      I have tried "in vain" to learn how to use my accumulated Giftastic Points. I had the same issue last year. I have accumulated more than ***** points because I am a Passport Customer, I have talked on chat, I have called and I have sent emails. There is no place on my Passport File where I can enter my birthdate; they say they need to know this to use my points. 1-800-Flowers has written me several emails, yet they still are not telling me how to use my accumulated points! Their last email tells me I have to wait two weeks after my birthday and I will receive instructions. I have been a very good customer and that is why I have accumulated so many points. I feel they are just putting me off because there is no real redemption established for these points. I need The Better Business Bureau to get this business to stop making excuses and to send me how I will be able to redeem these points. My feeling is that this is just a ploy Harry and David use in order to get people to join Passports Celebrations.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have not received any catalog or any email catalog, and no email saying I am in Tier *******none of the items that the man, who never even gave his name here or on my Voice Mail, said I should have received, in September, have been received by me.  The man called me according to my cellphone at 7:41 PM EST.  The number he used was *************** I tried to return his call at 8:09 PM EST to ************** and I left a long message for him on someone's Voice Mail Service.

      I attached most of the correspondence that I had over email with ***** Flowers/Harry & David, when I initiated this complaint, not one of those emails says that a catalog had been sent to me! None of the emails said I needed to check my spam folder for a catalog, either.  I think this Giftastic thing is a huge scam!  The Better Business Bureau needs to get this scam by ***** Flowers exposed for the good of all Harry & David Consumers, not just me. there is something seriously awry with this bogus point system.

      Please accept our sincerest apologies for all the confusion and misinformation you received over your Celebration points. As of today, 10/19/23, we show your point balance is *****. Thank you for being such a loyal customer!

      The points you earn in a 12-month period determine your gifting tier.  As you accrue more points your gifting tier automatically unlocks more perks and benefits. The app contains an FAQ section that tells you all about the membership, earning/redeeming benefits and Gifter points. An email has been sent with all the details on how to get to the information along with a link to ************* tier benefits.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have been told numerous times that I could redeem my points for merchandise and that I will be receiving a catalog in order to use my points for merchandise. I want to know why I have received so many different answers from you regarding my points.   I have also been told that I would receive an email before my birthday which is November 2, (12 Days Away), in order to pick a birthday gift.  I have NOT received anything whatsoever, stating anything that I can choose for my birthday, nor have I received any information, at any time, that I have reached a different tier, and exactly what I would receive for being at that specific new tier.  I find all of this to be, bottom line,  "False Advertising"!  I am very disappointed and grossly dissatisfied with ***** Flowers and Harry and David, and the staff there who all have "different answers".  Noone there is on the same page.  I feel I should be compensated for all of my time and for all of my effort, I have been put through here!  How about putting a huge credit on my account that I could use to purchase gifts for my family?  I definitely feel I should be compensated here, in some way, *****-Flowers, for all the out and out lies I have been told!

      I cancelled by order #W101005872438726 on September 13, 2023. The company was supposed to refund my money and, after calling and trying to work with the company 5 times, I still have not received my refund. They have told me someone would call me and no one every has. I am unable to speak with anyone who can fix the issue. I just want my money back.

      Posting everywhereDo not waste your money on ******* Cookies through Harry & David. I am furious. These people lie. I ordered Halloween cookies and tried to cancel order since my daughter told me the grandkids did not like the previous order. In less than 12 hours, the online chat to cancel put me in a logic loop and would not cancel. When I called the number on the order in the morning, I was transferred and put on hold twice. They told me shipment was already mailed. A lie since I ordered late Saturday night and it was still Sunday morning. I thought I would try one more time since we had a mix up last time. Big mistake. I had ordered cookies for my grand kids at Easter they sent cookies that were stale and not Easter themed nor in the tin I ordered. When I complained they resent the order correctly. How are they in business?

      I tried calling again, and was able to speak to Harry and Davids gifts, they refunded me when ******* cookies refused to cancel my order. I had followed their web link and could not cancel that way and phone calls did not result with a satisfactory answer or cancellation of my order but the lady at Harry and Davids did refund my charge.

      I placed my order of Triple Treat Deluxe Summer ***** ($97.69) on July 31st. It was delivered on August 25th. I contacted customer service on 8/26 about half of my peaches having mold on them and the others were tasteless. Out of the 3 fruit ordered, only the nectarines were edible. **************** offered me a 20% discount on my next order and some preserves. (blank stare) Like, you can't seriously think that I'll order from you again! I agreed on them sending salsa. I still haven't received the salsa that should have arrived by 9/7!

      I am receiving unwanted unsolicited spam e-mail from one of Harry and Davids brands Sharis Berries. I did not give Harry and David permission to sell my personal information to other companies within their website. This needs to stop immediately! I want my my address, phone number and e-mail permanently removed from all of their mailing lists!

      After ordering a gift from Harry and David in April of this year, I have received nonstop marketing emails despite having repeatedly unsubscribed using the unsubscribe button. In May, I chatted with a customer service representative who said she could not unsubscribe my email unless I provided certain information, which is a direct violation of federal guidance on the CANSPAM Act. The emails appeared to stop for a while but have now inexplicably resumed again. The unsubscribe button is still not working. This is definitely a violation of the CANSPAM Act and I'm surprised there isn't a class action against Harry and David yet for their blatant violations of federal law.

      I purchased something from Harry and David about 8 months ago. I believe I signed up for texts to get a discount on the order. Since then, they have sent WAY too many texts. I cannot stop the texts. I have stopped texts from other companies, but can't do so with Harry and David.What a shame that a company that USED to have a good reputation makes it impossible to get away from them. I will never buy from H and D again.

      I went to the well-known Harry & David website and purchased a product for $91. I received an email from Harry & David confirming my order. I emailed the company to ask a question about shipping and only received responses back from a company called 1-800basket. No matter how I tried to contact Harry & David I kept receiving responses from 1800basket or 1800flowers.com. I was told what I ordered came from these businesses even though everything else clearly showed it was from Harry & David. This seems very deceiving and like false advertising and was discouraging. My order number and date is Order #: W01005866949782 Order Date: 6/21/2023. The recipient for the order is Recipient Address ******************* ************************************************************ The total price for the order is $90.98

      On/Around 05/05/23 I placed an order via Harry & David website for a gift for my mother for upcoming Mother's Day Since that time i have receive between 2 to 4 emails per day from Harry & David and another 2 to 4 emails from their affiliate Wolfermans Gourmet. I have used the unsubscribe function on the very first marketing email from both of these companies and yet continue to receive daily MULTIPLE emails from Harry & David and Wolfermans Gourment. This is a violation of CAN-SPAM as they have not unsubscribed me within the 10 day rule. I continue to receive these emails, each time again unsubscribing only to receive additional emails.

      Harry and David's refuses to close my account. I have spent over three hours and the last five days asking them to close my account, and they don't want to do it. I called them by phone, and they said their "customer loyalty" line is not working. I have sent three email requests, and no response. I am still able to log into my account. This is highly infuriating and incredulous, and quite frankly indefensible. I have sensitive bank information in my account that they won't let me delete.
