      Harry & David did not fulfill my order and then when I noticed that none of my gifts were delivered, I have called multiple times (8 hours and counting, over the course of 5 calls, over 4 days and speaking with 8 people) with no resolution. I was charged. No refunds were issued. Nothing to be delivered. And certainly, nothing to be tracked. I have received no responses to emails. The call center agents have provided me conflicting information and no solutions. I dont know if they are ill informed or are simply lying.

      This is a horrrible company, my package it's been returned to the shipper, it's not going to be delivered to my friends house. The *************************** overseas is a joke. They don't have access to any of the shipping information, I had to provide the tracking number. Then they lie to you and let you know they have fixed the issue just to get you off the phone. I am going to dispute the charges with my company because they don't even have a customer care department email where you can reach out. ******** company, my first and last order. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. Horrible experience.

      Paid for specific shipping, ordered wasnt delivered. Chat support would only refund shipping, not total price off order. Stay away.

      I placed order for a birthday basket on 12/1/2, with a "deliver by" date of 12/14/24. Today is 12/18/24, and the order has not even shipped yet, per their website, though they have already charged me for the complete order including ******************* tried calling two different numbers on three occasions since 12/15/24, and no one answers the lines after a ***** minute wait time listening to recorded messages.On 12/16/24, I modified the delivery date to today (12/18/24), hoping that that would resolve the delay and get the order on its way. But it has not yet shipped.I want a full refund to my credit card for this order, including shipping and tax. I will no longer do business with this company.What a letdown, after years of being a repeat customer.

      Terrible customer service, took hrs to speak with a real person!!!!! The charge on credit card was higher then it should have been. Hopefully this will be cleared up. Spoiled my day, never again will I order.

      waited two hours online to ask why I did not receive a delivery. The agent then referred me to the supervisor. Waited another 10 minutes and was told she would call me back. She never called me back. I never got order. -****** ***

      This is by far one of the worst companies I have done business with. I intentionally ordered a gift for a work colleague leaving a month for delivery. I received no notifications only a no show of the gift. I tried using their Chat option online and nothing happened I had to go to my cell phone to use this option. I was on hold on their phone for 45 minutes when finally someone came on and just said my order was on hold. She could not help me and gave me another number to call. When I called that number I left a message and they called me back they never offered any reason why my order was on hold. I hope it actually gets there now as promised. I would highly advise do not use this company for any needs.

      I ordered from H&D in the past and it was fine so when the holidays rolled around I thought it would be nice to get products for our teachers. I ordered a month in advance and have since spent six+ hours on the phone in total with customer service (mostly hold times and online chat isnt much better) only to find out that our order that was supposed to arrive at a certain time wouldnt make it within the requested delivery dates because someone in customer service accidentally clicked the wrong thing. The worst part is that I proactively called checking on the order to make sure all was well before the late shipping. I was essentially lied to multiple times. The order has been canceled and Im now scrambling to figure out gifts. I will never order from H&D again and caution others.

      ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE!Thought I was dealing with a ***utable company but names can be deceiving. Unfortunately, a time sensitive order was delivered 4 days early, this was after paying $56.98 in shipping to ensure a specific date for delivery. When I called to discuss, and the automated voice ***eated order details back to me, it said my order was delivered 12/19, keep in mind the current date was 12/15. All email confirmations and receipts showed the order would be delivered on 12/19. Unable for find a phone number or email address on the website, only a physical mailing address. ******* for the phone number and the first call lasted 10 minutes before I hung up tired of waiting, no option for a call back. Tried again the next day and waited for 25 minutes, no option for call back but referred to online chat. Tried the online chat and that's a dead end as well. After the automated response you wait for a customer service *** that never shows up. My only recourse at this point is to send a physical letter to the company and request a refund. I truly expect nothing at this point but now it's the principal to see this through. My money was stolen and I will never use or recommend this company or any of their sister companies/affiliates. Unacceptable and very disappointing. Please do not put your trust in this company as I did.

      Harry and David sold their company to one of the large corporate food groups, and since then their prices have gone up and their service have gone down. Add in high priced shipping, and they just aren't worth it anymore.
