      Tried purchasing from Nike but wont let me never had this problem been with Nike for over 20 plus years tried calling them no one can help I have the funds on my credit card whats going on that Nike wont let me purchase items from online store and app

      Disappointed . Bought a Nike gift card at *** . Have a receipt stating I paid the $25 to CVS. The card was packaged. Package was sealed. When recipient opened the Nike gift card and went online to use it he was told the balance was zero and the card was compromised. Neither CVS nor Nike or willing to take responsibility. Getting runaround from both companies claiming that its the other ones responsibility. I know its only $25 but the lack of customer service was unbelievable. No one is concerned about the customer.

      They gate keep new released products and only sell to second hand resellers. It's extremely shady and outright lying to customers, they put you in a fake waiting list with no ticket number or que order while they sell out the product to preferred buyers. Can not make new release purchases on any affiliated websites either, they remove the products from your bag repeatedly until it sells out. This is 100% a scam and it is not first come first served. Zero information on pre ordering or when the line opens to be served because it's not legit it's an outright lie. Do not be fooled by this, nike intends to raise it's status through resellers and care little for customers who want to purchase items for retail.

      Very disappointed with Nike. I returned an online purchase at a store. The store gave me a gift card. When I tried to use the gift card online I kept receiving an error. Reached out to customer service through the app and was eventually told that I needed to contact the 800 number to resolve. Called Nike spoke with a *** who kept putting me on hold waiting for a supervisor to provide support. I was on hold about 30 minutes and could not continue to hold any longer since I had family obligations. I asked if someone could call me the next day. The answer was no so I called again the next day. I had to reiterate the entire story again which was frustrating. The agent said they would have a supervisor call me back in an hour. That never happened. So after 2 hours I called back. Thought I was making progress. The agent said my gift card has been suspended. This is ridiculous and makes no sense. He said that within 24 hours I could call back and Nike would help me make a purchase online. My goal was to purchase a jacket that my son wanted. I was concerned that the size would be unavailable the next day but the agent reassured me that it would be there and verified that there was plenty of inventory. He kept saying weve got you. Were here to help. I believed him. I called back 24 hours later as instructed spoke with an agent who could not help and was transferred to a supervisor who said the jacket was out of stock. Needless to say I am so frustrated with my experience. Terrible service, process and communication gaps.

      After ordering on website and making a login for coupon you order shoes and think you got a great deal. Here is the catch. They won't give them to you stated sorry out of stock a day later but I was offered to buy more expensive shoes instead. Also same shoe is all over internet for more money. So just the company that makes the shoe is out of stock, laughing. Again also company has advertised online still for shoe and other shoes they "don't have". This is a smart scam. You or your kid really want shoe so your almost forced to go elsewhere and pay more. Shame on this company something should be done. False marketing.

      I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers from JD Sports for my son two years ago, costing $118. Upon request, I returned the item to Nike for a review (at my expense) once I submitted the claim due to defects in them. After many follow up phone calls with transfers and extensive hold times, to get a response, the shoe was deemed irreplaceable and labeled "wear & tear" and therefore was denied stating that their claim process only covers products that contain manufacturing or material flaws which were manufactured in the last two years. Unfortunately, the product I returned was manufactured more than two years ago and is not eligible for inspection. I have purchased cheaper brands of shoes for less money and they have lasted longer. I am not seeking a refund; they could have simply made an exception and replaced the shoe with a new pair. Shame on you NIKE. Please take responsibility for manufacturing low quality Nikes and not keeping your customers happy! I also contacted ** in hopes they can make this right for me. I submitted the original store receipt from two years ago along with pics of damages/defected shoe per an agent request, stating "YES", they can cover up to two years, feeling hopeful. The next day, after a follow up was made and just a few minutes being placed on hold, they further denied me a replacement! I asked them to listen in on the conversation from when I last called in to spoke with another person about the issue. They lied to me!!I will never buy a Nike product or any product from JD again. If I am going to spend nearly $120 on a pair of sneakers, I'd expect it to last more than two years, not less! Again, shame on you ********** Do better!!

      Nike is a piece of Blank they have me send in my damaged 500dollar pair of jordans to tell me they denied the claim and recycled my sneakers like i asked now they are saying they cannot do anything reading from a script when the *** call is recorded however i cannot get access to the recording do not buy nike

      I purchased a pair of Jordans for my 9 year old son this past Saturday July 20,2024. The stores policy is to have one show in the box to try or and when you pay for the shoes they put the other shoe in the box at checkout. After making the 60+ minute drive home my son who was excited and eager to try on his new shoes opens the box to only find two right footed shoes in the box. After a half dozen calls to the store and Nike corporate customer service I have been unable to speak with someone who is able to resolve the issue. All I am looking for the the correctly sized left counterpart to the shoes that I purchased. I was woken up two nights ago at 10:20pm by a so called supervisor that still couldnt resolve my issue. I have been trying to get a supervisor on the phone with enough authority to handle my issue but that so far has not been possible. NIKE products are great as long as you dont need customer service.

      I sent a pair of ***************** back for warranty claim. The response I received was insulting. I was told my issue was caused by "normal wear and tear". The foam midsoles were actually disintegrating because the rubber tread had become unbounded in some areas leaving them unbearable. The rest of the shoes were in good condition. I'm appalled to hear how Nike "stands behind their products" only to blow off a claim that, from online searches, obviously shows there is a problem with these shoes. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the brand I've loyally been purchasing for 40 yrs. I no longer feel Nike is worthy of my hard earned money. You failed
