      By far the worst motel/Inn regarding their customer service, and hidden terms, i have ever experienced. I'm still trying to figure out how this could be legal....booked a 2-night stay, via Priceline/VIP, paid in full and presented at the Inn shortly thereafter was told I could not stay as I am a local resident of ******* (CA.)Yeah I know right? I stated to the simple minded, monotone sounding "rep" that there was nothing on their profile stating this policy. He said **** I know, but we can't do anything about it". It was late Sunday evening, phone was on 5% and everything was closed I then reluctantly stated okay, just redund me my money and I'll try and find another hotel. Again, he said no. They are not required to refund me my money due to the policy that they refuse to make available to their customers My bank, ***** fargo , couldn't help me but priceline has made attempts to reason with Red Roof. And let it be known that there is in fact a large space delegated to the terms and policies and restrictions for Red Roof, where they can easily include their ridiculous hidden from even Priceline, policy about refusing to allow local residents to stay as a customer...I had asked the brain dead clerk, (that appeared annoyed I bothered him while he was working...) if I could get the wifi password so I can find another place to stay, I'm on 4% and alone outside at night (seedy side of town) and his response was, "no, sorry, only for customers"...yeah unbelievable...

      I stayed in Red roof cal. on may 19 2024 and the host Sam and nick were 2 off the best managers I have come across in my many years of travel and I expect to stay next year on my trip back to arizona next winter.

      DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY S**** YOU ON A DEPOSIT YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! THEY ARE FILTHY, LYING, SKEEZY CHEATS, JUST DON'T BOTHER. THEY SCREWED OVER A HANDICAPPED VETERAN. GOOD JOB RED ROOF INN, YOU JERKS. My husband has underlying health issues, and our AC went out. ******************* didn't fix it for 9 days and my husband became ill. We got a booking fee of $15.99 and a room for $225.85. When we got there, they made us pay a deposit, and they said they would play it back after we left. All went well, no issues, and we left. From that deposit, they kept $55.01. My spouse called 5/6 times to remedy the issue and he spoke with the management. We received the runaround and the same reply from everyone, that the money is being used as a cleaning fee which was not told to us at check-in. The bedroom was in good condition when we left. Im sure that this must be a typical scam for Red Roof Inn since I read a few reviews later that had the same issue. This was not a mistake but deliberately done.

      This property located at 415 Stanton Christiana road in Newark Delaware is horrible ! AVOID STAYING HERE at all cost. Not only are the rooms run down and falling apart but they do not have functioning air conditioners. Staff here is also the worst. Amy at the front desk is rude, combative and unhelpful. She never answers the phone and spends her time on her cell phone on calls instead of addressing customers. She also enjoys hanging up on customers, worst customer service experience ever. This property also barely picks up the phone. Manager Ahmed refuses to return customers emails/calls. Every time you call asking for him he’s not available or your told he doesn’t speak to customers, which is untrue. Beware this place is a nightmare. Guest relations also has tried to reach the property and they ignore them as well. This place should lose its license for its negligent staff and run down rooms. GUEST RELATIONS also is useless and Madison the guest relations manager supports this behavior as she did nothing to hold them accountable. Don’t waste your time with guest relations they are also negligent and unwilling to assist customers. Stay anywhere but at Red Roof. BBB please investigate this property and company for negligence.

      Red Roof Inn in BEAUMONT decided to have an individual take my comment off. I decided to get a room here and had nothing but problems since I checked in. NOT ONLY DID OTHERS THREATENED ME BUT CONSTANTLY KNOCK ON MY DOOR AND HARASSED OVER AND OVER AND THREATENED TO HAVE COPS COME. NOT ONE BUT MORE THEN ONE KEPT HITTING THE DOOR EVERY TIME THEY WALKED BY. THE INDIVIDUALS THAT STARTED IT ONLY SHOWED UP TO HARASS AND CAUSE PROBLEMS AND STATED THAT NOTHING WAS GOING TO HAPPEN CAUSE I WASNT LIKED. ACTUALLY EVEN SAID I WOULD GET KICKED OUT WITH NO MONEY RETURNED AFTER PAYING FOR 3 DAYS. IN ADDITION ALSO KEPT HARASSING ME BY TELLING ME THAT I HAVE AIDS AND HIV.

      THE RED ROOF IN BEAUMONT IS NOT EVEN WORTH SPENDING MONEY AT. THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO KNOCK ON OTHERS DOORS AND KEEP PEOPLE UP AND ACT LIKE NOTHING IS HAPPENING. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T EVEN WASTE TOUR MONEY HERE.

      Woke to use the restroom and water is dripping on me from the ceiling vent fan in the bathroom. I look up to see a foot and a half sq spot on the ceiling that is saturated and covered in black mold. Leak is obviously coming from the room above and has been there for weeks if not months. Staff acted as if they didn’t know, but from their behavior, can tell it’s not a new issue. There was no concern and from the rest of the property appearance, they obviously don’t care about anything. This place is a slum. We were in a spot and needed a place to sleep. Beds were crap and no one could comfortably use the bathroom with the oozing presence of black mold dripping down. This place should be condemned and the ow era biz license revoked. I will be contacting the GA health authority about it.

      Our check in was terrible, the entrance and lobby were both swarming with gnats and it took over 40 minutes for the man at the front desk to check us into a room. Finally we get the keys to our room, we go up and the keys dont work. While my boyfriend goes down to get new keys, my friend and I noticed the side of the hotel walls were COATED in cobwebs, nests for various flying bugs and thousands of the bugs themselves. My boyfriend came back up, we showed him the wall and took pictures and then attempted to get into our room the second time. Upon entry of the room the first thing we see is a dead fly on the floor by the first bed, we then check the beds and the floors around them come to find multiple blood stains on both the bed and floor. We then walked into the bathroom, immediately we look down and see a large dead cricket on the floor. After that we checked the toilet and found a dead silverfish in the water, and then looked in the shower to find multiple live silverfish crawling out from the drain. There were baby ones as well and we took photos of EVERYTHING. After that we decided we were too uncomfortable to stay in the room or the hotel at all so we went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. The man at the desk had to call his manager and come inspect the room with us before giving the refund which I know is standard procedure and wasnt bothered by at all. If anything I was glad to be able to show him what we found so he could see for himself. After confirming the state of the room he issued us our refund which unfortunately took over another 40 minutes for him to do.

      They did a bait and switch! I made a reservation for a room and paid online for the room before I got there. Once I got there they wanted an extra $100 for a "Room Fee" when I called to talk to a manager I got blocked by the staff!! I didn't stay and I should get a refund!

      IT'S RETALIATION WHEN YOU PAY FOR A ROOM AND THEN THEY KICK YOU OUT OF THE MOTEL AND YOU SPENT OVER $1,800 WITH THEM AND PLUS BEFORE THAT HE WENT AND SPENT ANOTHER $1,800 AND RENT 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THAT IT'S ALSO RETALIATION WHEN YOU CAN'T GE toT YOUR MAIL AND THEY'RE SENDING IT OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE OR THEY'RE GIVING IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE... ** ****** * *******
