      Bought a pair o air jordans for my four year old kid at the nike store at **********- *** but they gave me tow right feet!!! Worst than that, they havent even sent my receipt through the e-mail like they were supposed to.When i got back to ****** we noticed the mixed up made by the employees at the store. i then called the store and talked Romeu through the situation, after a long time explaining the situation and handeling hes complete unwillingness to help me out, he finally told me to get to the store on that exact day until 4 pm that he would get me the other pair. I then called a friend of mine who was still in *** and had him go there to pick up the left side senaker. For my surprise, eventhough it wasnt my mistake, and i have done everything as instructed, ***** than told my friend he couldnt get the other foot, the left on in this case. A complete absurd!With my 4 year old kid sad and crying about the situation, even against my will, i sucumbed to the situation and asked my friend to buy another pair for other 80 usd and make sure they wouldnt mixe it up again. What a terrible experience, what a lack os respect for the clients!I have been a nike fan for all of my life, what a shame to be treated like this and getting ripped off buy the incompetence of the staff at the 5th avenue store under ****** management.I would really like to get some response from nike headquarters on this matter

      NIKE hands down is the worste customer service, management and shopping experience I have ever had in my lifetime! My nightmare began on 4-19-23 when I attempted a little over 300 purchase. It was canceled without notice to me and I did not realize this for several days. Well this turned into hours on the phone with their "athletes", repeated orders (10) that were unsuccessful, lengthy support calls and spoke to one manager that hung up on me because after the 10th order was canceled I was at my limit. The problem was never resolves and I am still without my present my 13 year old son has expected for over a week now as a bday present . I am apauled and quite shocked that they have been able to maintain such a brand at premium prices with such disgusting lack of care for their customers or the flaws that are obvious in their overall systems and human part of running a successful buisness. I can't believe they continue like this and haven't gone bankrupt yet. Their lack of follow through, support that can resolve issues, management techniques and overall customer care is the worst I have ever in my life been party to. After 14 days, 10 cancelations ( all their doing) several hours on the phone and many explanations and changes to my son and brother...I am still without any of the items I wanted to purchase and no viable excuse as to why their systems refused my payment or my order over and over again with zero solution that worked. I spoke to my bank and they had no issue with my purchase whom Nike kept canceling and blaming the billing address and then gave up trying to blame and just pretty much gave me no other option but to be defeated and let my son down. I WILL NEVER GIVE NIKE MY BUISNESS OR ATTEMPTED BUISNESS EVER AGAIN. THEY TRULY ARE CROOKS AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO STILL HAVE AN HONORABLE REPUTATION AND PREMIUM PRICES BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE BANKRUPT WITH HOW THEY CONDUCT THEMSELVES! TRULY A JOKE OF A COMPANY! ***********************, ******

      This company is not a good company. They capitalize on young ******* American men and women of all ages without any checks and balances. I've learned that mainly white Americans who have access to the sneakers they say everyone can get are the only ones who truly have the access and they purchase all the releases on the App and resale the same sneakers for triple the price. Along with providing celebrities with free sneakers. Please tell me how that's fair to all consumers? I will make it my duty to let as many people as I can to not support this racist, white supremacy driven company who cares nothing about the community they directly target and capitalize on. Lastly, I hope you all investigate this company and somehow hold them accountable which I know will never happen anyway.

      Horrible. SNKRS app is only for bots and Nike knows it. Yet they dont care as long as their shoes keep selling out to resellers who then add $500 to the original price tag, dont forget the shipping! Disgrace to the people who actually like and wear the shoes

      Bought a new pair of white Nikes and they had dirt marks and grass marks on them. Talked to customer support and the only solution was to ship them back for a new pair. No discount no nothing. So having to be inconvenienced by shipping them back and getting nothing in return other than what I already ordered seems crazy

      Went to Nike Clearance store at **********, ** today. We bought pants sticker price was $14.99. But, when the cashier ring up the pants, it shows on their system the price was $19.99. Spoke to the manager in charge the pricing manager she said. We told them what they are doing is misleading pricing to the consumers. They will need to honor the pricing. She stated she can't honor the pricing due to the fact her system is showing $19.99 and it is a brand new items. As a consumer, all we are seeing is the pricing on the sticker $14.99, we don't want to know whether or not it is a brand new items that just came to their store yesterday. We kept on asking the Pricing manager to honor the price, she kept on saying no. It is consider deceptive pricing technique. Most consumers will only pay without checking their receipts.

      Placed an order online. Was told it would arrive by 4.6.23. Got an email sometime after I placed the order that it was delayed. I contacted Nike.com. Was told I would still get it on time. Today, 4.5.23, contacted them again because there had been no updates. Was told that the order was automatically cancelled because for whatever the reason the shipment didn't got out. Never got an email to that effect or anything. If I hadn't contacted them, I would still be here waiting.

      Worst customer EVER. I had a custom dunk high as an award for buying alot- I made (customized) and purchased the custom dunk high, waited 2 months (which was fine) only to receive someone elses' shoes! I was promised by 2 nike employees that I could return what they sent me and they would make the custom shoes I ordered- only for them to tell me no that they're not willing to fix their mistake. (and they don't care I had already been told be previously employees they would accept this return and make me the correct shoe) All I wanted was for nike to make right the mistake. I'm saddened by their customer service as a loyal customer I have purchased thousands upon thousands of dollars in nike merchandise in just the last year. I have no idea how I received someone elses shoe (I know this because it literally says someone elses name on the box AND it is not the show I designed, paid for and waited several months for) Nike could not have made it any more clear that they just could not care ANY less about their customers or their service.
