1 starAfter paying for 2 rooms the manager decided to approach my step daughter and tell her to get out and she couldn't be in the room I paid for. Then threatened to call the cops because my step daughter stood up for herself and told her she needs to learn how to talk to people more politely. ****** is the employee's name. We stayed that night then left. This same lady also works at the Sleep Inn down the road from red roof. We left without saying a word about the nasty room and cold water shower. We checked in at the Sleep Inn and lo and behold ****** comes into work there and starts harassing All of us. We were told we had to many people coming and going from the room. Which is funny because the only person who wasn't a registered guest who visited was my boss. We were going to a business lunch and I even told them he was coming by at the desk. Not only that he was there for 5 minutes. I have never been treated so much like I beneath someone else in my life worse than ****** treated me AND my father. At least at Sleep Inn I got a hot shower but still got a cold shoulderReview fromAllam S

1 starRented a room from the hotel. When arriving at the hotel, the room was on bad condition, the sink was dropping water, the beds and curtains had blood stains on them, the lamps were covered in cigarette *****, the furniture was scratch. Went to the front desk to asked to be change to a new room but they denied me and was told to wait till the morning for the manager to come in. At the morning the manager denied any compensation for the issue, refused to give us a refund and call the cops to put us out of the establishment. I need help. The establishment has very low sanitation. The rooms are in bad condition.Review fromDeVon T

1 starThe staff was somewhat helpful, but the room was disgusting. There were holes in the wall, tub floor had a patch that was coming off and very dirty. I was afraid to take a bath or shower. It was very dirty around the tub and toilet. A sewing needle was sticking out of one of the lampshades. 'There was a dirty used Q-tip in the corner on the floor. The floors were filthy, my friend spilled some water on the floor and wiped it with a towel... the towel was black. She took a towel off the towel bar, and the towel bar fell off the wall. Cheap personal amenities (tissue in small plastic pack, only one roll of toilet paper, no coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave). I had medication that needed to be refrigerated; they wanted to charge me $73 for the 2 days for a refrigerator. I ended up buying a small refrigerator from Walmart for $93. We tried to get a luggage cart, but after looking for one, were told there were only 2; we were told sometimes people keep them in their rooms to hang their clothes. They did have a maintenance worker bring a dolly to the room to move the refrigerator I bought to my car. I have multiple photos of the problems.Review fromLinda R

1 starThis red roof inn has inconvenience me and my fianc to the upmost. We booked this a site named Agoda for better rates, the first time we booked at this location via Agoda they claimed they couldnt find the voucher we paid for, and they ended up finding it in their system after waiting over an hour. After that experience we booked at this location several with minimum inconveniences. Particularly we stay here because my fianc works close to his job and we are transitioning into moving into our new place. While staying at this red roof inn I have experienced people on drugs here, people are able to bring their vicious untrained dogs here who barks are through the hotel. Also this hotel has took my cash depoist of $100 due to them not apparently receiving the voucher via Agoda (third party site) did not sent them but ***** charged my card. I had to lose my deposit plus pay again for a room I already paid for. This is a problem with the red roof inn and the Agoda (third party site) which red roof inn took my $100 deposit. My fianc almost lost his job due to this inconvenience, he had to stay on the phone Agoda for 4 hours in order to receive his cash deposit back due to an error on the hotel and the third party. This has been the worst experience of hospitality that I ever received and I dont recommend this place to anyone.Review fromMary K

1 starI am shocked that this hotel has never been reviewed here. Absolutely unacceptable hotel. Roaches were in my room - I saw at least 10. The amount of rust on doors, dust on lamp shades, and dirt in the bathroom (floor not swept or cleaned, I had to clean the tub before I could shower) The air conditioner had no filter. Other reviews on ****** have stated similar or same issues. Unfortunately, I booked before I saw reviews, come to find out I was not the only one with this experience. This hotel needs to be shut down, completely repaired, and exterminated. My room clearly had previous water damage, I saw the repair that was attempted, however the ones who repaired were careless and left gaps in the walls for roaches to fester. 1 starThis facility should not be open. Crack heads and hookers everywhere. Im so mad my daughter had to see it. I wish I could post pictures. My room was dirty, bed wasnt made not sure if even clean. The toilet was broken I couldnt even use the bathroom.Paraphernalia all thru out my room.Review fromElizabeth P

1 starI have always had a good experience with Red Roof Inn but this particular hotel scams you into getting there with a low discount rate and once you get there you find out there is no hot water. The problem is posted in writing at the front as if it is a temporary problem being fixed but it is ongoing. Come to find out it's been going on exactly for more that a year now. Bad reviews date all the way back to 2022. Wish I had seen that sooner. When I questioned them about speaking to the manager they just said they are working on it and he will call my room. Three days went by and all he did was hide. I feel sorry for the permanent residents, families living in the hotel with children at least we can go home to a hot shower. The front desk staff are not pleasant at all and the manager hides and avoids all complaints. They tried to tell me on checkout that there was nothing that they could do and that the reason I received the discounted price was because of the water problem. I proceeded to tell them nowhere was it stated that I was getting a discount because of a problem. Then they tried to blame the booking company. By coincidence next day the "temporary" hot water problem was on there website. Which later was removed as I have been keeping track of them in order to file a complaint. I spoke to some of the workers and the families to confirm all I'm saying. The room was musty and needs some upgrading but the only good thing I can say about the place was the pool in the sun was nice and warmer than my cold shower. This location puts a bad name on other Red Roof's Ive stayed at. This is FRAUD and it is an abuse of peoples hard earned money especially on their permanent residents. It was a horrible experience and I've never dealt with a business not willing to correct a problem. I can understand an emergency situation but not a year long situation without correction.Review fromJames N

1 starHello, I'm a pastor and normally wouldn't even bother leaving a review. But I think this needs the attention of the corporate heads because this kind of thing should not happen to paying customers. We come to our room (229 -11 day reserved) and you can clearly see that some kind of construction has taken place. There's drywall dust everywhere and even some mold in places. We call the front desk to let her know and she hangs up on us. We go to the front desk and there's another customer complaining that the 2 rooms they reserved were dirty and yhe clerk gets her another room. The clerk comes back and hears our concern and she tries to give us one of the rooms the last customer complained about. We were in line and heard the conversation. So she takes us to another room (115 -king size) and it's cleaner than the last but not even close to what we saw in the photos (false advertising) and while in here I saw 2 roaches. I believe Red Roof is better than this and I hope this reaches who it needs to reach (corporate). So we ask to just stay the night and cut the reservation short and get a refund of the balance. The clerk states it will take up to 7 business days to complete. So now we're stuck in this room. I hope this can be fixed. This just isn't right. And here are the photos to give you a visual. I've also noticed that the previous complaints which span months are pretty much the same and the response is always.....We're sorry and we'll look into this. Obviously they don't care!!! The Better Business Bureau needs to hear about this!!!

1 starIf you are looking for cheap, trashy, & unprofessional hotel with hassles, the Red Roof Inn is for you! I spent several hours on the phone back & forth trying to get a refund for a canceled night. On top of that, I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company now to get the $50 incidentals hold on my card refunded after TWO WEEKS! Buyer Beware.
