUESTS BEWARE: THIS HOTEL WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!We made a reservation for Tuesday Jan 24th through Friday Jan 27th 2023. We were with our 2 granddaughters (8 and 10 yrs old) and needed a room for three nights. We checked in and put the room on our debit card The room was in such poor condition that we decided not to stay. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired several times, in the shower and bathroom tile was coming off and had come off the walls, the kitchenette stove and burners were ***** and poorly maintained, the whole room was in similar condition.We decided to check out and not use the room. The front desk employee told us that we had to wait until the next day to talk with the manager.The next day the manager told us that we had to pay for the whole 3 days and that it was their "policy" even though we didn't stay at all.I believe the HOMETOWNE STUDIOS ******* - **************** stole from us. This is just wrong, unethical and dishonest.

      I have a service dog. After one night, we left a bit of urine on a towel, some styrofoam on the carpet, and a paw print on the sheet. We were charged a $300 damage fee.

      Book reservation Macon Georgia. Room had cock roaches and sheets did not look changed. immediately checked out Would not give refund. Horrible experience customer service a zero. File complaint with red roof corporate. Did no good. Don’t stay at red roof.

      Highly unprofessional. Very Rude. Didnt take acknowledgement to anything I was saying. Was agitated once I told the cleaning service that I was pregnant and couldnt grab the bags out of her way because they were too heavy. I couldnt sleep the night before because of a man and woman next door being extremely violent and children screaming. I asked to switch rooms was denied. Tried to sleep it off and was repeatedly awaken to the sounds of someone either getting **** ** ***** ** ******** ********. I woke up around 10:45 had the entire room packed just to be told she couldnt check the room because my stuff was by the door I started to move things she refused to check the room I then told her I was pregnant she disregarded what I was saying. So I went to the office not even to complain but to let them know of the situation next door that I overheard I was told I wouldnt be receiving my deposit because they couldnt check the room when Im reality she wouldnt check it, then after I explained to the manager about the situation he gave us the deposit the cleaning lady asked if we were talking about her and the staff told her no. So we called corporate and the manager got agitated and irritable with my aunt and I. After hearing our conversation he told his staff to remove our name and we couldnt come back to the property. So were now making this complaint because we feel humiliated, unacknowledged, and pushed aside like we were supposed to be Nothing.

      My wife and myself with our dogs frequently stay there because my physician and my pets emergency hospital is close just in case ,since I have a puppy with respiratory problem,today at noon I stopped by get the room that I stay in most of the time and reserved it ,Maya at the desk said come back at 3:00 pm to ok check in.when we went back the ,do called, manager,name Heather was there and said that I'm on ,Not to Rent list ,I didn't understand what was going on , I thought they're mistaken me for someone else,when I asked ,she said because last time I was there I complained about to much fumes in the room ,and I had to sleep in my car that night ,I just couldn't handle the smell since I had two open heart surgeries,I asked if I could have an extra day ,they said not approved,so I said ok .The place is full of drug dealers,witnessed lot of transactions.a prostitution almost every room ,Police. are there everyday looking for someone...,I don't even have one traffic ticket ,and I'm the one Not to Rent to because I complained.... I don't understand what this country become.....and no one to talk to ....

      The person you spoke to was ***** and he advised you of the *** and explained in detail. We have tried to accommodate you more than once, we have left doors open for the room to air out because you told the front desk that your wife does not like the smell of the clean products that we use, another time we showed you 4 rooms due to the same thing like before. We have issued refunds for your stay. No matter what we try we cant accommodate you.

      Woke up to a bed bug on my pillow. Disgusting,took pillow to manager she took bug off& told me to take the pillow back to the room 210. Said they would get an exterminator & bomb the room. I was so Disgusted had to pack up my stuff& leave. I have never had this happen to me.

      The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority, and on this particular case the room was quarantined and fully inspected by a licensed pest control company and no issues found. For this reason, we were unable to credit her account as requested. We value our guests continued patronage and we look forward to serving their lodging needs in the future.

      09/26 09/24 ***************************************************** FOLIO: XXXXXXXXXX $100 I stayed two nights at the Red Roof Inn, ********** North, CA. The room was poorly cleaned--there was a half eaten piece of chocolate on the floor when I arrived. The single towel in my room was stained. I was away from early morning on the second day and when I returned that night, the room had had NO housekeeping service. The air conditioner cooled the room but it made noises that indicated it was close to mechanical failure. It emitted unpleasant odors into the room,There was a sign that informed guests that a $100 damage deposit was required. I signed the credit card draft for the $100, with the understanding that the charge would be collected only if I was responsible for damage. I did no damage and if there was any smell of smoke it was from the foul, old air conditioner.I have had my credit card company reverse the charge and am now explaining the mistake (or fraud) to my credit card company. I already complained to the Red Roof Inns about the condition of the room but that was before I found the unjustified $100 charge. If Red Roof Inns insists on collecting the fee and is able to retain it, I intend to make as much trouble for them as the law allows.

      If i could give 0 starts I would. From check in to check out this was the worst expierence i have ever had at a hotel. I booked directly through RedRoof Inn online with a nonrefundable rate and when I got to hotel they did not even have my room available and wanted to give me 2 double beds instead without a refund or discounted rate. Everyone at checkout was having the same issues. Place was very run down and had a bad smell. Staff was rude and services offered where not given. There was not breakfast after them states there was breakfast in the morning. I just can't even start to say what was all wrong with this hotel. I would recomend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wichita absolutely avoid this one...
