      Brought in a brand new wire wheel for a nail repair. Mounted it back on my car. Next morning it was low again. Checked the tire and noticed they put a plug in it. Dismounted the tire & dip it in water to check for leaks. Noticed it was leaking from the wire wheel *******. Right away knew that their tech damaged the silicone seal around the rim. Called them to tell them what the problem was & they were no help whatsoever. Denying that they damaged it when my rims were brand new. The ***************** who I was speaking with wanted me to bring in the damaged rim so he can look at it. But the rim was already dropped off for repair. I have the paperwork stating the rim silicone was damaged & even that wasnt good enough evidence for him to do anything for me. Wont be doing any business with Les Schwab again. I recommend for anyone with wire wheels or Lowrider not to take your rims in here for repairs.

      terrible service. They fixed my flat with tire slime or goo, not sure the official term just quoting my mechanic. Anyways they filled my flat and sent me on my way. a week later all my struts, shocks, tire arms, bearings and all sorts of bushings are blown. I Return to les schwab and they claim it was me who in fact filled the tire with goo and that they dont even care tire fix goo like that. So i return to my mechanic and he cuts the tire open, its full of fixaflat or some material similar, Les schwab continues to refuse and try to charge me 2800$. I have never returned and have stopped 10+ other customers from ever returning aswell. Discount tire has been flawless for me, but i was open and honest with them about my experience with les. Disappointing but ill keep fighting the good fight against these criminals!

      Les Schwab is unable to locate any invoices related to ***************** or **************************** Les Schwab does not install tire sealant into any passenger/light truck applications. In addition to that, front-end steering/suspension components would not be affected by a flat tire repair.

      Dropped off my car to have a flat tire repaired and an employee stole my tire iron out of the trunk. I reported the theft and the manager supposedly reviewed 3 minutes (not the entire hour my car was there) and told me that nothing was stolen. Yeah, it was. Horrible company that protects employees at any cost.

      We regret that ****************** had a negative experience at the *********************, Les Schwab tire center. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.
      According to *********************** records, ****************** brought her 2004 **** Focus (vehicle) to the tire center with a flat tire. The store manager, *****, said the vehicle came in with the spare installed on the left rear and the flat tire was in the trunk. ***** reviewed the video and there is no evidence that a 4-way star wrench was removed from the vehicle. The employee only took the flat tire from the trunk to repair it and placed the spare back in the trunk. ***** offered to show the complete video to ****************** but she refused and continued to accuse the store of stealing her wrench. ****************** is welcome to review the video at her convenience; however, the store did not remove her spare wrench from her vehicle.
      Although we respectfully disagree with the allegations in the report, Les Schwab would like to assure ****************** that we remain committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      I have used these guys faithfully for the last decade and have always received excellent service. However, the Rathdrum location is a joke. First, I brought my truck in to have the back shocks replaced after one was literally hanging down. When I go to pick up my truck after making huge sacrifices in my very busy work schedule to get it there, the service guy says they replaced the front shocks and NOT the back!!! I then proceeded to wait another hour while they replaced the back shocks. Fast forward 4 months, and the same rear shock I originally went in to be replaced is now laying on my mom's driveway and is CLEARLY not a new shock. At the end of March, I took my car in to have my snow tires changed over to summer tires, and they sold me on new tires and sent me on my way. Today, I took my car into the ********** Les Schwab because now I have a God awful grinding sound near my front passenger side break. The guy there says my break is super hot and dangerous, and he does not recommend I drive it anymore at all as it is a safety hazard. Well unfortunately that's not an option as I have a meeting in ********* I HAVE to be at. I call the Rathdrum Les Schwab to ask about my brakes and the lady that answers checks and let's me know the breaks were inspected and the front right was deemed a hazard. Thanks for the heads up guys!! So if I die today I hope my kids hire a great attorney and *** the pants off this joke of a business.

      I just had an oil change performed at Les Schwab. My brother who works for a logging company advised me against it but we live in an area where there are no Auto parts service providers locally so we tried Les schwab. They greatly mark up their oil changes. We could have easily saved $100 with our diesel oil change by going anywhere else. I thought we would support them because they are local and close but next time we will take the full day off work so that we can save the money. Wasn't worth it.

