      We stayed at this establishment on 8/7/24 their normal rates are $110 a night. Right after the massive storm the owners decided to price gouge and charged $256 for one night. We found elsewhere to stay during the rest of the power outage. They did not even give us a receipt.

      My husband and I stayed in the red roof in. In ********** , hurricane ************* and it was not worth the money . The room was not clean and thank God I purchased some disposable sheets to sleep on . There was urine on the toilet and floor . It was the most disgusting room I have spent my money on . I will never go back to a red roof again !

      I would rate NO STAR if possible. This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. We opened the door to our room & the stench of old stale smoke & heavy cleaning supplies was overwhelming. Before using the toilet, I wiped the seat and actual dirt came off. There was 1 bath towel but 4 adults were booked for this room with 2 beds. I showed the clerk my pics & she cringed & said “I’m sorry we have no other rooms.” I asked for 3 more towels and she opened an almost empty closet behind her and said “I have no more towels in the entire hotel. Do you want the last 2 hand towels?”
      The bedding was old, had a hole & clearly very cheap used bedding. The pillows were paper thin and very cheap; I pulled the chair near the desk out & was shocked it was not in the garbage nor had there been attempts to clean it, ever! When I pulled the blanket down to inspect the bed, there was a bug. .
      I would never stay at another Red Roof Plus Inn and certainly do not recommend this specific location.
      SHAME ON THIS CHAIN. My reservation was for a clean habitable healthy stay for 4 adults. I couldn't tell you if the beds were in poor condition because I never even sat on them. I would not take my shoes off in the room.
      We are still fighting for our refund and there were 2 other vendors unbeknownst to us that we have to go through. Over the past 30 days, we have been told that they refunded us and its my banks fault. A LIE. Today I got a call & email informing us that they issued a refund but only for half the amount due. I am fighting hard to get a full refund. I do not recommend this motel nor Reservationdesk.com or webbeds.com. What a nightmare!

      Very discrimination a d very nasty not professional the lady lies that worked night of July 7th and have my reservation for 7 days 1722 dollars and cancelled the booking a lastnight saying he's banned never told ** told us to come back on July 10th qe did refuse to give money back is a ***** even s******* social services money

      Red Roof Inn was running a special stay two nights get one free so they gave me my points then took them back so Im gonna need my points back because I stayed and they need to stick by the rules

      The motel is a franchise location that is only for a gang. There is $55 room rate for guests who book a reservation with at least 7 consecutive nights, but that motel is only for a gang. I had stayed for two weeks, then the motel manager had refused my next reservation for 7 nights because the gang members had said that the motel was only for a gang and that I was not a gang member. The gang members had chased and threatened the delivery driver who had brought me a delivery to that Red Roof Inn. We want to have posted signs with a city ordinance to demand that all of the places that are only for a gang must post the sign to show all customers that the place is only for a gang. People are hurt and robbed at the places that are only for a gang.

      On June 23, 2024 I booked a stay at Red roof inn located in ***********. I booked the stay online with booking.com. Whenever I paid for the room I went to the front desk and I paid with my NetSpend one debit card $440.85 I was supposed to stay for a week. That same day a situation arises so I am unable to stay. I had to leave the property. The property manager had told me that she would refund all my money except for that day. Which I understood and I had no problem with that decision. I waited two days and I contacted NetSpend about the refund. Whenever I contacted NetSpend, they advised that I needed to contact the property manager at Red roof inn about the refund because they didn't see any attempt to refund the money. So I contacted the property manager where she advised me that she attempted the refund. But the refund was declined and that I should call NetSpend. So whenever I contacted NetSpend the second time, I had to file a dispute. After I filed the dispute I contacted red roof inn at the 800 number and I filed a complaint with them. Red roof inn contacted her and she told them she attempted the refund but it was declined. I learned if your card is locked that it can be declined. My card was never locked so there shouldn't have been a issue with the refund. My boyfriend had paid $50 for my dog to stay one night. We came to find out that it says on the website that dogs stay for free. My boyfriend and I both have NetSpend one debit cards. She had no issue refunding his money back to his card. But she had issues refunding my money. Which makes no sense. I feel that the red roof inn located in ***************** ***** is very unprofessionally ran and operated.

      Stayed Saturday June 22nd price was comparable to everything else in the area and to the other RR in town. Arrived around 9:30pm to a lobby filled with complaining people one had no towels, another had no AC. It was a very slow process to check in the one guy there was clearly overwhelmed. That was ok I waited and finally when I got my room I was told there was no working TVs and the price had been adjusted for it. That was a blatant lie as the price was the same or higher as the other RR in town. I had been driving all day and I was ok with no TV but when I got to the room my AC wasn’t working either. It was going from bad to worse, I contacted RR customer relations and shortly after I got a form letter from the general manager Mr Sonali Agarwal at the location apologizing and making excuses. To be honest I don’t want an apology or excuses I don’t want to be lied to, I want everyone to know that this Red Roof practices deceiving business, and they should not be allowed to offer an inferior product under the Red Roof name. I feel that I and all the people that stayed at that horrible location be offered a full refund and I will continue to contact Red Roof customer service until this is resolved.

      I am dealing with this hotel for over a year. My step daughter is staying there and we are paying for it. My complaint is that they take money out of our account and do not send email the same day informing us of the dates of stay. I do not like that because I like to keep my bills current and I want something to show why money comes out of my account.

      I checked into the home towne studios under ***********************. I was overcharged 198$ to my corporate account. I asked for housekeeping yesterday an was refused service. I took pictures of the room before I even sat down. Because they charged me a refundable deposit for the room incase l did *** damage. 100$ refundable on topof the rent which was 498$ per week. So they overcharged me another 198$ on my credit card. I have it in writing. There were dirty footprints all over the floor, there were bugs behind the refrigerator in a bowl ,there's a leak in the fridge. There are knats flying around or mosquitos from the water collecting on the fridge that is leaking. The bed had hair initially. The chairs had holes in them there were dirty stuck on food on the table . There are water stains on the phone. There's broken pieces on the Indoroe side of the fridge.****** the attendee who answered refused housekeeping services to me.my toilet is clogged. I can't flush the toilet. The sink is backed ? up. REFUSE *******.
