      I would give negative stars if I could! Called because service was lagging very bad. Requested that I should update service to new 1 gig plan for only $1. Tech came out and installed all new equipment. Few minutes after he left internet was dropping out. Has been terrible for 2 weeks now. paying for 1 gig and was running between 0-37 mbps all weekend. Customer service is a joke with this company. Tried to chat with “Nancy” yesterday only for her to disappear 5 minutes into the chat. No response today. What a garbage company! Definitely do NOT recommend to anyone.

      BAIT AND SWITCH TATICS STAY AWAY! Wish there was a negative star rating. On the phone with Vyve and they have tried to sell me on their nickel and dime fees they add every few months. They are charging $10 more for "Unlimited Data" which is what I had already on my service. Then they have me on hold as a "cool off period" to calm me down before I talk to their managers. I don't expect any help on this at all. But this is a BAIT AND SWITCH tactic and is not allowed by state law. The state attorney General and the BBB should be aware of Vyve's business practices. Also Ronde was unavailable to talk and Carlos did not stay on the phone with me and hung up. Contact information was not given but I did get this information below about the people I talked with.       My DVR service has been intermittent for months. I just spent a week trying to get things fixed, with 3 service calls. I have been told that the DVR units are old and often non-functional, and to wait several months for a new one. I was told that a temporary cable line was run to my house years ago and never upgraded. And when I asked for a credit for a full week without service, for which I pay $154 a month plus $20.48 for the DVR boxes, I was told I could get a $9 credit. So bad equipment, poor service, and a rip-off the customer attitude.

      Ice storm took out my internet 13 days ago, Ive sent 5 communications including a phone call, NOTHING!!! They cant tell me IF anyone is coming, WHEN anyone is coming!!!NOTHING!!! They wont give me a time frame or ANY information about my area!!!! They SUCK!!!!!!!! Im done!!!!! I hate them!

      If you go to a car dealer and purchase a top of the line car and after a few weeks you have to call the dealer to get service scheduled. Then here comes the big hit as you are told service is scheduled 7 days from the day you call. Sounds like Vyve to me. Over and over you loose internet and tv service for several days. The download speed is rarely up to par.

      My cable bill has gone up every single month for the last 3 months ,and my cable went in & out every 5 minutes for a week , then after the tech came out which was supposed to be free they charged me $50 .00 when I called they said it was a mistake and they'd remove it from bill but they didn't

      Every listed price doesn't include 25/35/55 hidden fees. They advertise for 500 mbs down for just *****. Then add 25$ of fees so it's ******. I use my own equipment, all which is capable for the speeds I desire. They tried to tell me i needed their equipment for the speed I wanted. The specs of my equipment triple the speed I pay for.

      The quality of service I have had since 9/20/22 is terrible. I have the 1 gig plan which is supposed to be 50mb up. I have not had anything close to 50 up since September. I get 100-300mb down and 3-10 up. Nowhere near what I pay for. There has been 5 techs out and all have said the same thing. Maintenance issue on Vyve side we are working on it. No issues found with the lines in the home. Dobson Fiber can't get here soon enough for me. I have had it over 100.00 a month for terrible service.

      The first month everything was good. Even after upgrading. Always loosing connections. Almost every zoom meeting i was in lost connection. I am leaving them this month.
