  We went with Dabella's because they promised a 5 week completion from the time we signed on with them to the finish installation. Dabellas is now 3 weeks beyond there promise date to us and was just told another 10 days before we would be hearing from them to arrange an install date. My wife and I have been on the phone countless times both texting them asking for them to give us an update to emails asking them for an update with ZERO response!. this company is high priced and we only went with them because of there 5 week time frame because we are moving and cannot list our home until these windows are installed. I would never suggest this company to anyone as all they do is LIE to you and cannot keep promises.

  Excellent workmanship, great attitude, l and professional installation. ******* did a wonderful job, cleaned up after himself, and worked around my schedule. I love my new windows and I would recommend DaBella to everyone.

  They contacted me about an estimate for a roof. After texting back and forth they were asking very personal questions that are none of their business and had nothing to do with a roof estimate. I thought they were some sort of scam company and told them that I was going to report them. Their response was that they were "going to removed me from their list," whatever that meant. They have been removed from mine. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not an honest business.

  To qualify for a "discount", you're required to sign the contract immediately. We were excited to have our project begin on July 19th. However, equipment, supplies, and roofers showed up a few days after signing the contract. When I contacted the person who was in charge of ordering everything, we heard her exclaim, " I haven't ordered the "f...." roofing yet! How can it be delivered?" It has gone down since then.

  ***** was absolutely fantastic! He really took the time to explain the entire process and would stop and be sure I understood everything before moving on to the next steps involved with the project. He never once made me feel rushed in making this very important decision. He has a very good personality and is very easy to understand. He made sure that if there were any terms he used that I was not familiar with, he further explained so I was completely aware of what he was talking about. I highly recommend him and have already been telling friends and neighbors how wonderful he is at his job. He definitely knows his product and made me feel very comfortable with moving forward with the project. He should be the boss or at the very least, he deserves a bonus!

  ******* salespeople were in our neighborhood giving estimates. My husband agreed to have them look at our roof but after hearing from several neighbors about the rude and aggressive treatment from the salespeople, he tried to cancel, using two different phone numbers, to no avail. When the salespeople arrived, they were unsurprisingly rude and aggressive but they did eventually leave. They went to my next-door neighbor's, though, and told her that they had given us an estimate. She is an older woman living on her own. They stayed in her house for almost three hours and would not leave even after she repeatedly told them that she could not afford the prices they were quoting her. By the time they finally left she was literally shaking. DO NOT LET THESE SALESPEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME.

  ******* and ****** out of the ****** office were both very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about windows and bathtubs. I am waiting on the window install, but the entire process to this point has been professional and timely. Very easy to work with so far and would recommend both of these representatives.
