After my RV tire split I told 3 people I wanted 2023 tires put on my RV. They all assured me they were 2023. After I paid the bill I asked again and they said yes. Perhaps they thought I am a stupid woman who doesn't know about tires. I checked and they put early 2022 tires on. Really!!! I was given $80 back. I was will*** *** to put 6 top of the line tires on my RV later in ****, Oregon. I was told they could not guarantee me 2023 tires and quoted me over $100 per tire more than I could get on line or from my local tire dealer...who by the way saw to it that my tires were not older then 6 months and charged me market price. So, would I recommend Les Schwab for tires?? Absolutely not. They lie to get a sale and will mark up their tires to get as much as they can from you. My local dealer had no problem gett*** me 2023 tires at a fair price... It's too bad Les Schwab couldn't do the same. Will never set foot in their store again.Les Schwab Tire Center

What ever you do, never have any brake or suspension work done at Les Schwab. They quoted me ****** quote #store 926. This was for two front hub assemblies, and install.. The cost of a single assy. From Les Schwab, 328..99 stupid expensive!! Unbelievable mark up, I bought two hub assemblies, from local parts store, employed a very reputable mobile mechanic, parts and labor, ******.Les Schwab Tire Center

We regret that ******************** had a negative experience with the *******, ******* Les Schwab Tire Center. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.
After receiving a copy of this report, Les Schwabs **************** Representative and the store manager reviewed the quote. The labor is correct at $129.99 per side. That is a labor price that is set to stay competitive with the market. The parts we install are all premium parts. In this case, it is an SKF bearing/ hub assembly. It does appear the price of the hub assembly is incorrect on the price quote. It should be at $256.99, not $328.99. The store manager is going to have the store employee that provided this quote take additional training.

5 starsI think most people review companies when theyre angry, but not me today. I am so impressed with the ****************** LES SCHWAB. These guys are *************** very polite and have amazing customer service. Although I have had only great experiences with LES SCHWAB, I had to go to a tire store up the street when I got a flat tire because LES SCHWAB was closed. They told me they could not patch the tire because the hole was too big and it would be necessary to order a new tire for $250. I waited till the next day with LES SCHWAB plugged patched a whole installed it and did not charge me one *****. They deserve the highest reviews.Review fromAlexis A

2 starsHorrible I had a noise I was concerned about I was told the noise is my tires which were under warranty and I shouldn't have to pay **** price they were less than a year old from Les Schwab. They guarantee a warranty and I wasn't given one. I had to pay $275 for two front new tires. No alignment and I asked for all to be the same. They didn't even do the alignment and they told me it would be three hours and I was prepared for that. They only took maybe 45 minutes. They told me the noise was gone. The brakes were good and everything else was as well. I was also told I would be reimbursed for the warranty as this wasn't my normal location and I forgot to bring my paperwork and alledgedly they couldn't find me when looking up. I called ahead and they told me to come in. Also why a year ago was I charged so much for tires that they no longer have and now I'm going to have 3 different kinds of tires and I have to go an hour out of my way to get any service. That isn't the worst of it. The noise wasn't gone. In fact I went to a mechanic the following day and found out it is the hub assembly. The mechanic told me I should *** them. They had to have known the hub assembly was very worn. To remove and replace tire and they told me everything was fine and the noise was gone. They let me drive home with the understanding that everything is good and I assumed that maybe I was just over reacting and the noise was not that bad. I'm very disturbed that they provide the service they do and they don't care to be honest and to do their job they say they provide. I am out money now. I expect to be able to trust Les Schwab as I've never heard anything bad like this about them. In fact they're very reputable and they really need to fix this. I could have died and other people could have as well. I don't think I should have to pay for the extra tires plus my assembly hub. I should have been done with this. I am planning on getting an attorney for the unethical business practices.Review fromAlexis A

1 starIf I could give zero stars that would be a more appropriate rating. In August of 2023 I purchased new tires from a different location. I ended up having to go to this location which is an hour and a half drive to do stuff. So I called ahead to discuss that my tire had a spot with no tread a sliver of nothing pure wires showing. I was told ok they're under warranty and to bring them in and it will be fixed. So I did. I was told when I got there since I forgot my packet at home accidentally. I was not found in the system this time. So they can't do anything and my tire was needing fixed I kept hearing a grinding noise and they told me that's why. So I had to buy 2new again a year later. And I was told my original location closer to my house was going to be able to refund when I show both receipts. I was also told 3 hour wait for the alignment. They only took about 45 minutes and then they said the noise is gone and they recommended to get the alignment done again soon.they said my breaks and every else was great. I was happy and I drove home. I heard the noise still and I assumed at that point to go in to a mechanic. The mechanic said the next day when I went in that I should *** them. I had a worn hub assembly. In order to remove and replace new tires you have to notice this problem. I've never heard of Les Schwab even doing anything if there's problems like this it's a liability and I am appalled. I called my normal location who I originally got original tires from and they called and discussed with them and myself. I only received $35 a tire back. I fianced a set of back tires for my car earlier in the year 2023. I have been making small payments on it. In April 2023 my car had a wobble so I took it into them wondering if it was the front tires and was told it was the left front tire which I had replaced. Fast forward to August 2023 and the right front tire has a small leak. My partner took my car in to the Central Point one to have the tire repaired or replaced. He was told that MY finance account was outstanding in balance and would need to be paid off for them to look at the car. He was then told by ***** personal account details even though he was not authorized on the account. His phone number was even added to the account. All without wanting ID first! Then ***** proceeds to call my partner by MY name. My partner corrected him but by then it was too late. After paying the fee on an account he isn't part of, they looked at my car and told him he needed BOTH front tires replaced. I went in there and asked why the new tire needed replacing and was told it was bad. I was also angry for my personal details being told to a random person. Was told my partner would get a refund and to bring his card in which he did right away. Nope. Need to wait until Monday. My partner went in on Monday and nope. They told him that they are going to have my car repossessed and that the account follows the car and not the person. They also stated they were going to have their legal team look into it. I reported them to the *** already. Don't give them personal details. They will give it to anyone. Thankfully this time I know about it was given to my partner.Les Schwab Tire Center

Said my brakes needed to be bled and fluid flushed so they did all that and know I have no brakes they had me drive out of there with no brakes at all. Worst part about it was they did not even care just wanted the hundred and fourth dollars .they told me it was not there problem if I got into an accidentLes Schwab Tire Center

According to *********************** records, ************** brought her 2011 GMC Terrain (vehicle) to the tire center on August 21, 2023 and requested a quote for brake service. After receiving a free inspection and a quote, she took her vehicle elsewhere to have the work performed. The shop she took it to did not flush the brake fluid so she brought her vehicle back to Les Schwab who performed the fluid flush. While performing the fluid flush it was discovered that the master cylinder would likely need to be replaced. And so, the store provided ************** with a quote for the recommended replacement. ************** left with no further work performed.
Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in **************** report and are unwilling to resolve her concerns for what she asks, we would like to assure ************** that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.Review fromMark B

A business who does not have the consumer's best interest. Totally geared to charge premium prices or not interested in your business. This is not the first time that they have made me feel that they wouldn't care one way or the other if they did you wrong and you left unsatisfied. I would never recommend them to anyone. They lied about front brake pads, saying they were bad(not true). But they destroyed the entire braking system in the back(trying to pry the back drum off). It cost 700 dollars to fix. I found all this out when I took it in for a second opinion. Don't take your car there.Les Schwab Tire Center
