      I scheduled an appointment to get new brake pads on my 2016 dodge charger over the phone. I was told it would take up to two hours and quoted a price between $300 to $350. After two hours of waiting no one contacted me, so i called them and was told that they hadn't started working on my brakes yet because they were waiting on parts from another location. I was told that they would have the job done by closing time which was another 3 hours away. When I arrived to pick up my car and pay i was given a receipt for over $700 after analyzing the document I noticed that there were several charges for parts I was unaware of. They replaced both brake calipers and both rotors without my knowledge. I was not told ahead of time that I needed these parts or given the option to add or deny their replacement. When confronted about the charges they simply shrugged it off. I disputed the charges but had a flight out of state to make and didn't have the time for remedy. I have to believe that it's Les Schwab's policy to inform the customer as to all repairs and costs before completing the work. I would like reimbursements for the parts that were replaced without my knowledge.

      11/12/2023 to 11/14/2023 A family friend had a wheel off. ***** took absolutely 0 responsibility for it because he has video evidence les Schwab In ****** said that the lug nuts did NOT *********** properly, and they were loose on the right side as well. Said friend hadnt gone anywhere else for them to take his wheels off or anything. But according to know it all ***** he did. The customer service from ***** to me, and the wonderful lady at GCAT towing was absolutely ridiculous. This man shouldnt be a manager. He questioned me about the tow bill and why it was so expensive when he didnt even have to pay for it. He wont even make this right. Multiple people have said its because it didnt *********** properly.

      I went in for a tire change and they snapped two of the bolts off two different lugs on two different tires. I asked them to help me resolve this, even though I did nothing. They expect me to come out of pocket for it. I would like them to be investigated to see if theyre doing this tomorrow individuals as a grift I dont know who to bring this attention to, but I am a disabled veteran and I feel like Im being taken advantage of. I feel like he snapped the Lug-nuts off on purpose. I just want them to replace the damage.

      According to *********************** records, ******************** brought his 2013 ****** Impreza (vehicle) to the tire center on October 16, 2023 for a **********************. This was ********************** first visit to our stores. The lug nuts were stripped while trying to remove the wheels from the vehicle. A condition that is typically caused by the last place to service the vehicle. The store offered to reduce the labor charge by half and explained that since this was the first time the vehicle had been to a Les Schwab for service they could not have caused the issue. ******************** has not returned for the service to date, but the offer of reduced labor still stands.
      Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in this report and are unwilling to resolve his concerts for what he asks, we would like to assure ******************** we remain committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      Still hasn't been resolved. They are working with me, but the outcome has not determined so it's unclear still if they will be able to "fix" the damage. Pending estimate for if they can even attempt to match the paint and if it's even possible.

      I am rejecting this response because Les Schwab has failed to provide a detailed list of what, if any, "documentation" they claim is being gathered in order to process the claim. 

       

      I have provided all info they have requested. 

      They have offered to replace the lock ring that was damaged with a ring from a different vehicle year and different serial number than the original. Prior to that they proposed using a ring 10 years older than the vehicle that was determined to be damaged and condemned to be unsafe. 

      I'm still trying to find a paint company that can match the exact paint color and I have been told by several companies that the paint available today will not match, or be acceptable to use on a wheel.

Les Schwabs ************************ Representative, *****, and Store Manager, *****, have been working diligently to address Ms. ********** concerns. Les Schwas purchased a lock ring and requested ********************** return to the tire center to verify that it is the correct one by comparing it to the original part. Les Schwab also asked ********************** to provide a paint sample of the wheel color she requests. Les Schwab agreed to pay to have the lock ring and wheel refinished/painted and have the tire remounted onto the wheel. To date, ********************** has not provided a paint sample nor has she gone to ********** store to compare the lock ring. 
      Although Les Schwab disagrees with the allegations in Ms. ********** report, we would like to assure ********************** we conducted a thorough investigation and remain committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      I have provided a paint sample, but it's not identical paint match. I paid out of pocket for the sample and requested to be reimbursed for the cost and have yet to receive any compensation for said cost. 

      I've been ill since December 4, 2023 and recently went to urgent care again, yesterday, wherein they said I'm on track to having or getting pneumonia. 

      I haven't been able to view the lock ring because of illness and concerns about the serial numbers provided being compatible with a wheel variable of 1" off (**** vs 5.50).

      I apologize for the delay, it's because of health issues.

