      Worst customer service. Canceled an order due to an error on their side. Would not honor the price and took 4 days to have someone get back to me until I was spoken to with a rude unhelpful employee named ********* who claimed he was the highest person at Nike to speak with. He told me if I spent 100 dollars I could get 25 percent off absolute joke of a company.

      I ordered the Nike black/white dunks. Theyre supposed to be delivered on 3/21 but got here way sooner. Seems like the perfect dream right? Wrong, the left shoe was fine the right shoe has creases and scuff marks all on them. These shoes were previously worn and returned. I wrote customer service and the best they could do was offer a return or 10% credited back to me if I keep them. ***** to a manager named ***** and his only offer was return the shoes. If I wanted to return them I would go to my local Nike store and return them. All Nike will do is sell them full price to another customer that really wants the shoes and itll be a forever cycle. DO BETTER NIKE!!

      I ordered 2 pair of shoes for my daughter's on 2/8/23 today is 2/16/23 still no shoes. So I decided to track the order..order says it was delivered but I don't see my kids wearing new shoes WHERE is my order.I called a representative and she told me that one pair of shoes where out of stock if that's the case ?? if that's the case how could the shoes have been delivered something really fishy is going at NIKE I WANT MY MTF MONEY BACK ASAP!!!!

      I dont understand what is so difficult with Nike but there is a lot of grey area with this situation. I purchased a pair of shoes, never worn them and wasnt able to return them in store so I shipped them back for a refund after talking to a representative. The refund went back onto a card that I have never owned. The card that was refunded is not associated with any account after speaking with my bank. I have talked to 10 different people and have been told 50 different things and nothing has been solved. A month ago I talked to someone and they were no help. A manager was supposed to call me back and never did. I called again and talked to someone for 30 minutes saying that I would get my refund back onto my card. I then was transferred to a supervisor that didnt know anything about the situation. I was finally told after being transferred again that the refund went onto a prepaid card and they could no longer give me the refund OR even send me my shoes back because they dont know where the shoes go after being returned. I have NEVER owned a prepaid card. I have only purchased with a debit or credit card. I have a feeling one of the employees put the refund onto a prepaid card for themselves to not get caught. Nike not being able to resolve this problem for me is pathetic after losing the shoes and my money.

      I’ve been a loyal customer to Nike. I thought i landed a big W on the robinson dunks restock. In the next couple days, Nike cancelled it stating they sold out. ***!! The warehouse employees probably stole my sneaker and cancelled it. That’s stealing. So disgusting. They knew its a hype sneaker and cost 5 times more than the retail price. Nike was gonna give a 15% promo for make it up. I told them to apply the 15% promo on my recent sneaker purchased not so long ago and they said it has to be on the next order. They can’t even do this one to make it up. The Nike customer service is telling me what i want to hear so it doesn’t improve the situation. Nike doesn’t care about their customer. Worst shopping experience. Their inventory sold out and still give me a W on a raffle. Something fishy about this. I’m starting to hate shopping and entering raffles on their website. Beware shoppers.

      Nike does not care about helping you out of a scam. I was told I was out of luck because even though I had the $500 card canceled immediately after purchase, they said a purchase was made. They did not track down the person who supposedly bought something. They were also unable to reissue me a new card. Think twice before giving them your business.

      Literally the worse company to order anything from enter draw after draw and never get selected for a pair of sneakers! Ive been a member of Nike for years and this is actually starting to get ridiculous you make sure all your millionaire celebrities get what ever shows they want but forget about all the other people in the world; sounds about right though if you arent of a certain class of people then you shouldnt be wearing Nikes. Fix the issue your company is having and allow everyone a fair chance at these sneakers there is no reason only specific people in the world are able to get selected on these draws. Really contemplating on getting rid of all my Nikes and never supporting the company ever again. Not that it would matter to them anyways.

      Wresting shoes fell apart after two weeks of use. Nike denied the right to file a claim saying the manufacturer date is past the two year time ******* they will not inspect.. I asked the simple question when was the manufacturer date. Non of the four customers service representatives i was transferred to in error could tell me. I ask multiple times to speak with a manager and was transferred right back to the same spot I originally called. Very terrible experience and will not support Nike any longer. PS THEY STILL HAVE MY SHOES that I paid to ship to them that they denied to inspect.

      I have been ordering from Nike for over 16 years and my recent order on Saturday for a exclusive shoe was placed. I was charged a men price but they are sending me a grade school size. I placed a order for a size 7.5 in men which I was charged for but according to my email and reps they are sending me a size 6. If a size 6 is what they have on my order why was I charged for a men size. I called customer service no help and they won't cancel the order although it has not shipped. I will not order from Nike again I'll try my luck with footlocker or another company.

      I have been a loyal customer to ********************** my entire 39 years of life from the time I was just a child to now an adult. Never in all my years ordering from them have I experienced what I experienced with my most recent order. I had my eyes on a pair of ****** XII x Eastside Golf NRG shoes for the past 4 months patiently waiting the release date which was this past Friday, Dec 2nd 2022. The shoes were to be released at exactly 10am which for me on the west coast was 7am pst. At 6:55am I made sure to log into the app and have all my billing and card info ready. At the exact moment the clock struck 7am I used my Apple Pay via my iPhone to double click and make the purchase. After about 2 minutes of the phone circling you either get a message you missed out on the shoe or were one of the lucky winners to have your order on its way. I was one of the lucky winners with the shoe coming my way and had the $258.60 with tax and shipping deducted from my account. After less than a week later I received an email stating that my order hasnt shipped hey but still on schedule and apologizing for the delay.As of this point I was still excited checking my emails daily to get an update on the shipping only to receive an email today at 7:10am over a week and a half later stating they had to cancel my order and issue me a refund because the item was out of stock!I was in complete and utter disbelief!! I waited months for this shoe, beat out hundreds of other people online did all my due diligence, even paid for them only to get this message almost 2 weeks after the fact? Such bad business! I call 2 times and have 2 different reps from an Indian call center tell me Im basically out of luck with no explanation and got hung up on 2xs while waiting for a manager and was speaking nothing but respectfully to them but more so confused. I spend thousands of dollars a year on Nike apparel. Dont think I can fathom spending another dollar with this corporation. Zero customer service!
