Boy was that a terrible choice. Tried using the gift card yesterday and nothing. "Card not activated", when speaking to customer support they informed me that no data exists within the gift card (couldn't tell me where my funds ended up). Then I got in touch with another senior rep and she told me that the gift card is under "fraud review". NIKE shame on you, this is a 100% a scam and I've been a loyal customer of yours for 15+ years. Lastly, the Nike elite team is lazy and does not seem proactive or competent at all.

      We're sorry to hear about the frustration and confusion caused with your Nike Gift Card. Taking a look at our records, I can see that a chargeback was filed with **************** in 2020 for order C00220888839. The bank disputed the transaction and returned the money to the card holder.
      The items in order C00220888839 were returned in store in two different transactions S006E0001E7EF41 and S006E0001E7EF33. Unfortunately the gift card with be held indefinitely due to the dispute that was issued in 2020.

      I ordered Korea Soccer away jerseys for my wife, my son, and myself about 2-3 weeks ago. As Nike advertised that this will be delivered by 11/7, I cancelled my order from another vendor. Then I got notified that the order is delayed and yesterday, 11/8, my order was cancelled. This was a deceptive practice from Nike and sold items that was not able to be sold and gave false hope to customers and myself.       I got a Nike ESC sweater for a gift. They cost $300 I had purchased one from Nike earlier this year and liked it a lot so my friend bought me a second as the first one was starting to fade 7 months later the sweater completely became unraveled under the right arm , like a cheaply made garment Called Nike to do a less than 2 year defective warranty , was told by rep to do it through the app as a Nike member so it will have free Shipping A month later now Im still arguing. With Nike because although the shirt was found defective and they emailed me they were sending me a gift card for the value of the shirt , somehow they attached this exchange /product defect case with a return I did in March 2022. So they keep saying I have already been refunded for this shirt Which is impossible I just sent it back a month ago. Ive escalated it tot he Nike elite team and they too keep say Ive already been refunded. Back in march for a shirt I just sent In October 10,2022 Now they have shirt thats defective and they said they wont help me at all that this is it and Im done !! I cant believe Nike is pretty much taking my sweater , admitting it is defective and. Now saying Im out of luck and quit emailing them. This is the worst experience with any company by far and the other representatives say they cant help me once it fits to the elite team. Please help !!35 year Nike consumer ****

We can then see that the long-sleeve on the original order was returned at the Desert Ridge Nike Factory Store on 3/10/22 and exchanged for Nike Dri-Fit Men's Short-Sleeve Yoga Training Top (CN9822-010) for $38 and the remaining $289.60 was refunded to a Nike Gift Card ending in ****, which has since been used and has a remaining balance of $1.34. Because all items you were charged for have been returned and refunded, we will be unable to further assist with refunds at this time.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure if your department has the ability to actually listen to someone else and see where your decision is not only flawed but theft to a loyal customer, you have flat out stolen my shirt and countless hours of my time .The shirt I sent you , I got earlier this year. You didnt give me any refund or courtesy anything for return # C00784960369

      you kept my shirt which I sent in for warranty exchange , I never asked for a refund. I asked for the same shirt it be replaced because the one I had was less than two years old and defective.  I got nothing, not my shirt back , not a new shirt , coo credit .  
      this whole thing about me wanting a refund is so incorrect that I cant imagine youll understand that you stole my shirt 

      I sent in a defective product which you confirmed then recanted on sending me a credit to buy i new one . Id expect that from Nike , but to keep the shirt I sent in , defection or not it was a $300$ sweater and a gift.  I could have taken it to a seamstress if that was my only option, but nope Nike kept my shirt, told me theyd honor the warranty exchange then when you decided against it , nobody had the decency to call me and tell me the credit or my shirt was never coming , I had to make numerous calls to find that out myself .  Ive sent ***** hours trying to make this right , my time valuable as Im sure yours is , but just know that you guys ripped me off plain and simple and keep throwing dates and numbers to try and justify your actions but you stole your own product back from me and didnt honor your word .  I know you guys wont do the right thing. Thats the saddest part, you all are afraid to admit you were wrong and cant do the right thing.  That must be a fun department to work in, rip off hard working peope and treat them like dirt . To think Ive bought your products for 3 decades. Im posting  this story to every place I can and telling everyone for tombs rest of my life what you guys really do and trust me there are better options out there.

      Hello and thank you for all your help. 

      Reading my response to their email today . I realize I should have taken my time and cooled down 

      I didnt get to say what I wanted to and overlooked using facts vs emotion 

      The situation is very black and white 

      I sent a shirt in for  warranty exchange in October and they approved it for warranty exchange , called me and sent an email stating Id get a credit to buy a new one. Then they never did.   They then , after me calling them to see what Happened , started referring to a shirt I returned for a different size back in February 

      Cuz its the same shirt they are thinking Im asking for a second refund for the February transaction Its really frustrating and I have all the proof that shows I am correct 

      How they cant see that i didnt receive any money or credit and not even my shirt back for this warranty exchange I sent them via *** with their prepaid label I dont get.   

