      Received a 12 month fruit package as a gift. The first month were mango's. They were delivered late in the day, during one of the hottest days of the year. The mango's were soft, hot and mushy. Another month were peaches, the same issue. This month were plums. The Fex driver left the box in the front of our office building for anyone to pick up. Our door is in the back of the office building, which is clearly labeled on the front door of the office building, which is locked. I tried to call in the early morning, but the wait time was 1 hour 45 minutes, I tried again later in the day, and the wait time was 2 hours and 55 minutes. I tried the chat, but it responded that the wait time was 45 minutes. I even tried the 'order line', but that too had a wait time. HOW CAN I SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON?

      This case should not be closed.   Since the initial complaint they sent a package to an incorrect address.  Fortunately, the resident called me to come get it.   Now, I am waiting for a Fed Ex package.    It's been on the truck since the 8th.  I will reject it when it arrives, since I am sure the fruit is no good at this point.

      I ordered a gift basket from Harry & David for a friend who just experienced a lost. I ordered it on August 18th and it said it was going to be delivered on August 19th and as of Sept. 7th, it has not been delivered. I have tried on multiple occasions to call the company and each time there is an hour or more wait. When prompted to enter a call back number, I do but never receive a call back. I also tried using the chat function on the website and an agent never joined the chat. I'm very disappointed and frustrated that I am not able to get in contact with the company and that my package has not been delivered after almost a month.

      My wife and I lost our son, and someone sent an order of frozen meals to us. Unfortunately, there was no indication on the packaging who sent the order for us to thank them. Also, the items in one of the boxes were entirely defrozed and not cold, so we had to throw them out. We have tried to call numerous times, but even after sitting on hold for nearly 4 hours, no one answers. Not does anyone call back when selecting the call back option.

      The date of my dispute with Harry and David was August 25, 2024. The amount of money paid was $135.48. The order was in two parts, with part 1 delivered on August 30, 2024. The whole order was to be delivered by September 3, 2024. The second part of the order has not been delivered. My problem is with customer service. I have tried to call customer service for three days, with a wait time of 2-3 hours. At first I waited, and was never connected.Then they offered a callback option. I tried twice and was never called. All I want to know is when it is to be delivered or want a refund on the remaining part. The amount is $55.00 Thank You,**** ******** *********************** ************

      Harry & David seem to no longer have any customer support. I cannot unsubscribe from their email spam. Clicking links leads to generic "500 - Internal server error" pages. No phone number to contact the company. "Chat" is a joke. Begin a chat session, it seems to randomly pick a number between 100 and 300 minutes as your estimated wait time. Even sticking it out and waiting for hours ends up with nothing happening.

      Harry & David online purchase : $296.34 Date: July 25, 2024 I purchased a 6-month *************** subscription from Harry and David website. The first month was August, 6th month is January 2025.-The first floral pot was delivered on August 2, 2024.It is now September 6, 2024 and I have not received any confirmation of the second month shipment or a delivery. I "communicated" with their "chat bot" and was sent a message of a 88 minute wait 2x. I called their number and was told the same thing by an automated message that said again 88 minute wait for a return call which I have not received. I called their flagship store in ******, spoke to a very nice CSR, and she told me I was the second ****** to have called the store looking for answers on their order too. She gave me their Corporation Office number of ************ and said to dial 0 for the operator, which connected me to a voice mail and leave a message. This was a wedding gift to a relative which I thought was a reputable company to buy from, so far, I feel like I've been scammed and I want I want a resolution immediately.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have repeatedly sent messages via "Chat Bot", left messages on "customer service" phone numbers. ********************** & ********************** have had plenty of time to reach out to me, return my phone calls. They were SO ACCOMODATING to me when I was paying for the 6-month Flower & Plant Club, couldn't get my money fast enough! They haven't called back to answer my questions on the status of this order, nor has anything been updated on my account page regarding shipment status or delivery with the 2nd Flower & Plant bouquet with H&D. Terrible company, no communication whatsoever on their part. I WANT A REFUND BY PAPER CHECK ONLY mailed to my address.

