      Destiny divers works at ur wearhouse in licking county **** she been hooking up with married men at her job and causing problem with there family and black mailing them if nothing gets done with her I'll post all the proof online so other will know that there a worker at ur wearhouse and how she having *** with them and blackmailing them and threatening there family's only she only knows married from there. Ask the other ppl she works with and u will find out truth about if I'm divorcing my husband ** of her and my attorney has everything.

      Upon checkout on 5/5/23, I was attempting to use a promo code "HD15BX3575" to receive 15% off for signing up with my email. I compiled an order worth $295. When I input the code, the items purchased were not eligible for the discount. Then I saw another code "HD50" which gives up to $50 off orders over $199. When I input that code, the checkout process didn't recognize the total, therefore I didn't receive the $50 off. Lastly, I attempted to set up for standard delivery at **** yet the system would progressively charge me more each time I tried to set up for standard. This is a total bait and switch, borderline scam!

      We listened to his concerns with the difficulty he had when trying to place a Mothers Day order. His feedback was submitted and escalated to upper management for their review.  We again apologized to **************** for his ordering experience and hope he order with ** again.

      Ordered from them on 3/3/23 and paid extra to have it guaranteed delivery by 3/7 as it was a gift for my partners parents who were visiting. Today is 3/7 and ***** shows its still in another state. Contacted Harry and David via their chat support and they said it would be delivered 3/9... My partners parents will be gone by then so it completely ruined the gift. I checked the ***** tracking, and Harry and David purposely chose to use ***** SmartPost instead of Home Delivery, which is what i paid for. They are scamming customers into paying more for shipping, and then they use the lowest level to profit off it and hope that the package makes it in time... So sketchy. I dont want just the shipping refund, I want a full refund for the order since I will no longer be able to give it as a gift.

      On 11/8/22, a Harry & David agent helped me order about $780 of items. She offered a Celebrations Passport annual membership for $19.99 which provides free shipping & rewards points. After not receiving order confirmation, it took multiple calls to learn the agent input my email incorrectly - gmail as gamil. Ordering again, my Celebrations Passport free shipping wasnt applied & I was told that because the original Passport membership was purchased under an incorrect email, Id have to cancel that membership and repurchase w/ the correct email. I did that on 11/17/22. On 11/18/22, I ordered roughly $480 & was awarded my reward points but wasnt awarded for the purchases on 11/8. Over 3 weeks & 10+ agents (each call over hour explaining the incorrect email & withstanding long holds), I had varying degrees of service - some helpful, promising rewards would be awarded in 24 hours; some saying there was nothing they could do; several hanging up; & 2, literally laughing at my frustration. My last conversation on 12/5/22 was promising as they'd be escalating my request and points would be credited in 2 days. That never happened. On 1/9/23, I wrote ************************* was offered 20% off w/no acknowledgment of missing rewards. After multiple emails to ******************************** on 1/18/23, was told my request was being escalated & I would hear back soon about the missing points. I have heard nothing.It was my hope that because the original email error was on the part of the H&D agent, I would be awarded the points from my first order with no issue. I was sadly mistaken. Despite the aggravation and countless hours, *** spent trying to rectify this situation, I am not requesting anything above what I legitimately earned. To not be awarded the ****************************************** good faith is a fraudulent business practice on the part of Harry & David. I am respectfully requesting that I be awarded the points earned from my 4 orders on 11/8/22.

      I received an 8oz. box of milk chocolate blueberries Harry and David brand as a gift. I opened the box and the plastic package in side was open. I called the ***** number and was given the run around. They wanted the tracking number and also the order number. I repeated multiple times I received it as a "gift". It was not sent to me it was handed to me. They said they could not help me because I didn't have this information. On their website it say's "You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted, or we'll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or refund. Always" This statement is not true! No one will help me!

Unfortunately, we get many false calls attempting to get items for free. Hers certainly wasn't the case, and we acknowledged the poor handling of her request.

      I ordered a gift basket for sister in-law and it was delivered 3/30/23. It was pears, apples and cheese. The pears and apples were rotten and the cheese had green mold on it.

      Harry and David is charging me a passport membership that I did not authorize for account. They are not letting me delete my Paypal account because it says it is associated with a Passport account. When I check memberships at the ***** website, it says I have no active accounts. So it is contradicting itself. I was charged $31.94 for a membership that does not exist. They tried to connect me to the ******************** but then they hung up on me. When I contacted the ******************* in ********, they answered FTD flowers. Not to mention the rep had a thick Indian accent and could not understand what he was saying. The ***** website is flawed and needs to be fixed.

      I updated him via email that his request had been forwarded to our parent company ****Flowers who handles Passport issues. They would be able to help with his request and also it had been expedited to the department manager's attention.  

      April 1st. **** Flowers emailed our department to inform us the Passport had been removed and ******************** had been notified.

      I received a box from Harry & David on 3/8/2023 - it was a gift from a relative and was a box of cake lollipops. The inside box had a company brand of **************************** but there was nothing in or attached to either the inner or outer box that had the name of the item or any ingredient information. It was just a box of cake lollipops and that's it. There was a gift note and an SKU number/description for a completely different product on the back of the ***** label, but no information about this product. When I called Harry & David's customer service number to ask if this was normal, I got nowhere with the representative about this issue. With so many people allergic to peanuts these days, how can a major food service company send a food item without an ingredient information?

      My PayPal account was charged for the passport celebration fee again this year. After noticing this I immediately contacted them to have it removed and told them I no longer wanted it. I was told I would be issued a credit on my PayPal account. This was in December of 2022. I have contacted them by phone each month letting them know I have still not received my credit on my monthly statement. My latest phone call to them was on Feb. 28th at 9:30 am. I was told there was a 10 minute waiting time and my place would be held in line for a call back. I am still waiting for that callback. They have been putting me off and telling me it was issued and it takes four to six weeks. It's been over 3 months now.

      Good morning, 

      This order was placed with our parent company 1800Flowers, not Harry and David.

      The customer doesn't see a refund is because the order with 1800Flowers had a
      pre-authorization but was then canceled shortly after with no real hard charge.
      This was done with a PayPal acct. She isn't seeing a credit because 18F never took the money.

      We have tried to reach out to our customer and get repeated hangup. Also, *********** has tried on 4 occasions but we were unsuccessful, an email was also sent to the customer.       I am accepting their response but wanted to comment on it. I tried on numerous occasions to contact this business ( harry & davids ), I was told I would have my place held in line for a call back and never received one. I received zero calls from them and after carefully checking my emails, I have received zero emails from them. The only thing I did receive was a run around when I could actually get a person on the phone. I was told my account was credited but they couldn't tell me when. This was not through 1 800 flowers. It was through harry & davids.. This is not a company I would ever do business with or recommend again. They are dishonest and I would like this response printed as a warning to others.
      I am rejecting this response because: Nothing they responded with was true, very sad...

      On 02/05/23 bought a gift basket and paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday 02/25/23. It wasnt delivered on time and ruined an entire celebration we were having.