      I had Les Schwab install leveling kit in 2018 and immediately after my *** light was on. Its noted on the invoice. They told me it would go off after awhile. My brakes also started making a new squeaking noise right away. I took the truck back soon after and let them know if the issues. They told me my *** line had been severed and replaced the line. I was informed the employee that performed the work was being fired. I am under the impression something serious happened to my truck that cut the *** line. I was told the brakes looked fine and noise would go away. I returned multiple times during the last 5 years to get brakes addressed but kept telling me that brakes look fine. The last visit last year to the Molalla location, I was told it was my wheel bearings so I took it to dealership. Dealership said bearings are fine and that Im getting the run around. My brakes still arent right and they have no way of filing complaints. Im certain something happened that damaged the braking system during the leveling kit install. Please help, the truck only has 40k miles and sounds like an old clunker.

      Worst customer service ever. My 75 year old mother brought her car in for a brake inspection. She was quoted $1,100 to repair the brakes. We received the car back and there was grinding and squeaking from the brakes. The whole time my mother owned the car there was never any squeaking or grinding from the brakes. We took the car back in SIX times complaining about the noise. Manager "****" each time said they couldn't find a problem. The SEVENTH time we took in the car due to the brakes still squeaking and grinding, manager "****" said all of a sudden the calipers needed to be replaced. When I asked why wasn't this found the previous SIX times...manager "****" said "I don't know what to tell you, mistakes happen." They refused to fix the problem and expected us to pay for it. We are filing a complaint with the Les Schwab corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this place and especially Manager "****". My Mother also had her tires replaced there and less than a week later one of her wheel covers flew off of her tire.

      I visited the ****** / FORT WASHINGTON Location ****************************************************** On Wednesday October 18, 2023 I had a nail in my right passenger tire and was wondering if this location can do the free patching. When I arrive the front desk agent told me that it would be a 2 hour wait and that they would try there best after hours of waiting I was informed by the front desk agent (who didnt even know how to properly informed me) on what they did to fix my tire. He told me that I had a special kind of tire and etc. and that they just left the nail in and just put sealant on my tire and it would be just okay only give me an option to buy a new tire. I left ****** and stopped at a American Tires in *********** for a second look as I was feeling uneasy after the drive from ******. Turns out that I was lied too, at the tire shop in *********** I was informed that the nail was removed and just a very small sealant was added no patch was made. I was put in a dangerous situation due to the sealant leaking, that could have popped on me on the freeway. Thankfully my tire was fixed for FREE at ******** Tires (****** LOCATION DID NOT WANT TO PUT IN THE EXTRA WORK on my tire) unlike the Lessheb in ******. I would like for this location to PROPERLY TRAINED ALL THERE STAFF AND FOR AN apology from LESSWAB!

      After receiving a copy of this report, Les Schwabs **************** Representative (CSR) and Store Sales Support (SSS) team investigated Ms. ****** claim. Ms. ****** 2023 Chevrolet Bolt (vehicle) is equipped with a "self-sealing technology", a tar-like substance to temporarily repair a tire to get the driver to a safe location. There is a common misconception among many tire retailers that these tires are not repairable due to this very thick tar-like substance.  Our CSR worked with the store manager and our SSS team to locate repair guidelines provided by "Rema", the manufacturer of tire repair products. This information has been relayed to ******, the store manager, who will provide a training session for his employees for future occurrences. ****** would like to invite ***** back to the store for any future services they can help with.

      My complain is that Les Schwab has failed to honor their warranty agreement. I have attempted to resolve this matter through the Manager (****) at the **** ************ Location. **** said he would get right back with me and he did not. I had to call and leave a messages and then he had a mechanic call and tell me they they would not honor the warranty (even the Mechanic said that this was not right or fair). Les Schwab Warrant States: ****** miles or 36 months (Whichever comes first)- 10/01/21- New Break Installed - 11/30/22- Breaks failing and were warrantied (New front breaks installed and I was given a warranty card and told that they were still under warranty and would be replaced if any there were any other issues).- 10/02/23- Breaks failing (Again) and took it in and they were replaced again. I was then told that I had to pay $838.62. I showed **** (Manager) the warranty card and that they should be covered. He stated that it was from the initial install of he breaks (10/01/21) and that vehicle millage was ***** over the warranty. I informed him that I was given a new warranty card and told that they were covered when they were last warrantied. **** said that they shouldn't have given me that but he (****) said that he would look into it right away since I was given a warrant card when they were warrantied. This is extremely frustrating since I have had 3 years of issues with breaks based on their product and the fact that they gave me a warranty card and their "word" that I was covered at the last warranty install is beyond frustrating and back business for a company that prides themselves on customer service. Also since **** (Manager) dodged my calls and had 2 different people deal with me. I want a refund of my $838.62 and I will go to another shop since my breaks are still making noise.

