      My wife and I were visiting Nike @ ******** (*************************************) and buying my daughter a new pair of shoes (at this location) and *****, an employee there, refused me access to their bathroom. Very frustrating. Under Massachusetts state law, a business must allow a person to use their restroom if three or more employees are working at the time of the request. I would advise anyone not to go here just on principal. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate of their patrons.

      Absolutely terrible online customer service and system. Their system duplicated my order withing seconds. Contacted customer service after 36 mins when i noticed my bank account. They told me I have to wait for the order to arrive then return it to get a refund. They'll keep my money and I have to waste my time to drive somewhere to return a glitch? Cancel the darn order !

      3 times NIKE.com has mailed me different pairs of shoes defective, and they make you purchase another pair and ask you return the other one to then you have to wait for the full refund whenever they decide to refund your money. F Nike don't buy from them, buy from GOAT

      Placed an order around mothers day on nike.com. Got a discount of $30 off a pair of nike air maxes. After a week, the order didn't ship. I chatted with a representative on nike.com and was told the item was packed and waiting to be shipped. Another week goes by, I contacted them again, different representative told me the same thing. It never shipped. 3 weeks later I contacted them again and was told that the order had been canceled due to out of stock items. I never recieved any email notification. Another week goes by, and I finally get an email confirmation saying that the order had been canceled. A whole month after I placed the order! Weeks later, they had the same shoes and I reordered them for full price. Lost my $30 discount. 2 months later I placed an order for some items for a birthday coming up on July 18. Placed the order June 28th, a week later and it still hasn't shipped. Im getting nike.com ptsd! On top of all the miscommunication and extremely slow shipping dates, they don't deliver to p.o. boxes. Very few companies don't deliver to p.o. boxes so it blows my mind that nike.com being such a huge brand, doesn't. They dont even have a nike store in my state so i have to order online. I have many porch pirates in my neighborhood that's why I have a p.o. box and nike.com told me it's because of a liability issue. How? It's shoes and clothes? Just an awful way to do business all the way around. I don't understand how customer service can see on their end and tell you that your package is in the warehouse and ready to be shipped and then you're told the item is sold out a month later. No one reaches out to apologize, or to help you place another order with the discount you lost out on. You're just screwed. Horrible to treat customers like that. Especially when you are spending over $200 for a pair of shoes. I hate dealing with and shopping on nike.com.

      I have always liked and supported Nike, but this instance was handled very poorly. I play basketball multiple times a week, and wear Nikes. I play enough that I have a backup pair of new shoes waiting for me until the current ones go bad. I had a pair of ******** that sat in my closet for about 18 months - 2 years. I put them on once my previous shoes (same model as the old ones, KD VIII) went bad (wore those ones for about 18 months). The new ones blew out within a month of wearing them (again brand new shoes never worn).I contacted Nike and filed a claim for replacement or credit. Explained to them that they were a gift of two years ago but that they were unworn prior to that month. Nike representative stated that I could send them in and they would be evaluated for a replacement or credit. I would need to pay the shipping costs to do so, and that was non-refundable. About 10 days later I received an email that my claim was denied... simply because the shoes were two years old and they won't evaluate the shoes that old.Why did the first representative tell me they would evaluate them if they would not. Not only is that a lie, but I wasted my money and time packaging them and shipping them to Nike. Would have rather been told the truth orginally.I called in and tried to speak with someone, who said I needed to contact the claims person and they would transfer me. They transferred me and I was immediately hung up on. Called again, and they transferred me again and was told to just call back another time.I am not sure why Nike is not willing to stand by their products, or provide customer service. Seems as though they are starting to cut corners now.

      Absolutely abysmal customer service. Not only sent the wrong shoe, but sent a CHILD's shoe. Completely wrong style, sport, design, but also a 5Y size instead of the 11M ordered. Insane they even make that bad of a mistake for being a multi BILLION dollar company. I used a gift card, and they did not even immediately credit my account(if you return an item to a store you get IMMEDIATE store credit) but instead I was told to wait 10 DAYS. 10 DAYS for their mess up for my gift card to be credited. THE **** CARD I NO LONGER HAVE. Additionally, they then quoted me another 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. In what world is "free shipping" now 3 weeks in 2024, shipping from anywhere in the ** to the state of *******? By far, one of the worst companies I have ever remotely even tried to order from, customer service is completely useless and likely just AI at this point with their curated responses. Honestly wish I never even received a gift card to use at this awful company.Zero remorse, zero help, should be zero stars.

      Experiencing this "Place of Business" as a young *********** Professional" is disheartening. I come into this location because my family and I reside within walking distance yet everything we come into this location we are treated as criminals. Followed around, constantly asked if we need help yet they walk by people who look like them and say nothing. Today June 7, 2024 we were shopping for comfortable shoes for vacation...and several of the store employees followed us around. When we got to the register we were rushed through our transaction. I told the team lead as she was ******* me to the register that I was waiting for the family who was just there to step away before I stepped up and she rolled her eyes. It's sad that these things are an issue but they are. THIS STORE IS RACIST TOWARDS BLACK/BROWN CUSTOMERS. NEXT TIME WE ENTER IM GOING TO RECIRD MY EXPERIENCE AND SEND IT TO CORPORATE.

      Never ordering from Nike again. Was trying to exchange to my order and I should have just driven the hour+ that it takes to get to the nearest Nike store. Sent it back via mail and the warehouse it went to has HORRIBLE reviews! Its been a month now and my exchange was never sent out and now its canceled because its out of stock!! Still havent gotten my money. Im so done with the company!

      Ordered a gift card for my kids coach. Nike took the order. I got confirmation, then later, when I got home, I had an email saying nike cancelled my order, with no explanation.I tried on chat to get help, was answered and ignored twice by someone (bot) claiming to be named ********.I got someone on the phone today and they told me it was cancelled because my address didnt match my credit card info. I just checked it. The info I entered was 100% correct. Nike is the problem.Now I have to go to a store and buy a gift card and drive it to the coaches house. This is a little embarrassing and a total pain. No more Nike