      I ordered a perishable, seafood item, from Harry & David on 8/30/24. The order was two frozen lobster pot pies. The order was sent overnight using fed ex and promised to be received by 8 pm on 9/4/24. The order was delayed in transit. According to the fed ex website, it was picked up at 6 am on 9/3 in *******, ** and sat on a fed ex truck until 6:47 pm that day. The item then went to *******, ** and finally arrived in ****** at 6:21 pm on 9/4/24. The order was placed onto the final delivery truck at 9:14 am on 9/5/24. The order arrived to our home at 4:50 pm on 9/5/24. The item arrived at our home totally defrosted and warm to the touch. It is unsafe to eat a seafood item in this state. It is supposed to be kept frozen or at least cold at all times before preparing. I immediately went to my Harry & David account to report the issue. The chat option told me it was going to be 88 min and 53 seconds to get a *********** ******************************************* restart the chat option. Once again it said the wait time was 88 min and 53 sec for a ************ about 45 min and the chat kicked me out again. Restarted the chat and was told it would be 88 min and 53 sec for a *********** a phone number on line and called it being told it would be 1 hour and 40 min for a ********** the next hour or so, I was repeatedly kicked out of both chat and phone customer service options and forced to go to the back of the queue. Never was able to reach someone.Started the process again this morning, the wait time for the phone is 3 hr and 30 min. The wait time for chat was 116 min. After 5 min, I was kicked out of the chat. Next wait time is 159 min and so on. I would be fine waiting to speak/chat with someone about the issue, but the customer service options are not allowing me to contact someone. I had been disconnected from all customer service options more than 20 times. BBB seems to be my only method to reach the company. Please help.

      Bait and Switch. Emails sent offering 20% off order. Use code, says order does not qualify when it clearly offers those items upon clicking link for 20% off. I contacted chat, and they said I have to call it in. OVER 3 hour phone wait. No time. I unsubscribed from notifications. Now I still get "Gift List Notifications". I used their link to unsubscribe from those, and that link is broken, in violation of the CanSpam Act. I try chat again. 88 minute wait, No Time. I call on the phone, almost 4 hour wait. NO TIME. By this time, I want to cancel account and remove all payment information from their system. No way to cancel account nor take out payment information online. I WANT REMOVED FROM THEIR ENTIRE SYSTEM DUE TO THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. In no way do I want them to have my credit card information, or even my name and address in their system. I want them to remove me as if I never existed as a customer.

      I am rejecting this response because supervisor who called explained that they were doing a switchover of some kind.  It's the company's responsibility to ensure that offers are honored, whether it's a software or technical issue or not.  Furthermore, representatives were adamant on refusing to honor offers and were not customer friendly about it.  ********************** and ********************** needs to get their act together and quit making excuses for technical issues and poor customer service.  This is NOT a one off, but a pattern experienced multiple times.  **********************************************************

      I purchased the Oregold Peaches from the Harry & David website on August 18, 2024. Their website says the order would arrive before Labor Day by 8/30/2024. I have not received any emails from them regarding my order and the order has not shipped nor has it arrived. Their website does not provide a phone number or email address to contact. Their "support" is a chat bot, and requesting a human results in a nearly 2 hour wait to chat with someone. A quick ****** search for their phone number resulted in a call where I was informed that the wait time is also nearly 2 hours. They do not provide a way to find out what's really going on with the order. I want a refund on my order since Harry and David's clearly can't deliver what they promised and haven't honored the sale.

      Placed order # ********** on Aug 29 2024 for two items. A meat/cheese basket and a box of cookies. Delivery was to be by Sept 5 2024 for both items.The meat/cheese basket was delivered Sept 1 2024. On Sept 5 2024 the company's website shows that the cookie box has not shipped yet and no tracking info is available.Website only provides online chat which has stated hold time of two hours.Phone number for customer service states hold time is > three hours.These gifts were for a birthday, which has now passed. I cannot wait on hold for several hours to resolve this. I would like to cancel the cookie box and refund that part of the order plus it's shipping fee as it will now be very late even if it ships today.
