      With all the resources available to Nike, I am baffled at the lack of customer service. I bought a new pair of ******************** dunk mids and the nike swoosh is detaching on the leather shoe base. I need the shoes now, and expected to have them this week. **************** only will allow me to ship the defective pair back to them, then ship me a non defective pair within the next couple weeks. My beef is this:Nike caused the problem, they need to take responsibility to fix it and not inconvenience the customer even more. I am requesting you send me a pair of non defective shoes, then I will send you back the defective pair. I dont want to be charged for another pair, nor do I want to have to wait weeks to get a non defective pair after I give up the pair I have. Its a simple, low cost request and I am being told the system wont allow us. Nike higher *** do something to fix the quality issue which has now become a customer service issue

      My son wears Nike. I purchased a gift card from Nike for his birthday in January of 2022. He did not want the gift card because he prefers in-store purchases. I said fine; I'll use the gift card which can only be used for online purchases. Because I have never been a Nike fan, it wasn't until recently (September 2023) that I needed a pair of flip flops and decided now would be the perfect time to unload this awful product. I added the product(s) to my cart and when I went to check out, it said $0 balance. Evidently, either the card was never loaded; or, it was loaded but the available balance expired within a year without ANY notification. Nike's products are the worst and so are they!

      On 8/19/23, I purchased pair of low top Dunks. The dunks delivery date changed 3 different times. I made the purchase for an out of town trip. On 8/25/23, I telephoned Nike and was told that the delivery had until 9pm on the 25th to arrive. I then spoke with Ontrac delivery whose website stated that the product was put in a vehicle for delivery on 8/21/23, they informed me that the dunks would not be delivered and an investigation had been opened. I called Nike back at approximately 5pm and advise them as to what the delivery company stated about the product not being delivered. I was told that I had to wait until 9pm and call back even though they knew the dunks were not going to be delivered. I called back to Nike at 9:14 pm and I was told that a refund had been started. On September 5, I called Nike to check on the refund that I had not received. I was informed that the refund was never processed. The representative stated he would process it. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was placed on hold twice then hung up on. I called back and spoke with another representative and asked for a supervisor, he asked me what did I want to speak to a supervisor also stating you want to speak to a supervisor about policies and procedures youre refund has already been processed. Once again the phone hung up. I called back a third time and spoke with a representative who attempted to get a supervisor to speak with me. The representative stated the supervisor said there is nothing else for them to do and for the representative to take my feedback. I asked if the supervisor was refusing to speak with me and the representative stated yes. This is so disrespectful, unacceptable, and unprofessional behavior for the representatives and the supervisor. I am a customer that did not get my merchandise after it was paid for and was lied to concerning the refund and no one felt the need to discuss this with me.

      I have had no issues with nike until just recently, I won a pair of shoes on the sneaker app. The problem occurred when ***** marked the item as undeliverable before it even left the warehouse. Normally, I would just report this to nike and a refund or a replacement would be initiated however this being the 5th or 6th consecutive time a package has been damaged, misplaced or in this instance stolen, nike sent an email stating that they would no longer issue refunds for my account.!?!? I am the customer and more importantly the victim of a situation beyond my control. I spend hundreds of dollars a month, thousands over the course of a year and this is how nike treats it's customers? I spent the better part of two days trying to get a refund for shoes that never left the facility!! I tried to resolve the issue with nike, they tell me to call *****. I call ***** they tell me to call nike!!? Mean while some one in ********* it's walking around in the shoes I paid for and I can't even get reimbursed????

      Nike is clearly racist against white people. I have not seen a single white person on any of the pages I have been looking at. Ridiculous. I wasn't aware that 'not being racist' meant that it was ok for a company this large to clearly discriminate against ONE race. If you're trying to be woke and have 'equal treatment' for everyone, then stop favoring minorities just because you got in trouble for ACTUALLY being racist towards your own employees in 2020. Clearly trying to save face. Equality is not equality apparently for Nike.

      I waited 7/26/23 to purchase my daughter the panda dunk low. Made the purchase. Waiting patiently for package. No package. *** said ****** was empty will contact shipper. Called Nike. Nike done nothing! I dont have the shoes. They offered 10% discount that I cant even use on pair of new dunk lows. Ask for gift card to go towards of another pair told NO! Supervisor told me I have to wait **** business days for refund to go back on my card! I have no shoes Nike declined to fix the problem!! On top of that supervisor hung up on me and I had to call back and was on hold for 30 minutes. Nike I expect more from you. You should handle the problem with *** and not treat the customer like trash. The supervisor was very rude a disrespectful!!

      I bought 2 pairs of jordan ***** 3 and when I received them, I was surprised that they are FAKE. The 2 boxes were completely destroyed and didn't have the purchase invoice. Nikelab 21M *** is the worst online shop to buy, they don't want to refund me my money

      As a customer who spent almost $300 in one order, I was treated disrespectfully by Nike Support. After each chat, an option to download the transcript of the conversation is an availability; I saved both chat transcripts, with the first one one from a *****, and the other from a *****. I did not receive a response from the first chat agent ***** about my order (as seen in transcript), however, upon sharing my concern of being abandoned on the first chat, I was chastised and ridiculed by the second agent, *****, who slandered me by stating I was being an untruthful person regarding my shared concern. I have no interest in wasting time on false allegations, as all I wanted was information on my order, and in turn I felt as if I were being interrogated. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, as it has made Nike a very poor experience for me. I have been given the run around by Nike and would have appreciate guidance on which step to take to file a formal complaint with Nike. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any other source of contact aside costumer service, which is where I was disrespected initially, hence why I had to resort to a BBB complaint. Nike was very unprofessional and demeaning. (I have both transcript files downloaded in case anyone wanted to reach out to me in regards.)

      When the deal seems too good to be true believe it. Its been over a month. All I get is email saying to be patient! Ive corresponded with them numerous times and each email response as a generic response that says to be patient. Its been over a month. Ive received no product. Ive received no refund all. Ive received our emails asking me to be patient while they look into it. This is a complete sham. A complete scam. Dont bother save your money. Dont get ripped off.