The vehicle's mileage was *******. On November 30, 2022, the brakes were replaced, free of charge pursuant to Les Schwabs Best Value Brake Promise (warranty). The vehicles mileage was *******. On October 2, 2023 and ****** miles later, **************** returned to the tire center to have his brakes warrantied again. As the customers report states, the warranty is for ****** miles or 36 months from the original date of purchase, whichever comes first. Unfortunately the brakes were outside the warranty period.

      Upon having my breaks warrantied for the 1 time within the warrantied period I was reissued  a warranty card and told that they would be covered if I experienced any further issues due to the faulty product Les Schwab installed on my truck.  I am only asking that they stand by what they told me and the warranty they reissued me at that time. I am sorry that they made a mistake, but its their mistake and they reissued me a warranty card so I expect that Les Schwab live up to their word.  I dont understand why this is so complicated?  They  reissued the warranty card and gave me their very bestbreak service promise.  Just refund my money and keep your word!?!?!? If they are not going to live up their word then stop exploiting the image of Les Schwab and his ******************* and value belief.  Why is it so hard??  You warranty, your word live up to it mistake or not

      I have had nothing but a bad experience at Les Schwab. In *******, they worked so slow on my car, walking around at a snails pace. They tried telling me a s**** caused a flat in my tire, which was loosing 50 PSI every 15 minutes, I tried telling them it was a sidewall damage but they insisted it was a s**** An hour and a half later, only customer in the store, they finally acknowledged it was sidewalk damage. They never explained why they charged me 100 dollars for a new tire, they just billed me. In CdA, I bought it new wheels and tires for my second car from this store, both times I had serious vibrations. Today when talking to store manager Broc, he insured me that most cars getting aftermarket rims and tires will continue to have vibrations and there isnt anything they can do about it. This made no sense. I had two bent wheels and two scratched wheels, so I needed four new ones. I had a bit of bad luck in life and I missed 1 payment and was late by a couple days on two payments. They lowered my credit limit by ****** and never told me. Needing new rims, **** promised me if I paid my account to current Id be able to finance new rims due to the two bent rims. I paid my account to current, and then he tells me we can help you but once I paid, he said there is t anything I can afford, so he lied right to my face. He was arrogant and rude to me. He lied to me, he manipulated me, and never helped me. I left the store fuming mad. I am ****** at Les Schwab and will pay my remaining balance and never spend a dime at your store again and I will tell everyone I know what s***** service you guys provide. I cant believe that you guys are a business with the service I have seen. I reporting ************* Store in Idaho on Government Manager Broc and ******* store in **********.

      According to *********************** records, ****************** was past due on his account three times in twelve months. As such, the store manager lowered the customers credit limit after his retail credit account was brought current. Mr. ******** limit was still above his balance due but not enough to charge the full amount of the cost of new wheels to the account. The store manager informed ****************** he would have to pay, not charge, the additional amount for the remainder of the cost of the wheels. ****************** became very irate with the store manager at that point and left the store. 
      Although we respectfully disagree with the allegations in Mr. ******** report, Les Schwab would like to assure Mr. ************* we remain committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      My complaint is not about them lowering my credit limit.

      It is about the store manager telling me that if I paid ****** that day, then he would be able to sell me a new set of wheels and to put on my car and add them to my account. So I borrowed the money to give to them and when I got there, and after I paid them what they asked for, he looked at me and told me that there werent any wheels that I could afford because he now lowered my credit limit. He never told me up front my credit limit was going to be lowered and that I wouldnt be able to get new wheels unless I had the money up front. He lied to me on the phone and to my face saying if I paid ****** that day then they would be able to work with me on getting a new set of wheels. It was about the store manager telling me he would do one thing if I paid a certain amount, and then him not following through with his word after I gave him the money he asked for. He even appeared to have a good time rubbing it into my face about the hard times *** had this last year. He said I was late three times. Look at the books. I was late twice by a couple days! I was doing my best. Of course I got upset with his customer service. It was absolutely horrible!!!

      I brought my car to ***************************************************** Les Schwab store to correct the alignment of my car **** ********** License *******. The estimate was calculated $ ******* which I paid cash on 06/22/2023. When I got the car the problem was not solved, The mechanic took the drive test and his review was TEST DROVE CAR PULLED RIGHT CHECKED ALIGNMENT CAMBER CASTER OS OUT ON THE RIGHT SIDE THERE IS NO ADJUSTMENT CAR IS GOING TO STILL PULL RIGHT. I am wonder for what I paid $*******? If the adjustment was not possible he might ********** with me about it. Now I am feelin robbed as the problem is same. They did not refund my money. Please help me to get the refund..
