    I received a wedding ring set in a zales box
    I have not ordered and no one I know has.
    I’ve been marred for over 50 years. Why in the world would I need this junk
    I hope you can tell me why I got this if I’ve been charged for this I want a refund.

    Please let Zales know about this use of their BOX.
    BTW it wasn’t even a ring box.

    I just received a package from a company called XBR in Hillsboro, OR. The box has a cover from Zales jewelers. Inside is a plastic ring. I did not order anything from the XRB and I have never heard of it. I called my credit card and they thought it would be prudent to cancel the card even though there is no charge yet. Is this a scam?

    On June 23. 2023, I received a package containing a box with a set of 2 rings. No papers or other information was included. I did not order these and do not want them. I cannot find any contact information for this company except the return address on package. I want return rings without worry of being charged. Thank you.

    I received a package with a cheap ring from XBR and no note. Not sure why I received it. I guess it is similar to the other complaints that I see. I did order clothes from what I thought was Chico but turned out that a company in Singapore going under the name of Unlimited Fields charged my card for $108.93 when the order was for $99.99. I have not received any clothes from my order. I think it is a scam. I am disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

    I ordered 12lbs of crab legs but received instead almost 4 weeks after that fact a ring in a Zales box that is easily seen as junk.

    I received a package from XBR, **** ** ********* **** *** ********* **, containing a 2 ring set in a Zales Box. I have never heard of this company, and never ordered anything from them or from Zales.

    This company sent me out of nowhere, which looks to be a fake Zales diamond ring that I did not order. The only thing I’ve ordered recently is crab legs through a ******** ad which I have not received.

    I ordered from a company on ******** advertising ******* Outlet (an American clothing company).
    The item ordered was immediately taken from the credit card and then it has been more than a month. I contacted the company via the order for tracking and it gave me multiple Chinese unreadable addresses. I filed an angry email from them and today a received a package with a junk piece of jewelry that was NEVER ordered and they are saying the package from ******* was delivered.
