      If I could give zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service on the planet. Seriously, I think scammers have better customer service. I placed an order for my father on 12/1/24; it was his Christmas gift as he loves their pears. I received a confirmation email, and my account on ******************** still shows a confirmed order.I got an email today (12/15/24) advising they canceled my order. I called customer service. The woman spent about ******************************************************* why it was canceled. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She told me there was no supervisor there. Then she said actually her supervisor was assisting someone else. I told her Id wait as this was a gift for Christmas, and I needed the issue resolved. She put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then she came back on the line and said there was no supervisor who had arrived at the site yet.I called back hoping someone else would be helpful. He told me the issue was my Apple Pay. They couldnt verify the funds. I asked him how that is possible when I used Apple Pay for two other orders the next day, both of which have been delivered to their respective recipients. I was placed on hold again. He then came back and told me the main reason it was canceled is unknown to him because he cant access that information. He then told me there is no supervisor on site yet. He ended the conversation by telling me all was great because they put all the money I paid for the order I canceled back into my account. Yes, all is great. They took two weeks to notify me that they canceled my order, and they notified me 10 days before Christmas.I was lied to multiple times by each customer service *********** me-if they place you on hold, they are choosing which lie to tell you. Its truly shameful that neither customer service *** attempted to resolve my issue. If they actually fulfill your order, the pears are delicious, so I guess thats worth a star.

      Ive been trying to get a response from you for multiple days. I paid over $40 for shipping for my order to be delivered on **********. This was a birthday gift for a family member and the surprise has been totally ruined, and the order still shows only as confirmed not even in transit as for 12/24 The whole experience has been terrible, expensive shipping cost, not delivered, automated customer service not helpful at all and took forever for a real person to connect on chat.. After 2 days trying to talk to someone when I got a response , the only solution received was to be delivered on 12/24 at not additional cost, that is just a really bad joke! For real is just ridiculous, the only reason I ordered with you is because I have tried those products before I wanted to do something nice for my family on important date. But it makes no sense to spend all that money to be received 12 days late, When you assured delivery date at the time I ordered it.After trying to reason with the customer service agent for them to do it right and get a refund, they only tried to refund me the $40 of shipping cost which is definitely not enough after the terrible experience and the new proposed delivery date 12 days after the original, so they just cancelled the all order and I should be fully refunded. Worst experience ever and never using this service or products again.

      Very poor performance! Ordered items on 12/12/24 to be delivered on 12/14/24 paid over $50 in shipping. On 14th items had NOT even left their facility. Spend over an hour on hold for customer service waiting. Liars.

      Never again will I order from Harry & David! They took my ************* for items that were unavailable and have lied to me for 10 days. Cant provide a confirmation of refund, no accountability for all of their lying customer no service representatives, and refuse to make this right. #Harryanddavid #fraud #harryanddavid #tookmymoney #scrooge #bahumbug

      I'm sorry I didn't check the bad reviews before I ordered last year, relying on an outdated reputation. The products were embarrassingly poor, and then they signed me up again via autorenew! Trying to contact them is beyond impossible . I'll keep trying, but the sickening pitches while waiting for no answer may discourage me. They should be ashamed! I will not only never buy from harry&David again, but not from the flowers and other once- good companies associated with them either! And I will be sharing my experience as widely as possible.

      Horrible service. Cannot contact customer service to locate my order from November 29th. Its December 13th. The Chat site is never answered nor is the phone line!

      Their customer service is a 0 out of 10. I have contacted them 4 times and have had no response from any human who might be able help me. I am sorry their customer service is so poortheir pears and moose munch are 10 out of 10. My order was over $600, and my previous order was close to $1400. After reading other reviews, it sounds like the change to their business has been a disaster!

      Harry & David is running a scam with their "Passport" program, a membership they make nearly impossible to cancel. Despite multiple calls to customer service, my bank, and ******, they charged $31.86 to my account on November 27 without my authorization, even though I had already canceled. This company clearly doesnt care about their customers, especially since their customer service **** are located across the pond, making it impossible to resolve any issues. They dont even understand how to issue a refundhow convenient for them!Now owned by *****************, is a company traded on the ****** is a money-grabbing operation that I will never use them again, and I strongly urge others to be aware this company is ****** and unresponsive company.Harry & David, a/k/a isn't even accredited on the BBB.

      On 11/28/24, ordered the Deluxe Chicken Pot Pie Meal thru Harry & Davids site to be delivered to a N. Cali. residential address 12/12/24. Paid $190+ using Apple Pay account. About a week later, noticed an order cancellation for H&D on my Apple Pay transactions. When I clicked the orders link in H&Ds confirmation email, I discovered my order no longer existed. It was gone from my H&Ds accounts order history. I checked my email and had nothing from the company. When I provided the order number to H&Ds Chat option, it couldnt locate the order either. Next, I called their customer service. At first, I was told no such order existed and was provided no real guidance. I explained I had a confirmation email. They asked a few more questions of me and one of my answers helped them to locate it on their end. They confirmed recipients mailing address and said it was still scheduled for delivery. How? The order is no longer visible to me and yall keep telling me it doesnt exist or was cancelled. I pressed for more info. Finally, they explained there was a problem with payment. Gave them my card number and expiration date over the phone. Asked them for the order # they see it under; turns out the # they use is only a part of the longer # I received in my confirmation. Was assured everything was good to go again. Over the next two weeks, occasionally verified through H&Ds Chat that my order was still scheduled. That checked out until even the day of 12/12. Guess what? On 12/13/24, my order was cancelled. Despite setting up my email acct to flag H&D emails, I missed two from a different email address on 12/10 and 12/11 informing me there was a payment problemwith my Apple Pay, which they shouldnt have even used since I gave them my card #. Why didnt their chat tell me there was a problem when I checked on the orders status the days of and prior? Awful system. Orders should always be visible in account order history. No gift to give now. BUYER BEWARE!

      The worst customer I've ever dealt with. Placed four orders: 1 was delivered, 1 was delivered to the wrong address and Fed Ex told me for tracking purposes I had to contact the company and have them file a claim for me (impossible since there are 3 hour holds to talk to a **** third and fourth ordered were delivered and then duplicated (and I was charged again) and those people like two of the same orders. They need to be put our of business ****