      Its as if they are not willing to admit they are wrong

      Since they are not going to admit that; and clearly not gonna honor the exchange nor give my product back. What are my options ??  When I have called they tell me the elite team ruled this decision and theres nothing they can do. But not giving my shirt back to me , the defective one , seems very cruel.   Can you help please.  I am getting very ***et about this I have had a painful year with my family and I dont want to get into it but my life has kind of come unraveled and I could use one thing to go right.  Ive lost my best friend to drugs and Im spending as much time with my father as possible cuz he has had health problems but I dont seem to be able to because I have to work lot of hours at FedEx.    
      I mean , they dont have to give me a new shirt but I wore that one they have to pebble beach with my. Dad cousin and brother and if I cant get a new one thats not coming unravel at the seems I will gladly take The damaged one back and Sew it or find someone that can Help me. 

      Again I dont even care that they give me this credit or a new shirt anymore frankly I dont want to buy another Nike shirt Agajn. But them taking my property and being jerks and keeping my stuff and shutting me out does not seem possible for a company to do to a consumer.   Can I *** them to get my shirt back in small claims court ??  I cant let this go I need the right thing to Happen and if not At least give me my stuff and Ill let it go.

      I made an online order with Nike.com as I have been a member since 2020. My order was made on 10/26/22, which contained 3 items, I received 2 items separately, 1 on 10/29 & the other 10/31. My item that is missing has listed on Nike website as order confirmed, order delivered on 10/26, the day before I made the online order, so that is definitely impossible. Now, I received an email stating is delayed, but on my Nike.com account its now listing delivery again on 11/6, which is INCORRECT, I have never ever received a tracking status or any update on my item....... which is the pants to my hoodie that I ordered and received. Representatives have stated to me that the item I'm waiting for is in stock, yet I have called MANY times and this issue is not resolved, so I am out of a package, money and INCORRECT information. I will no longer be ordering from NIKE.COM after this issue is resolved!!!!!!!!!

Ive been ordering from Nike online for years and never experienced this, not to mention the website states 2 different deliveries dates that item was delivered and it has not even been processed.       Nike (other companies as well but this complaint is with regards to Nike) uses LaserShip to ship some of their products to consumers who purchase through the Nike App/Website. ** has a terrible reputation in the communities in which they serve. I personally have had 2 separate shipments that went through **, to which they were delayed several times, and then eventually the update says the item was never received at their facility. Their tracking site clearly shows that the item was received and then never delivered. It appears that they will deliver packages that can be viewed as clothes however, whenever Nike has a drop where consumers can only purchase one, then sold out, they are never delivered. The above order had 3 items that needed to be shipped. 2 hoodies and 1 Nike Drop sneakers. One hoodie arrived at the ** facility the next business day, after ordering it, and was delivered the day after it was received. The other hoodie went through *** and has arrived, and the sneakers still havent been delivered although arrived on 10/25 at the same facility. Our local news aired the allegations of theft from the employees of ** company and confirmed that a manager was fired for stealing packages. After the airing of this companys thefts, additional consumers contacted the news station to advise that they were victims as well. It appears that although the company fired that one person, others are still apparently stealing packages. The consumers also stated that the packages included sneaker drops that they cannot purchase again from Nike and were expensive. Although Nike will refund the money, its not fair because we cannot purchase those sneakers again. This is out of control; someone must be held accountable. My package that was scheduled to be delivered on 10/30, resulted in undeliverable", unable to locate the package. Unfortunately, the seller does not select specific shipping companies when ordering.       Nike advertises products, gives a specific time thay a product is released on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Yet 5 minutes BEFORE the release time, the shoes say sold out. Nike gives moat of its inventory to family members of workers to re sell for higher prices, and it needs to stop

      Hi - purchased a Nike shoe in June 2021 and do not have a receipt. Nike offers 2 years warranty for manufacturing defects. My shoe was in good shape but Nike Logo peeled off and the shoe was ugly enough not to be work again. I filed a complaint, shipped the shoe on my own cost to exercise the warranty program and the response I got was that shoe was manufactured 2 years before and warranty no longer applies. The policy says 2 years and it is not easy to find manufacture date on the shoes. This feels like a scam and unfair policy. I pad $120 for the shoes and $15 for shipping for warranty claim and all of it for no avail.Claim Number: ********

The issue with your product was not a result of a material or workmanship flaw with the product but indeed, from standard wear and tear, along with being manufactured over 4 years ago.       I am rejecting this response because: No one checks manufactured date on the shoes while buying. I purchased it 15 months ago. Is it easy for customers to find out manufactured date while purchasing? How is it standard wear and tear when the shoe is in good condition but the logo peels off? Uneven wear and tear is as expected? Is my understanding correct? OR should the log glue be more reliable?
