First, I cannot speak on the claims side of the company.
My wife was bullied into a vehicle service contract on a lease at her dealer. After I looked it over it was just a useless warranty on top of the factory warranty. So we went back to the dealer to cancel it. ********** ***********
The dealer was trying everything to get us not to cancel. We still canceled the vehicle service contract. Or so we thought. The dealer ********** *********** had my wife sign cancellation paperwork, but never actually cancelled the contract. They just sent a check for what they told us the price of the contract was. 38$. Which was actually 1838$.
So I went straight through Portfolio/NWAN.
Shannon was easy to communicate with and direct about what I needed to do in order to actually get it cancelled. In a matter of 3 or 4 days it was all handled and waiting on the actual refund now.

Save your money! We have a camper that we paid for a 48 month warranty on. We were building and so it took several years. We had it in the service department before the warranty expired. It took 2 days to diagnose the problems and submit. They are refusing to cover saying the warranty is expired. It was in the service department before the last day. Scam company save your money, the claim is $300 less than the warranty, could have used that money to fix it. Complete rip off.National Automotive Experts/ NAE/NWAN ( A Portfolio Company)

I’d like to take a second to personally thank Sydney ******* from portfolio Company. She went far and beyond to help me get my extended warranty refund back from Az auto Rv. She was quick with information, friendly, kind and courtesy. She always followed through with what she said she was going to do and never hesitated to take my call. I can say, because of her actions, I now have a little more confidence with portfolio to have either a loan and or extended warranty. Sydney if you are reading this, I hope your management team gives you a raise because you deserve one. You helped diverted legal actions. Thank you once again for helping a combat veteran. 1 starWarranty Forever (WF) coverage came with my new car purchase, a 2014 Acura MDX. I have very low mileage, so tor 10 years I've been taking the car in for service every 12 months as required by **. Each time with pre-authorization. Today the service manager at the ***** dealer said I'm wasting my money by paying for service well before the manufacturers recommended time and/or mileage requirements. For example, in the 12 months since the last oil change, I've only logged 3500 miles. ** says I have to change the oil, the manufacturer says I don't. ** requirements are wrong and seemingly designed to get you into the service bay more frequently.The ** contract does not consider vehicles with computer driven maintenance reminders. So I believe their contract is out dated and incorrect. The ** person I spoke to would only quote the document, which I have. So after wasting money for 10 years by going with WF requirements I'm done with Warranty Forever. I will maintain my car per the manufactures recommendations.Review fromBrooke W

I have an extreme wrap coverage on my truck with a $100 deductible, a claim for repairing an air conditioning fan is being held up for review (6 days as I write this) because of the cost of the repair. This is a direct violation of the terms of agreement in the warranty I paid for. In the past I might have given them 5 stars for their ability to process my claims quickly. It makes no sense that it should take this long.
I have researched my legal options but do not want to go that route. All I want is for my warranty contract to be honored. I see they reply to other complaints by indicating the coverage is laid out in the paperwork.
Obviously I am frustrated with this company. I did speak to a couple people that at least appeared to want to help me, while others simply said my claim was in queue and waiting to be evaluated. It should not take this long for the dealership to hear back. The repair itself will take a full two days once they get the approval. I wouldn't of gave them a one star if there was another way to activate this message box.
They screwed us too, when we bought the car they told us to just keep the receipts of your oil changes if you choose to go elsewhere for oil changes. Deery miss informed us on purpose I'm guessing to save money and now out of business. Oh Nicole from NWAN was a little gitty on phone, she was excited to tell us that our warranty for ever was now void because of two on-time oil changes were not called in prior to being done ????? What the heck is that but an "excuse" to drop us.

jorge was fantastic he got my warranty repair approved in a matter of mins instead of hours because i explained i had the customer at my dealership waiting and they didn't have hours to wait.
