      Ordered pair of sweatpants - gave correct address for delivery -house. The sweats were delivered to wrong address - over 2 weeks to get new ones delivered. Asked for my delivery fee to be refunded and was DENIED. So I paid for my daughter in law to get her birthday gift 3 weeks late - nice.

      Nike is complicit with gift card scammers. I've exchanged over 20 emails, most of them ignored until I followed up multiple times. I've spent over an hour on the phone as well with no resolution. My mother in law gifted me a $250 gift card from Christmas. I reported the issue of the last 2 digits of the pin number being scratched off in December, when there was still a $250 balance on the card and they acknowledged the pin is missing because someone scratched it off and is waiting to redeem it themselves after someone else purchases it in store and activates it. Instead of flagging the card they drug their feet for months until the criminals finally got around to draining the card. Nike is more accomodating to criminals than it is it's customers. After dealing with this for almost 5 months I've basically been told I'm just out of luck and my mother in-law is out $250. I like their shoes but their customer service and lack ***************** security has lost them a customer. I'm working on getting a class action lawsuit filed, so please reach out if they have also done this to you.

      My 8 year old son received two Nike gift cards for Christmas from my parents. He was very excited to finally use them today only to pull off the stickers covering the PINs and discover that both had been scratched off. Nike needs to do a better job protecting its PAYING customers from these gift card scams.

      I spend mo ey for nike shoes, 3month old and I have receipt still they ignored my messages and closed the case. The supervisor and employee dealed very badly to us. Who doesn't have frustration payed more that $70 for trash brand.

      My son is currently living and attending school at a military academy. His birthday is this Saturday 2/24. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid rush shipping. scheduled delivery was today friday 2/23. this is the message from chat support supervisor. Hello ****, I'm sorry to hear this happened with your order. We always want you to have the best experience, I have check your order already and as it was indicated the order seems to be delayed. Due to our policies an order on this status cannot be cancel or rushed. Our warehouse is working hard on preparing these items to be send to you as soon as possible. However, the system indicates the maximum day for it to arrive is going to be 03/04/24. If you would prefer not to receive this at that point you can reach out to your carrier once the package is on the way and ask them to send the package back to us. Once we get it back you will be receiving a full refund. Once more apologies for the situation and thank you for your understanding. I can't cancel to buy from somewhere else. I can't break the order up into separate shipments to ensure he gets something sometime soon. I can't even contact him to tell him I haven't forgotten his birthday except for a letter that probably won't arrive for at least another week. I'm heartbroken knowing my son will think I forgot his birthday.

      I just ordered a pair of Jordans from Nike and when I got them they were creased on the toe and scuffed. Really disappointing and they wont swap them for another pair because they dont have any more left. Absolutely ridiculous and Im probably done ordering from Nike. Then on top of that when I call to start my return and or try to get a new pair they put some Indian woman on the phone who barely speaks English and cant understand a word she says. Horrible service. Horrible product. Ive been a Nike member for years and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on clothes and shoes and whatnot. Make this right

      This doesnt make sense that nike says shoes releases a certain day for us to realise its getting released on there personal app only available on apple network, nevermind internet sites have a line up? Also certain sites will let you know on release day u cannot order them online there in store purchase only? Dont we deserve a chance maybe a warning so i dont have to wait in a fictional line to find this out this shoe craze seems to be control because the company's are just reselling them on other avenues and produceing less and availability is down. Great tactic build less offer them for more nd create a bottleneck to the consumer.
