I purchased a pair of Nike air ********************* from the web site Nike.com for$140-$170 and received a tracking number and the package was delivered to ******** ****** on August 29,2022 2022-08-29 10:15 ****************************, [Delivered, In/At Mailbox -> Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 10:15 am on August 29, 2022 in ****************************]. we live in *****, ********* not ******. I contacted the email I received about tracking number many times with no response. The email I received for tracking number was From **** <***************************. I placed an order C01003525645 on Nike website. For the order, the package never arrived to me because there is no tracking information all the time. Then I contacted the customer service for help and they told me the refund has been processed already, but I never received that even though the order status shows "Return complete". I dont even know where to start. Im completely frustrated with the draw system that Nike has in place. Why even go through this when you can simply make more pairs and everyone is happy?? The **** dunks dropped today and to my knowledge only **** pairs were made. ****?!?! Everybody knows that **** has a huge fan base, from current students to alumni and you only create **** pairs??? Making it **** near impossible to purchase the shoes. Then the rigged draw system that is supposedly put in place to prevent bots is trash!! Im positive that bots bought up the shoes, making a lot of alumni upset! What happened to going online or in the store and buying shoes the old fashioned way?? The whole draw system needs to go. Either make a decent amount of pairs or dont make them at all!Business Response

I placed an order through the ***** app which was supposed to be delivered on 10/19. I received an email stating that my order was delivered yet could not find the package. Contacted Nike and the ** rep told me that the *** delivery person probably marked the package as delivered and could still on his route. Still no package has shown up and upon contacting Nike today I was immediately sent an email saying they would not refund! I am DISAPPOINTED in the customer service from ********************** as no help was provided into my issue. *** says that only the shipper can request a claim/investigation for a missing package. How can I see what happened to the shipment when Nike wants nothing to do with helping investigate? I have no idea what to do, I cannot accept that Nike just sends a general email (talking about future returns?) when I am specifically dealing with never receiving something I PAID for. As a Nike supporter, it is sad to see how customers are being treated when spending our hard earned money with the company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I would really like for you guys to reconsider this! There is literally nothing that I can do because *** says I am not the shipper. I am being left with neither my shoes or my hard earned $150! I have no options because I an unable to start anything with the carrier since Nike is the shipper! I find it unacceptable that Nike is refusing to investigate and provide me my shoes. This is unfair to the consumer as I am being limited in the situation and I cannot do anything. I would hope such a organization would actually address the problem!

I paid $160 for AIR7C Men's sneakers for my middle schooler. My son wore the shoes only to school. He is not an athlete (i.e., he did not play soccer, basketball etc with those shoes). But in less than 2 months the tip of the right sneaker got torn up. Very disappointed. We buy Nike for its brand name. I sent the sneakers with certified mail to Nike for a store credit but they declined the request (on October 21) citing that "We have received your claim product and after a thorough inspection, we've determined the issue is a result of rubbing and/or friction consistent with normal wear and tear. This is not a material or manufacturing flaw per our return guidelines, and we're unable to issue a product voucher."The Claim Number: ******** How can a sneaker be rubbed while walking? I bet this is something they copy + paste in response to filed claims. I paid $160 for sneakers and $20 for certified mail. I want a store credit. Nothing else.Business Response