      We regret that ************** had a negative experience at the Independence, Oregon Les Schwab tire center. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.
      Soon after receiving a copy of this report, Les Schwabs **************** Representatives and our brake and alignment (B&A) team researched **************' claims. Our B&A team has visibility into the market average price for oil changes on different styles of vehicles. Being a diesel vehicle, it requires significantly more oil than your standard gasoline powered vehicle. The industry (market) average for an oil change on this vehicle is $209.99. The price of ************** oil change was $211.16 which is in line with the industry average. We regret to hear that ************** is not satisfied with the pricing, but we believe our pricing is competitive with the market average and reflects the value of the services provided.
      Although we respectfully disagree with the allegations in the report, Les Schwab would like to assure ************** that we remain committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      I just had two snow tiers change too my regular all season tiers all were bought from them and I was unexpectedly charged one hundred dollars. This is the first time I have been charged when I bought all of my tiers from them.

      I recently had an alignment on my vehicle at Les Schwab in ************ **********.The problem occurred after the alignment when the steering wheel was not straight.I had returned to Les Schwab to have them correct the steering wheel only to have the technician state that the steering wheel is now centered. After leaving Les Schwab I drove the vehicle and later returned because the steering wheel was not corrected. The same technician came into the lobby area aggravated stating that he did not wish to try again. I insisted that he needs to center the steering wheel. He was reluctant but took my key and drove it ***************** bay. Approximately 30 minutes later he had parked the vehicle back in the front parking space. Another technician came out and approached me stating that they had to keep the vehicle running so that it would be at the right height to work on the vehicle. At no time did anyone tell me that the suspension has failed, the tech may have touched the controls for the height adjustment one to many times causing damage per the owner's manual.When finished with the steering alignment, the technician stated that the cost was $$$$$.I asked why I was being charged a second time. At this time, the tech handed me the key and said that were good . I went out to my vehicle and started out the parking lot and noticed the drivers side mirror was loose. I drove the vehicle home and observed the mirror glass dislodge and the only thing holding it in place was the attach wires. The next day I noticed that the front end of my vehicle was sitting lower than before. The last time that I drove to Les Schwab I had neither suspension failure nor was my drivers side mirror broken.Information: Vehicle is under ****** miles and in excellent condition. No other repairs, only routine maintenance.Because of the lack of taking responsibility from Les Schwab in ************, **********,I do not recommend this location to have vehicle repairs.

      We regret that **************** had a negative experience at the ************, ** Les Schwab tire center. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.
      According to *********************** records, **************** brought his 2014 ******* Equus (vehicle) to the tire center on May 31, 2023 and had an alignment performed. On October 17, 2023, 5 months and ***** miles later, **************** brought the vehicle back to the tire center to have it aligned again. Les Schwabs Best Alignment and Suspension Value Promise (warranty) comes with a 30 day guarantee. Despite that fact, the store manager, *****, performed the alignment and reset the airbags, free of charge, as a sole gesture of customer service. On October 25, 2023, **************** returned to the tire center and had another alignment performed and the airbags reset.
      On November 13, 2023, **************** returned to the tire center to have another alignment performed. ***** reset the ride height three different times, hooked the car up to the scanner and found the vehicle settles on the left front .59 inches lower on the left front each time. ***** researched this issue and found that make and model of vehicles have an airbag issue that are an OEM issue. Each time **************** has come in, ***** performs the alignment and resets the airbags and they would lose pressure. ***** advised self-leveling airbag solenoid could be faulty, causing the ride height of the vehicle to be off-center and that the alignment could not be correctly performed until the ride height issue is fixed, which is not a service Les Schwab performs, nor is it included in our alignment inspections. ***** invited **************** to come back for a complimentary alignment once the ride height is fixed
      Les Schwabs ************************ (Risk) received a claim and conducted a thorough investigation. It was found that **************** took his vehicle to a dealership where it was confirmed there was a solenoid issue. Risk explained to **************** that if the vehicle was being driven without air in the bag, it could likely be the cause of the leak with the bag rubbing on itself. Risk also found no evidence to show the tire center caused damage to the mirror and denied Mr. ******* claim.
      Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in his report and are unwilling to resolve his concerns for what he asks, we would like to assure **************** that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      I wish you could differentiate the stores. The store in ******** ** would get 1 star because I have had 7 interactions with them, ALL negative. They were incorrect in their diagnosis 6 times, attributed to brand new mechanics without experience. Then I had to replace two tire that wore out after ****** miles(guaranteed for ******). I said I wanted the same tires with same warranty. When I went to pay the bill, the tires were more expensive and had no mileage warranty. The manager said well we already installed them so there is nothing we can do. Those tires needed to be replaced at ****** miles! ** contrast, I had work done at the ******* store-an alignment and new battery. Quality work, honest folks with integrity took care of me, actually charged less than the estimate and did the work within the time they stated they would. ******* is worthy of 5 stars(so I averaged the two and gave an overall of 3). Bottom line the store is only as good as the *************** employees. Apparently corporate doesnt really have that much influence, which is a shame because they used to be trustworthy almost everywhere.
