      The room smelled. I killed three cockroaches. The phone didn't work . The bathtub was discussing. I would never shower or bath in it.the floor was so black I had to wear socks . They were black on the bottom . The lamp shade had holes the desk chair had holes in it. The other chair upholstery was so ripped up you wouldn't want to sit in it . The blankets had stains. The sink was cracked. Then poorly repaired the ice machine was broken. I mean thank God I was only there one night . They wouldn't give refunds otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. I can't believe a company as well known as yours. Would let this place use your name.

      My daughter had a baby boy on 8/23/2023 and she lost her house and asked me to pay her hotel bill for her and her girlfriend ******** ******* any ******* my new baby. The kept being over charged and I was upset. The GM in the office from India or Europe and I voiced my opinion to him in person. He had now feelings for my child’s issues and mine. No customer satisfaction at all. I would have left, but my child and her new born were having problems handling all the traffic and noise in the Jersey Village location in Houston.

      Great place to stay currently under remodeling all employees are very nice and helpful and it's under a new name it is the Red Roof Inn my room was clean and it was very nice i reconmend this hotel.

      I booked a stay here after we stayed for Thanksgiving of last year. We were satisfied back then. I flew in from ********* for a family emergency and this place was the least expensive option for last minute. During my 3 day stay, the room was NEVER properly cleaned. The bed was never changed and made up and the sink, toilet and shower was never cleaned. The only thing housekeeping did was take the trash from the small trash can and leave a few clean towels. There was also a ***** crawling on the ceiling, a bumblebee on the wall in the bathroom, and a spider coming down from the ceiling while my daughter showered. Also, while watching **, the sound would randomly go out and I would have to turn the ** on and off to fix it. I called the office manager to let him know about these issues expecting that he would refund part of my money for this filthy unacceptable room condition, but instead, he promised to call me back and never did. This was back in September. I spent a lot of money to stay there and I definitely expect a spotless and sanitary room that is cleaned each day. Never again will I spend my hard earned money to stay there after being ignored when I reported my concerns. The manager shouldve compensated me for the issues with the bugs alone, but especially for the room never being cleaned. A lot of times, you do get what you pay for. Ill take my hard earned money elsewhere next time. And to think, we were planning on staying there again this coming November. Absolutely not!!

      The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty and had no hot water. They told us the pool was open and when we got there they said the pool wasnt. The room said non smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke.

      I have stayed alot over the past month with my husband do to work,it is filthy it has flies in the room more Flys then I have seen I also found a cockroah in the room, and if you don't want black feet I suggest you wear shoes all the time the floors are not washed at all. The price is outrageous for the lack of hospitality. The manager that runs it is extremely rude,charged use 200 dollars saying we were smoking in the room at 5 am when we're sleeping,refuses to give my money back yes I smoke but I respect the rules and smoke outside. There are other situations going on there that are not safe for the guests that I was informed of which makes me not want to ever stay there again so of you have children don't go there.Someonw that is staying on a continuous basis is posting on a website s***** purposes so that means there are people coming and going and I can't believe that they have no idea I have proof of the posting makes me very unsafe.

      I sent the following letter on 8-4-2023, to Red Roof Inn Corporate Headquarter, and have had no response as of 09-27-2023... I requested 50% of the $824 paid for the 3 rooms. August 4, 2023 To: Red Roof Inn Corporate Headquarters ******************************************************************** I am sending this letter to make you aware of the horrible/unsanitary/unsafe conditions present in your ***********, *******, facility. On 7/21/2023, my family arrived at the Inn, and were given three rooms (108, 118, 215): one for my wife and I, and two for my son and daughter, along with their three daughters. The first thing we did was to check out the beds/linen. In all three rooms, there was dirt, both ingrained in sheets, along with particulate matter on them. Later I found that my neighbors in room 117 experienced the same. Then, we all discovered that simply walking across the floor (5 or 6 steps) of each of our three rooms, left ones feet BLACK! We took photos of those blackened feet, if youd like me to email them to you. In my sons room the coffee equipment was filthy, had alcohol inside, and was stained red inside. In my room, the old coffee filter was still in the equipment and it was filthy. In all the rooms (including my neighbors) there was a paucity of toilet paper rolls. In my room, the toilet seat was so loose, it would rotate. I attempted to tighten the nuts holding it, but it was stripped. There was blood stain in the sheet of room 108. One room had to request a plunger for toilet, as it would not flush. I strongly suggest that you investigate that facility perhaps send someone from your company, unannounced, to rent a room or two.*********************, **. *****

      We arrived on 8/5 at the Benton Harbor location of Red Roof Inn. We went to the room we were given and found the maintenance man hanging out, smoking and getting ready to eat his breakfast. Apparently he had been staying there for a while as the room was totally disgusting, with trash in the floor, used bandages in the bed, etc. I immediately went back to the front desk and demanded another room. Which we were given and I was told at that time by the front desk clerk I would be refunded for the first night due to the conditions we found in the first room. Once in the new room, we took our Clorox wipes and cleaned the room so we could stay there. Shortly after that point I received an email from your staff advising my refund was in process and could be 10-14 business days to post from ********- a manager from what was on the email. After checking it appears that ******** lied to me as no refund had been attempted. The General Manager ***** ********* is a liar as well as she told the corporate office she had spoken with me and taken care of everything. Nothing was ever done, that’s why I’m posting on every social media platform I can about this horrible location and the lying staff and how disgusting your establishment is.

      Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had !
      We checked into the red roof inn in Lompoc California, people were smoking outside our room it looked like section 8 housing, we decided not to stay. They would not refund our room, and have charged us almost $300.
