      Shannon was great, empathetic, patient, and willing to help explain the process. She went out of her way to get me into contact with the appropriate individuals at my dealership, and she followed up as she said she would. Customer service is terrible just about everywhere, and this was such a refreshing experience. Thank you!

      Zero Stars. My repair had nothing to do with oil changes. It was Rear Hub Assembly. They denied due to one oil change being over 3500 miles despite the dealership telling me oil changes needed to be within 5000 miles. Not worth the paper it was printed on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Per your contract, “You may have the required maintenance procedures performed by a Repair Facility that You choose. However, if You choose to have the maintenance performed by a Repair Facility other than the Selling Dealer, you must call the Administrator in advance of each, and every service not performed by the Selling Dealer. Failure to do so will result in denial of coverage under this Contract”. Warranty Forever is complimentary program offered by your selling dealership, with no cost to the policy holder.       They will find any excuse to get out of paying for your car repair. They make up rules as they go and is a pointless extended warranty company to have. They denied a claim of ours at first because they said we waited too long to get an oil change, then once we provided receipts that we got an oil change on schedule, they denied it again saying that we did not ask for permission prior to getting an outside oil change. This provision was never explained to us and it seems predatory. DONT USE THIS WARRANTY SERVICE

      The few times that I have contacted customer support they have been very professional and helped me in a timely manner. I was never on hold for a long Wait times and they were patient and friendly.
      I want to send a shout out to Shannon ****** Contract Administrator in Strongsville who was very helpful with my inquiry. She was also able to email me some information to help further along my process. And I want to personally thank her for just being thoroughly informative and very quick on her response.

      She was very empathetic and she did everything she said she would!
      She handled an issue that was 7 years old in minutes and I was very satisfied and most grateful!

      Cancellation department are great to work with Jermoy and I think her name was Alisha was very prompt in responding and got what I needed done very quickly when the dealer wouldn’t answer my calls

      Do not buy this insurance. They do not pay. I filed a claim that was approved. They posted on my account that It was mailed and payed. I checked my mail for a whole 1 1/2 months and nothing. I finally called to check on it and they told me that they mailed it to the dealership lol. I called the dealership and they told me "That is weird, why would they mail it to us? We know nothing about that." I then called Nwan and was told "wait a month and a half and then we'll look into it." Yea Ok lol. As if I'm a child and dont know that all you have to do is cancel and re-issue. If they only knew what my day job was lol. Long story short, here I am leaving this review. Still no check and havent heard a word from them. I have to get it the hard way, but I'll get it, Obviously the other reviews are fake!

      Horrible to work with and took forever to process my claim racking up interest while waiting and they couldn't even pay off the balance they wanted to leave me stuck with what was left. I bought gap coverage for a reason but apparently it's just a gimmick and not worth it. Absolutely ridiculous and don't recommend.
